Researchers at the University of Alberta, in Edmonton, Canada have cured cancer last week, yet there is a little ripple in the news or in TV. It is a simple technique using very basic drug. The method employs dichloroacetate, which is currently used to treat metabolic disorders. So, there is no concern of side effects or about their long term effects.

The Paradox of Spirit

Each of us has a spiritual self that animates our bodies and infuses our thoughts and feelings. Our language is limited to the world we know for descriptions of something that perhaps cannot be fully comprehended by the human mind. Therefore, only metaphors approach the expressions that give us a true sense of our spiritual nature. The paradox lies in opposing concepts, all of which are true at the same time. And in harmonizing the opposites, we begin to know the wonders of the spirit.

The self is not small or big but is both at the same time. Our spirit is like a drop in the ocean of spiritual energy. Although our spirit seems like a small, disconnected part of a larger whole, it is still made of the same things and can become part of the vast ocean once again. Our individual spirit seems to inhabit our bodies like a passenger in a vehicle but at the same time is not bound by our bodies. Spirits can reach across the miles to touch the heart of a loved one or expand to become one with the universe. We may feel small and perhaps insignificantly young when we look up at the stars, but we are made of the same basic elements. Perhaps looking at the stars is merely a reflection of what is going on within each atom and cell of our being. We are a universe within a universe. Our spirits are ever renewing, yet ageless and eternal. So the self is not new or old but both at once.

So our spiritual self is not small or big, new or old. We may experience life as good and bad, right and wrong, happy and sad, but this is the experience of the material world of dualities, not the truth of our spritual nature. By going within to touch the eternal and changeless energy at our center, we can go beyond the contrasting metaphors to the experience of oneness. And in that connection we can know big and small, new and old, movement and stillness. By accepting the paradox of spirit, we open ourselves to the fullness of our own being.

One day, they claimed, a chandelier suddenly started swinging on its own, which understandably left the burly builders feeling slightly unsettled. The soul can be likened to a great house with many rooms, each of which makes up an integral part of who we are. One of those rooms, or aspects, is what is known as the higher self, a part of us that possesses a range of perception far greater than that of the conscious mind. Your higher self is aware of both your current existence and numerous other possibilities, and cannot be altered or suppressed. It is related to your basic, innate purpose and no matter how much or how often you change, it remains constant. Some believe the higher self is the most evolved, most perfect "self" and thus can act as a guide on life's journey. In that role, it manifests itself in many ways: as images that flash in your mind inspiring ideas, as a small voice, as intuition, or as a feeling of rightness associated with certain actions.

Becoming aware of and connecting with the higher self is comparable to becoming truly aware of oneself while feeling entirely integrated into the universe. It is like being in your body while looking down at your life from a high vantage point. With such insight, you can find the answers to many questions about your own life and the infinite existence. Connecting with the higher self, however, takes dedication, discipline, and practice. You may find it difficult because old emotional wounds or negative thoughts block your connection. One technique involves becoming "level" with the higher self through visualization. Begin by sitting in a chair with adequate support for the spine. Relax and breathe deeply. When you have achieved a level of deep calm, rise out of yourself, turn, and see your seated body before you. Visualize the higher self - it may appear as a point of white light above your head. Concentrate on it and slowly move it down to your physical body, letting it envelope you until it reaches the floor. Be sure to ground yourself after doing this exercise by eating a meal, or going out in nature.

After connecting with their higher selves, many people report rediscovering their soul's purpose and feel comfortable living in accordance with it. On the other hand, it is possible to fight the higher self, which can lead to tension and lack of energy. Nonetheless, the higher self is our most open and wise "companion" in life, and a source of unadulterated insight, provided we have the perseverance to bond with it.

Morning Meditation

Just before the coming of the pale rays of dawn, Mother Nature exists in a state of flux. Earth's energy is stable, free of the disordered vibrations that are a by-product of humanity's comings and goings. In these first moments of day, when the sun's golden light is only just peeking over the horizon, our animal mind remains in the land of slumber though we ourselves are awake. Deep sleep has washed away the impurities of existence that accumulated within us, so our mental, physical, and emotional potential is heightened. To meditate in this peaceful yet energetically charged in-between time is to connect with the divine in an extremely intimate fashion. We discover a new kinship with the universal life force during morning meditations because our awareness becomes a mirror for earthly consciousness—we wake as the world wakes, quietly embracing the joy of being and setting the tone for a serene, fulfilling day.

