Using The Navigator Of The Mystic Sea Tarot
'There are currently three runners in the race for the English Premiership Title - Man Utd, Liverpool & Chelsea ..."
Choosing three images per team, let the 'powers that be' indicate the most likely winner of the Title this season:
Chelsea - currently in 3rd place ... Magian (encapsulation); Page Of Pentacles (reservation); Eight of Cups (seclusion).
Liverpool - currently in 2nd place ... Empress (conception); Two Of Cups (harmony) reversed; Five Of Cups (dissipation)
Man Utd - currently in 1st place ... King Of Cups (transition); Six Of Cups (Felicity); Fortune (rotation)
Chelsea ... So near yet so far. The Magian (magician) indicates the 'magic' of Chelsea being in the running with all the turmoil and changes they have experienced this season. The card shows almost a bullseye target with a pointer missing the target. They certainly will finish in the top three. Perhaps they overtake Liverpool in the end? The Page Of Pentacles suggests further progress ... maybe the attention is on elsewhere (The Champions League final)? Symbolism goes elsewhere too ... relating to a new manager being appointed from a shortlist of four?
Liverpool ... Harmony reversed is disharmony ... the Empress indicates the need for calm and composure. Something that was in the net (an image on Five Of Cups) has slipped from their grasp (the title?) ... image shows a boat beginning to drift away from the destination of the title. Out of their hands now. If they don't instill calm then it will be 3rd place.
Man Utd ... Fortune! Pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. The Six Of Cups depicts felicity which is bliss and happiness. King Of Cups ... 'the king of the cups'. Certainly the cards favour Man Utd to win the title ... there is also some hint of a roman dress in the image. The European Champions League is in Rome? There seems another crack of that title too to really be the 'king of cups' ... to retain the Champions League trophy and be the first team to do it? The Premiership title seems to drift their way now ....
