Continuing the weary climb uphill. Much effort, much application by skill & ability with little to show for the energies expended. Frustrations lie ahead. Indications perhaps of a new campaign, A new directive. Simplistic planning with much momentum provided by the limitless energies of the ace of Serpents. A time of introspection and recuperation. Be aware that not always what the mind sees is what the eyes are really seeing. There is plenty of scope here for further deception. The efforts of the skilled beasts attempt to outwit the awareness of the abilities of the serpents ... a test of wills. A new routine. Far reaching efforts for an evolving campaign. Mid-week a time for the chalice to perhaps be viewed.
Weariness prevents much in depth insights at this time. So much energy expended, with the wheel still turning round and round back at the start. All efforts appear to be stuck in a rut. So even if there was the breakthrough ... it will not be reported unless the king gives permission for it to be written. It will not be so. Even though it is now long overdue.
One appears more animated that usual. The other restrained and apparently emotionless. Is this the true reaction to what has been said or is it again old news? Conflicting viewpoints still. Questions raised about lineage perhaps. The ace of serpents is seen driving its staff into the ground in an attempt to gain attention. Something appears that should be said. But like everything else ... must it wait for an appropriate place in the line?
Tightening the grip and pulling the veil even tighter. The smokescreen becomes even thicker. Adding further to the frustration. Yet something stirs within the very core. Is it imagined or are the warrior & the king acting different this week. Amid the emotional seas of the public reaction which is most surely calming down a little more this week ... the king may be seen to remain sitting down whilst the warrior may take more to travelling. What conflict is referred to between the skill & the ability.