In the first glorious glow of morning, the light, air, and energy flowing around us speak in hushed tones of the activity to come. While we recognize that another day of being means becoming once again immersed in the challenges of action and reaction, we also understand that we can draw upon the unique energetic qualities of daybreak for comfort, creativity, and vigor. There is bliss in the simple knowledge that we have been given the gift of another day of existence. We are inspired by sights and sounds of the sun's gentle ascension. Birds serenade the luminosity, which grows richer by the minute. And though we may feel a residual lethargy, our vitality returns as our meditation helps us to become one with the stirring of other beings rubbing the sleep from their eyes. At the start of each day, our destiny has not yet been written, and so there is nothing we cannot do.

How we choose to meditate is less important than our choice to attune ourselves to the spirit of wakefulness that travels round the world each and every day. Even the briefest moment of quiet contemplation in the muted light of the sun can put all that is yet to come into perspective. As a consequence of our daybreak reflections, our lives are imbued with the same stability, tranquility, and increased awareness that humanity has long associated with the stillness of early morning.

Strongest solar storm since 2005 hitting Earth

The sun is bombarding Earth with radiation from the biggest solar storm in more than six years with more to come from the fast-moving eruption. The solar flare occurred at about 11 p.m. EST Sunday and will hit Earth with three different effects at three different times. The biggest issue is radiation, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Space Weather Prediction Center in Colorado. The radiation is mostly a concern for satellite disruptions and astronauts in space. It can cause communication problems for polar-traveling airplanes, said space weather center physicist Doug Biesecker. Radiation from Sunday's flare arrived at Earth an hour later and will likely continue through Wednesday. Levels are considered strong but other storms have been more severe. There are two higher levels of radiation on NOAA's storm scale - severe and extreme - Biesecker said. Still, this storm is the strongest for radiation since May 2005. Intention Set in Stone

Stone has played a role in spirituality from the very moment humanity externalized its sacred vision. Humans gave form to their devotion by scratching images of their deities into rock faces, carving holy statuary, and building stone shrines. The earliest of these were nothing more than simple piles of rocks that honored sacred places, revelations, people, and events. Following in the footsteps of this ancient tradition provides us with an simple and beautiful way to externalize our own spirituality. In your travels, you may have encountered on the sides of roads, trails, or pathways stacks of stones that look like random sculpture. Add a stone blessed with a prayer to such a mound, and your intentions merge with those who have left stones before you, empowering you all.

Associating a prayer with a particular stone alters the substance of both, and the formation of a prayer mound can balance and intensify the energy of a site. The mere act of choosing a stone can inspire mindfulness, as we lose ourselves in the moment seeking a pebble that speaks to our souls. And placing a prayer stone on a towering cairn is a meditation in patience—slowness and stillness allow us to find our stone's center of gravity so the delicate ceremonial structure before us remains intact. Be cautious, however, when you feel guided to place a prayer rock upon stone mounds you see intermittently alongside well-worn but unmarked hiking paths. Hikers often use small cairns as guide markers to ensure that those who follow in their footsteps will not lose the trail. When in doubt, begin a new prayer pile slightly further away from the path itself and consider adding a relic of some kind to help others understand its purpose.

When you mindfully place a prayer by beginning a stone heap or adding to an existing mound, your thoughts and intentions are left in the care of fate itself. The cairn of which your prayer was one part may be unintentionally knocked down or destroyed by Mother Nature's own hand. Try not to let this weigh heavily upon your spirit. The potent energy of your prayer was released by this destruction, ensuring that the purpose underlying that prayer will spread outward in the direction of the furthest reaches of the universe.

