Hollie Greig legal adviser asks electoral commission to investigate arrest and hustings ban

'Robert Green, a prospective Parliamentary candidate who was prevented from entering Aberdeen due to bail conditions that were imposed upon him following an earlier arrest, has asked the electoral commission to investigate his case, claiming his “unusual and probably unique” circumstances have never before arisen in Parliamentary history. He has asked for the constituency election to be re-run as a consequence of his hustings ban, which he says prevented him from placing the main issue upon which he was standing before the electorate.
