Mindfulness - A Handy Tool

One way that is a good way of getting through the grind of a day surrounded by 'the frustrated flutterings of youth' is to switch on MINDFULNESS. An ability to cut out all unwanted thoughts and also unwanted noise in your surroundings.

Once mastered, mindfulness can be adapted in a wide range of different things. It is a focus tool and a distraction limiter. With all the needless conversations ignored and the mind focused on what is immediately in front of you, it makes for a much better day.

The beauty of not divulging what you know, and what you are, to those around you, means that you can switch on mindfulness and they are none the wiser. They may write you off as anti-social or ignorant or maybe a little deaf; but it matters not. For peace of mind it is recommended to be in observation mind mode when in a busy and aggravating work situation.

With it set up as a second nature awareness it takes only seconds to walk into observant mode ... a very handy tool to have and develop into your own adaptations.