A Russian scientist claims to have discovered life on Venus after analysing photographs taken by a Soviet probe that landed on the planet's surface 30 years ago. The pictures - taken by the probe Venus-13 in 1982 - have been re-examined by Leonid Ksanfomaliti of the Space Research Institute at Russia's Academy of Sciences. Ksanfomaliti said the images showed a scorpion-shaped body, a disc and a 'black flap,' which apparently moved as the probe's camera records the scene.They all 'emerge, fluctuate and disappear,' explained Ksanfomaliti, writing in the Russian journal Solar System Research magazine, according to reports. In almost every case, we know what is best for us in our lives, from the relationships we create to the food we eat. Still, somewhat mysteriously, it is often difficult to make the right choices for ourselves. We find ourselves hanging out with someone who leaves us feeling drained or choosing to eat fast food over a salad. We go through phases where we stop doing yoga or taking vitamins, even though we feel so much better when we do. Often we have no idea why we continue to make the less enlightened choice, but it is important that we inquire into ourselves to find out.

When we choose that which is not best for us, the truth can be that there is a deep seated part of us that does not want to heal. We may say it’s because we don’t have the time or the energy or the resources, but the real truth is that when we don’t take care of ourselves we are falling prey to self-sabotage. Self-sabotage happens unconsciously, which is why it’s so difficult to see that we are doing it. The important thing to realize is that this very part of us that resists our healing is the part that most needs our attention and love. Even as it appears to be working against us, if we can simply bring it into the light of our consciousness, it can become our greatest ally. It carries the information we need to move to the next level in our healing process.

When we recognize that we are not making healthy choices, we might even say out loud, “I am not taking care of myself.” Sometimes this is the jolt we need to wake up to what is actually happening. Next we can sit ourselves down in meditation, with a journal, or with a trusted friend to explore the matter more thoroughly. Just shining the light of our awareness on the source of our resistance is sometimes enough to dispel its power. At other times, further effort is required. Either way, we need not fear these parts that do not want to heal. We only need to take them under our wing and bring them with us into the light.

It's what's on everyone's lips at the moment - "What's going to happen to us in 2012. Are the predictions true? Is the world going to end?" In private client readings over the last couple of years ... I'd looked months ahead into 2012 during each and every reading. I didn't see any significant disruption in any of those readings to suggest there is going to be anything out of the ordinary during 2012. Many of us have felt the first rumblings of change over the last two weeks ... but as far as the end of the world scenario goes ... I doubt it very much. There's plenty of hype and plenty of bollocks out there in the www. I'm sure the more malevolent minds would love to take the opportunity to unleash mayhem, and then blame it on the 2012 predictions. I'm also sure there are energetic changes occurring in the solar system. Nibiru is more than a fable ... that's all I will say. I captured images of strange objects around the sun back in 2003, which gave me sufficient proof that there is a major planetary return occurring at this time. Nibiru? Probably. A planet of such magnitude ... or perhaps a binary sun ... will have a significant effect on this planet. Think good thoughts, especially about your past. We've all had some really bad things happen to us. Some worse than others. Refuse to dwell on these negative memories. All it serves is to bring your energy level down, and surround you with an aura that deflects anything good from coming into your life. Whenever a negative thought about the past comes up, replace it with a positive thought that is equally powerful. For instance, say you were abused as a child or in a relationship and a certain event pops into your mind. Instead of giving in to the memory, bring up a happy memory you have and recall it in as much detail as possible. If you have very few happy memories, or find it hard to come up with something when anger or pain strike, make a list of some happier times when you're in a good mood and read it when you're feeling down. You could even write down future events that you hope to experience. If you were in a very bad relationship, write down what you would love in your next relationship. (Be reasonable though because nobody's perfect!) Write down what your future mate will be like and some happy times you'd like to share with him/her. This is also a great way to program your mind and energy field into attracting what you desire most. The past is gone, it's done and over. Inspired totally by reading one of the most recent posts re: edible microchips, I got myself into a 'thought - scenario'; you the type of thing we all used to do as children, when our minds were free and we played and played all day ... using our imagination? I observed my mind and my actions for about five minutes ... and worked on the scenario I'd digested an edible microchip and some outside force was now determining my actions and reactions. How would we know what was ourselves telling us to eat, or to cry; or to get angry ...? The way the technology would work, I'm pretty certain that the electrical impulses generated would be accepted by our conscious mind as our own thoughts. So when I went into the bedroom and picked up some cola fizz sweets ... was that my own decision? Did I really need that unrefined white sugar in my stomach? When I wandered into the front room and watched five minutes of satellite TV broadcast on our HD TV ... was that my own decision? How exactly do we know for sure that it is ourselves making these decisions for us? It's a horrible thought ... when I lie awake at night unable to sleep due to repeating thought patterns ... what is generating those thoughts? When we have inexplicable bouts of depression or anger or sadness ... or we act out of character ... is that ourselves who make that conscious decision? The concept of this nanotechnology being digested into our bodies ... is an alarming one. I have never believed that the agencies behind these technologies are entirely honest. There is always a hidden agenda. So they announce the 'goody two shoes' idea of the technology being a help with tablet taking etc ... but what they don't mention is the darker side to this technology.

