The Old Adversary ...

So it's England vs Germany in the round of 16 .... the old adversary. A predictable result then? England making their way out of the South Africa World Cup 2010? Defeat at the hands of the Germans (Again)? That's the predictable ... ?

It would be interesting then to perhaps have a sneak view before Sunday then? Forewarned is forearmed ....? What does the tarot have to say? Not just any tarot ... the same deck that correctly predictd the victory of an underdog ... Blackpool beating Cardiff at Wembley. Therefore, since England are technically the underdog on Sunday, let's use the Tarot of Atlantis to see the potential result of the game ... ?

5 of Pentacles ... is a card of commitment and strengthening of positions. No indications of goals or winner with this image.
The Hanged Man ... The Merchant ... risk taking, sacrifices to make.
6 of Chalices ... a card of memories? A repeating situation perhaps ... not penalties surely? 6-5 on penalties is the obvious assumption ...

But the final two images imply something else .. the Ace of Swords (1) and The Fool (0) ... is this a 1 v 0 result? But who is the victor ... ? The sword hangs over a manager of a team in black. Will Germany be in their black kit? There is no clear answer ... is this a disallowed goal to Germany?

One final image to determine the answer ... The Empress?? The only clue ... the Empress's dress is white ...?? Dare we believe England WIN???
