Accepting A Fear

Fear affects us all. There are very few, if any, human beings who don't experience the sensations of fear in their life. It is part of our make up, the instinct mechanism created by the R-Complex in the brain. It is a way we are controlled, ruled and coaxed into giving our freewill away.

We can be extremely vibrant, and happy, one minute without a care in the world. Then fear is triggered in an instance by a stray thought or a vague recollection. Then we begin think negatively and life becomes a burden once more.

How and why does this happen? What triggers those responses? It is said our left brain is in some way linked to a primeval hive mind - the collective oversoul - so is it possible that our positive and fearless thinking triggers so kind of reaction from this hive mind, and our consciousness is then filled with thoughts that will prevent us feeling the natural state of being we should be?

After many years of fears, and fearful thinking, it has been found that fear is just a figment of the mind. It is a drama theatrical event playing in your mind, that really isn't real at all. It is a ways and means of controlling the decisions and the expectations of what lies ahead in our life. A fear can be overcome by ACCEPTING that fear at the time. By going along with the suggestions and impressions we witness in the back of our mind. We simply accept the outcome and the limitations that the fearful mind is having us believe is going to happen. Go along with the drama, and that way reason and sensibility will prevail and the fear will recede.

Its a better option than letting the fear run amok, causing us to stress and become negative ...