People need to sit up and listen about this microchipping. Years ago when ... when the microchipping of humans idea was even suggested ... people laughed and ridiculed. "That will never happen" ... well it has!!! Microchipping is here ... people REALLY need to think carefully about what they are about to put into their digestive system. We've all seen how heart transplants can drastically change the personality of the person ... imagine therefore what behavioural changes are going to descend on large areas of the population when these things are introduced! Those behind such technology are the same faces who have introduced toxic Sodium Fluoride to help stop tooth decay when on the darker side they KNOW Sodium Fluoride is a chemical lobotomy substance ... it dumbs people down. They are a malevolent influence on mankind ... they are not benevolent. I'm sick and tired of just sitting back and watching it all go down without speaking out ... I know I'm not the same as I was ten years ago! Sodium Fluoride in water, Aspartame in food ... and countless other junk additives have caused irreparable damage to my brain and mind. I know that by the way my thought processes are limited to how they used to be. I feel like a rat in a maze being permitted down certain corridors only. So the damage is done. But I'm not dumbed down into submission. I still have my consciousness alive ... and able to override the damage. It's time for us all to act ... and to speak up!!!

The recent spate of negative emotions this week ... I believe is as a result of his toxic damage to our minds. IF we'd not been subjected to these toxins, our minds would have been free to make the vibrational leap that was offered to us last weekend!!! I saw it through a child's eyes ... it was like me as a young child having regular dreams of flying around the universe in a space ship. This happened night after night ... preempted by a kind old man who would come visit me in my room each night. I had that feeling around me in the weekend. But I also had the dread feeling that I associated with a period in my early childhood when I had the night terrors. A shadow entity would enter my room ... and then subsequently attack when I'd drifted off to sleep. I had that feeling too over the weekend ... and I knew that both entities were around me; the darker entity preventing me from making the connection. The feeling has gradually eased ... but I know we're seriously missing something significant. The toxins and technology, like WIFI waves, are blocking our minds from receiving these first signals being sent to us. How long we will be blocked is hard to tell. But it can't be long hence the edible microchips. This is my opinion and I'm sticking with it. It serves a taster of what you can expect from me in the coming weeks with the video blog. I plan to be blunt. Direct. Controversial. As well as being informative. I may only be one voice ... but I am one more voice that is prepared to speak out. Edible Drug-Tracking Microchips to be Unveiled in UK by Year's End

The UK's Independent says Proteus Biomedical, the company responsible for making the edible microchip, has formed a commercial partnership with Lloyds pharmacy, a UK pharmacy and healthcare provider, to begin selling the tiny chips to patients by year's end. Smaller than a grain of sand, the tiny chip will monitor which drug pills are taken, and electronically send this information to patches worn on patients' arms. The patches will then send the information to the mobile phones of patients' relatives and physicians.

The chips are reportedly made of "ingredients commonly found in food," and are layered with copper, magnesium, and silicon components. When consumed along with pharmaceutical drugs, these chips are activated by stomach acids, which causes them to generate electric currents marked with specific signatures that match the drugs taken. Whether you believe it is your destiny to be a parent, an adventurer, an artist, a pioneer, or a spiritual guru, saying yes to your destiny is only the first step. While manifesting your destiny starts with knowing what you want and believing you can attain your goals, there are then the actions that must be taken and the decisions to be made before your destiny can truly happen. When you take responsibility for fulfilling your destiny and begin acting with the intention of doing so, you not only take fate into your own hands, but also you become the hands of your own fate. Doorways inevitably open for you to step through, and every choice you make can be a creative act toward realizing your goals and dreams. You begin to follow your instincts and intuition, recognize opportunities when they are presented to you, and seize those golden moments. You also begin to recognize the decisions that may not serve this greater picture and can more easily push them aside.

