A landscape made by mistake

Above is an angry sky
Dark, looming clouds lurk like banshees
Thunder cracks echo around the valley
and lightning traces like fingers point at the earth
Bad seeds fall from out of the storm
Seen through the gloom as gods in ancient times
Their fall from grace unnoticed now
For this landscape has become apocalyptical
The wind’s howling foretelling the doom
Earthly creatures huddle and hide themselves away
Beings of flight banish their kin from the burning sky
Those that can exile themselves from the surface of the world
Then comes the first demons cry amid flashes of blinding light
Shrieks and corbyantic howls are heard
The world now ruled by the completely deranged
The sky now a vision of bloody reds and oranges
The sun lost in swirling fits of black and grey
The smell of acid and death too toxic to breathe
This is the future few souls dared to perceive
Created by one signal mistake
One human soul with the wrong choice of words
Be warned!
