Off The Beaten Track?

Intuition takes the mind to some strange places at time. Seemingly the trail wandered takes the traveller around the house, through the park, and down the river side when it appeared the trail was going to lead straight ahead and still reach the same destination. That's how it goes sometimes. The Seeker led on a merry dance due to the far off sounds of higher inspiration ...

But always, the traveller comes back to his moment in time, with a smile. With a new found understanding and with new energy. Today I have a new spring in my step. Back on song after a few days spent seemingly out of sync with where the track was leading. After foraging in the undergrowth on either side of the beaten track, seeker of clues. Seeker of symbolism even, I can focus once more straight ahead.

Sometimes it is necessary to revisit all those discarded husks. To place feet in those earlier footfalls. To recover the sights of those previous landscapes earlier in the trail. That is how sometimes intuition shines through the darkness.

Today seems like a new dawn. A new inspiration shines and provides focus on the road ahead. Having collected together the patchwork of images & impressions left for me by higher awareness, I can now comprehend the chaos in which this journey has been wandering. It is part and parcel of the ongoing discovery which has been an integral part of my life. The questioning and the inquisitive nature of my psyche is to know the reason why. To comprehend how it works and why it works; and to improve the process. To temper the tool to such a degree it is a worthwhile risk to use it in the format which it has evolved into over the years.

Off the beaten track? I may seem to have been in the past week or two. But in truth I have run a zig zag trail in the general direction of where the journey was leading. The intention now is to recover the compass heading it was leading before and remain now on that bearing until the journey's end.