Remembering that the decision to fulfill your destiny is always a choice can be empowering. Knowing you are fulfilling your destiny because you want to, rather than because you have to, can make a huge difference. When you are freed from obligation, obstacles in your way become challenges to be overcome, and the journey becomes an adventure rather than the obligatory steps you are being forced to take. Each time that we activate our mind, it seeks the first place where it can function deductively. If we are meditating at an Alpha level, when we activate it, the brain goes up to Beta, but if we activate it while being at the Theta levels, then it will only go up to Alpha, where we still are at deep levels

The Theta sound can also be used to practice the mind control exercises that are supposed to be done at Alpha level, because as the Theta sound pulses at exactly half the rate of Alpha, it´s easy for the brain to have one Alpha beat for every two beats of the Theta sound. And since the Theta sound beats at a slower rate, the brain is attracted to a lower rate of pulsing, and makes it easier to remain at alpha.

The problems that we want to correct with mind control techniques must be within our reach. Our mind needs to have enough information about a problem to be able to correct it, and if we have never reached the Theta level, then it is closed to us. Every time that we enter into the Theta level with conscious awareness, that opens that level to us, and puts it within our reach.

Correct breathing can make a huge difference to how we feel. It is very difficult to feel upset or angry when you are breathing slowly, deeply and quietly. It is also a great way to help you sleep. If you will, try taking a deep breath right now.

Do you feel more alert and energized now? Lack of oxygen in the blood makes us feel tired, and can cause headaches. A few deep breaths can lower anxiety, ease mild indigestion, and help us wake up and go to sleep.

Meditation, which is similar to hypnosis, is also very effective at reducing stress. Try this simple breathing exercise daily, or at least when you are feeling stressed and need some time out.

Get yourself comfortable, you may wish to lie or sit. Make sure you not get disturbed for about half an hour. Subdue the lighting. Close your eyes if it helps you concentrate, or better still keep them half open.

In some of our lives, sweeping has become an activity performed without much thought. In many cases, sweeping is a lost art, replaced by the noisy, efficient vacuum cleaner. But in several cultures and religions, sweeping the front and back porch every morning is regarded as an important cleansing ritual that prepares the ground for new energy on every level—physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. It is often employed to sanctify a space and prepare it for a ceremony. This seemingly simple action has the power to clear away the old and make space for the new. It stirs up the energy in a place, clearing out the astral buildup that is the natural by-product of the presence of humans.

This kind of sweeping is not about cleaning the area of dust. In fact, the broom doesn’t have to actually touch the ground to be effective. You might want to consider having two different brooms, one you use for cleaning dust and dirt, and one you use for energy clearing. If you are so inspired, you could decorate your broom by carving its handle, painting it, decorating it with gemstones and ribbons, or any other creative adornment that appeals to you. You can also make your own broom out of tree branches and twigs, or choose a naturally appearing broom from nature, such as a pine bough.

Sweeping each morning prepares the ground for the new day at the same time as it deepens our awareness of the importance of letting go of the past to welcome the present. As we clear the energy of our space, we clear our own energy systems. In addition, we create a space that feels clean, clear, and open to all who enter. Be sure to think welcoming thoughts as you sweep, manifesting what you need for the day. Making sweeping part of our daily ritual tunes us into the continuing cycle of releasing the old and welcoming the new that is the hallmark of a healthy energy system.

Attention all Lightworkers! This is an important post at this time. Over the last week many of us have become aware of some kind of negative attack on ourselves instigated by an unseen force! At first I thought it was just myself that was feeling an emotional distress over Sunday & Monday. However, I have since learnt that there are hundreds of lightworkers across the world who felt the same on those days. If you are reading this ... and felt ‘shitty’ over last weekend. With symptoms such as inexplicable depression & sorrow; dehydration; upset stomach in the solar plexus area – then take heed! You are currently under some form of negative psychic attack!

There has also been an alarming amount of arguments & displeasure within the ‘new age movement’ over recent days. Some serious negative influence appear to be at work here ... with dozens of gentle & caring souls being subjected to unprovoked attacks by fellow ‘lightworkers’. I’ve witnessed this here in Australia; but have had it brought to my attention it is taking place in the UK & in the USA.

