I'm adding this to the 'Disinformation Propaganda' category as we only have the Daily Mail's word that it IS the ISS. Judging by the pointless aspect of this contrived story, I question this picture. Possibly it is the ISS but then again it is a rather feeble cover story if what has been spotted isn't the ISS.
