The story behind how I came into possession of this video is as follows:
In the days after the 9/11 incident, I was working as a technical support phone rep for a software company in California. I was contacted by a man with support questions for one of our products and he indicated his address was in New York. I asked him about his personal experience during the attacks and he told me that his apartment was actually right across the street from the World Trade Center buildings. He told me he set up his camera on a tripod on his apartment balcony after the first plane struck.
