Enchanted by the eerie sense of expectancy
The realm strangely familiar yet alien in its resonance
Enchanted by the malaise that wills awareness to cease
Especially as the observer knows instinctively it was he who was in the boat
Yet .... the certainty of blood through veins ... and wind against skin
Suggests this is a spell having been cast ... it isn't real
It is an illusion no matter how convincing the visitation is ....
