From the web site: "Brainwave entrainment is produced by listening to two slightly different tones through headphones (so that the audio frequencies go to the appropriate ear). It can take up to about 5 minutes of exposure to the binaural beats for the human brain to begin following the frequency of the beats. This means that if you are listening to a 3 Hz Delta binaural beat encoded recording, your Delta brainwaves will become stronger. Since Delta brainwaves are associated with sleep, you should become drowsy as your brain "follows" or becomes "entrained" with the binaural beats. The best way to learn about Binaural Beats is to experience them yourself. I designed this video as an introduction... Find some headphones, plug them in, get comfy and relaxed and watch this video. Give it a chance and try to keep an open mind. It's a powerful exerience. It's best to listen all the way through but try to do at least 5 minutes."
