The World's Slowest Wireless Internet?

The award currently goes to 3 Mobile. The wireless internet indicator gives a full five bars representing an excellent connection. So why then does 3 Mobile take anywhere between 5 minutes and 20 minutes to load a page?? Two weeks ago this was not the case. Currently ... the 3 Mobile is the world's slowest wireless internet?
