Dunedin teenager Elliot Nicholls has managed to achieve something the All Blacks and Silver Ferns failed to do this year -- win a world title.
The 17-year-old John McGlashan College student last night became the Guinness Book of Records newest world champion -- for texting blindfolded.
Elliott twice broke the previous record texting a 160 character message blindfolded in 51 seconds and then 45 seconds.
The old record was set by an Italian at 1 minute 23 seconds. (Yahoo Xtra)
Well, at last ... poor New Zealand! They have won a world championship at last ... they failed at the Rugby. They failed at the Netball yesterday ... so at least they now have something to be proud of eh?