The evidence points to a negative attack on lightworkers worldwide. And the message is clear .... something extremely POSITIVE is about to descend. Some unseen force is firmly influencing us all to be divided & at odds with each other. Together ... united ... we are a slakeless force. And it is fearful of us being united at this time. We represent the truth vibration ... we represent the universal spirit. Whatever this force is ... does not want us to embrace our natural state. Therefore it is instigating a concerted attack on our minds and our emotions.

STAND FIRM in your beliefs at this time. Do not engage in any issues where negative energy and emotions will be released by yourself or absorbed by yourself. Endure the feeling of depression and sorrow. The sense of feeling helpless. Relax ... sleepless nights are another symptom of his scourge. Also the sense of ‘loss of connection’ with the other side.

And this is the case with theStop Online Privacy Act(SOPA), which contains language that could one day target websites that sell, promote, or otherwise talk about the benefits of dietary supplements.

Section 105 of SOPA, entitledImmunity for Taking Voluntary Action Against Sites that Endanger Public Health, provisions that service providers, network providers, advertising services, search engines, domain name registry services, and other parties that handle internet content will be immune from prosecution should they decide to arbitrarily pull sites that "endanger the public health."

What is considered an endangerment of public health in SOPA? Websites that offer, sell, dispense, or distribute prescription medications without valid prescriptions, or sites that do the same with prescription medications that have been "adulterated or misbranded," according to the section. Cancer Cells Feed on Sugar and Sugar Free Products Alike

The dangers of processed sugar consumption are documented, as are its carcinogenic effects. But what about sugar free products? It turns out that not only can these products contain a dangerous artificial sweetener called aspartame, but cancer cells actually feed on sugar free products just as much as they do those loaded with sugar.

In a study conducted by UCLA, pancreatic cancer cells were found to multiply and grow more rapidly when fueled by fructose, as opposed to glucose or sucrose. More recently however, it has been found that even staying sugar free can have similar implications. In a collaborative study, it was found that in the absence of a usable sugar source, cancer cells will instead use glutamine - an amino acid - to survive and spread.

Of course fructose consumption (sugar-loaded products) are much more common within the American diet and elsewhere. Fructose is most commonly consumed from processed foods and soft drinks, in the form of mercury-loaded high fructose corn syrup. Beauty speaks to us in soft whispers or bold declarations. She calls on us to gaze in awe at her splendor. We are enticed by beauty. We adore her, idolize her, and even court her. Beauty seduces all of our senses. Beauty's seduction can be as obvious as the striking good looks of a man or woman or as subtle as the charms of a shaggy dog with loving brown eyes. We find beauty in the wonders of nature. Beauty offers us a symphony of colors with every sunrise and sunset and reveals to us her brash power through a storm at sea. Beauty teases us through the shy smile of a child and delights us via the brilliant flashes of fireworks. Beauty sometimes piques all of our senses at once, appealing to our taste buds, as well as our eyes and nose, when she appears in the form of a deliciously baked cake. Beauty calms us with floral scents and excites our aural lust through the passionate sounds made by an orchestra.

Beauty can be cruel, and our pursuit of her can be in vain. We may go to the opera in anticipation of finding beauty there, and she may bore and disappoint us. Instead, beauty lavishes her attention on another suitor who may be more appreciative of her charms. Or, we may try to capture beauty's essence in a photograph, painting, or sculpture, and still she is nowhere to be found. Beauty will forever inspire works of art, and she will always pose for her portrait, selecting the artist who is most worthy of her catching her likeness.

Depending on our personal tastes, beauty can be found in every color, flavor, scent, and texture. She lives among the poor, as well as the rich, and appears in the faces of the young and the old. She is at home in the city, as well as the country, decorating skylines as well as landscapes. She is the ultimate shape shifter. Beauty is a weather beaten barn beloved by one person and an awesome testament of naval craftsmanship revered by another. Beauty knows no bounds, and we can find her everywhere. All we have to do is look for beauty, and she is there.

2012 ... First Report.

