The Two of Crescents carries the insightive meaning of 'harmony' which is apparently far removed from the ongoing situation. It is a card which represents an enigma perhaps? Mission being accomplished? Nothing clear to an actual perceivable outcome in this spread. The spread states diplomatic involvements and meetings outside of the public arena. Both the Giver & Keeper of Staves suggest apparent government involvements in the situation. Perhaps not the ministers themselves but governments as a collective term. Giver of Crescents is the revealing of the events, the reasons why ... the 'man in the moon' (A high ranking individual) has divulged information and it is instructed to be filtered down the ranks. Instructions seemingly to be passed to those at the core of 'the ritual'. It all has the feel of a ritual ... an enactment. The Seven of Crescents has the intuitive meaning of 'making a dream a reality'. Again mission being accomplished ... apparently a compaign must not be prevented or stopped. It will reap benefits in the end. Red tape being cut ... and the closed doors hiding the who and the why may well be opened. But when ... ?? There is no timing on this working. This situation has the emotionless feel of a business deal ... with the lives & feelings of human beings involved being disregarded. It will all take as long as it is meant to take. There seem to be negotiations somewhere for a return ... or an exchange ... plus further proof the child is still alive. Re-examine the roles and intentions of characters in the spotlight during the early days. Pre-ordained roles to play prior to the wheels coming into motion.
