A species of Greys known as 'Grey Species 2' have made it their business to monitor the Human Race and also to program the human species with data for the purposes of raising human awareness, and enabling the extraction of biological materials to proced on a more timely basis.
They call this process of programming 'Inculcation' which is a process of imposed forced learning.
Humans taking part in this process are actually volunteers, but the inculcation methods block their awareness of their voluntary participation.
Often a targetted human will be picked up in childhood and taken to an earth base for crystal implantation and will be monitored through his growth period. In young adulthood the human is picked up and the crystalline device removed. The human is then categorised as 'reserve status' for future triggering and employment. These are often referred to as 'human sleepers (somnabulists?) ready to be activated to perform certain tasks at a later time.
It has become apparent that potential targets are volunteers prior to 'human incarnation'. They are born and grow to an age when their electromagnetic emissions reach a required point which will then be signified by the target to be visited by aliens.