This is a first report regarding the current year in the human experience. 2012. A year which has been a thing of fables and legends for many years. Well ... its here. We are all now in week #2 of this apparently significant year. Is there anything of note? Anything out of the ordinary to report? Anything which can single this year out from other years ... or is it too soon into the year? Well. I can safely say ... 2012 has already begun to live up to its fabulous reputation!! On a personal level ... Sunday & Monday this week were DIFFICULT days emotionally. Inexplicably there was a real sense of doom & depression commencing on Sunday morning. It slipped in without any cause and hung around me all day. By the evening I was seriously suicidal. NO exaggeration. Totally out of character and totally out of the blue. Coupled with this bad emotional state I was badly dehydrated. Monday I still felt the same ... though to a lesser degree. But I also had a stomach upset and an energy block in my solar plexus area. I also had a sense of 'something significant taking place'. I noted also that two of my nearest and dearest also were off colour ... Kristine was too hot and felt light headed and hungover. Our eldest felt off colour too. This was so significant, I posed the question on Facebook and received comments from friends all over the world that they'd been feeling the same things on these two days. Interesting. Significant. But what was the cause?

Then ... on a global level ... we are now experiencing a spate of strange sounds emanating from somewhere either in the sky or below the ground. Strange frequency noises heard in many places around the globe. A strange phenomenon. Indeed ... friends in Essex reported hearing a low frequency noise last night which emanating from nowhere in particular and lasted for hours. Strange? Unexplained noises ... caused by what?

Also ... inexplicably at the same time ... we have a spate of renewed UFO sightings in the UK, Canada and other places. Coincidence?

Radioactive debris from Fukushima is now being washed ashore in Canada, sadly. And ... there are reports of high radiation levels near to Brisbane, NSW. High levels of radioactive Iodine are being found in Canadian water supplies.

2012 is shaping up to be interesting if this week is anything to go by. Perhaps its only going to get stranger from now? Is this point where it all goes crazy? Only time will tell ...? More in the next report. But ... and this is just a 'wacky theory' not to be taken too seriously ... what if the increased UFO activity and the strange sounds are linked to the high radiation levels which are now around the planet? Could it be that some benevolent force has seen the damage which has been deliberately unleashed and has broken protocol to solve the problem? Could the strange sounds be their craft or some kind of cloaking frequency for reasons unbeknown to us? I know it sounds wacky but it is just a thought? More next time .... Matthew James 18/1/2012

There are many reasons for why a gathering of people in a circle is powerful. A circle is a shape that is found repeatedly throughout the natural world, and it is a symbol of perfection. We recreate this perfect shape when we join others to form a circle. Being in a circle allows us experience each other as equals. Each person is the same distance apart from the next participant, and no one is seated higher than or stands apart from others in a circle. From tribal circles to the mythical round table of King Arthur, the circle has been the shape adopted by gatherings throughout history.

The circle is acknowledged as an archetype of wholeness and integration, with the center of a circle universally understood to symbolize Spirit - the Source. When a group of people come together in a circle, they are united. This unity becomes even more powerful when each person reaches out to touch a neighbor and clasps hands. This physical connection unites thought and action, mind and body, and spirit and form in a circle. Because a circle has no beginning and no end, the agreement to connect in a circle allows energy to circulate from one person to the next, rather than being dissipated into the environment.

Like a candle used to light another candle, the connection with spirit that results when one person joins hands with another is greater than if each person were to stand alone. People who take part in a circle find that their power increases exponentially while with the group. Like a drop of water rippling on the surface of a pond, the waves of energy produced in a circle radiate outward in circular motion. While one person may act like a single beacon that emanates light, a circle of people is like a satellite dish that sends out energy. There is power in numbers, and when the commitment is made by many to face one another, clasp hands, and focus on one intention, their circle emanates ripples of energy that can change the world.

The oddity of an eight-fold rise in radiation levels on the Caloundra Peninsula in southeast Australia, as reported in the South Coast Daily, defies logic since nuclear particles should have been diluted and more evenly spread after traversing the distance of 8,000 kilometers (5,000 miles) from Japan. Nuclear dust out of Fukushima actually travels over a much longer span before reaching Down Under, circling the globe several times and swirling madly due to air resistance to the Earth’s rotation.

Since a radiation spike near Brisbane cannot be explained by the normal laws of geophysics, the hot particles from Fukushima must have taken a short cut between the northern and southern hemispheres. In fact, a fast track does exist, an alternative route via an “artificial radiation belt” arching through the upper atmosphere from Alaska to Australia.
