Absent Healing

In order to improve your health, first believe that you can enjoy much better health. Many people think that what they have now is the best that they can create, and they fear making any changes. Start by at least believing that circumstances could be better, that you can have what you want, that it is all right to do what you love with your life. There is always a way that your circumstances can be changed. Focus on creating what you want, not on getting rid of something you don’t want.

If you can’t believe that something is possible, then you aren’t going to have it. But if you can have the smallest thought that it might be possible, you are already on your way to creating it.

You can magnetise good health.

You cannot use magnetism to change another person or force something to happen that is not in the best interests of both parties, for magnetism works only to draw those things to you that are in the best interests of all concerned.

You can learn to create what you want using energy and thought, rather than physical effort, and produce results that go beyond anything you can create with physical effort alone.
