Phenomenon - 'The Energy Bolt'
I'd settled into bed, approximately ten minutes later ... with meditation music playing through the headphones; focussing on a specific journey prior to sleep. Just as I was on the point of altered consciousness. At that moment I became aware of some presence standing ahead of me. Immediately I became physically aware of being jolted by a strong blast of energy ... an energy bolt that jolted me awake. The phenomenon was real and not a dream state occurrence. It felt like an minor electric shock. I was unable to resume the altered consciousness prior to the 'attack'. The prime objective of the unknown presence it seems.
