So everything you see around you are in fact sound waves transmitted from an unseen location; which are interpreted by the brain into the construct world around us.
Everything that we identify with is sound. Our name defines us by its sound frequency. The food we eat defines us by the sound frequencies we ingest. The words and their tones & inflections affect us and the people we interact with. The demonic silver screen in our living rooms define us by the sound frequencies we absorb when sitting in front of it.
The list of defining sound frequencies are endless. We are merely observing a construct reality created by sound transmissions. Somehow, we get fooled into thinking we are within physical bodies. Look at the emptiness of atoms! They are not solid; they appear solid due to our interaction with the sound frequencies. How can we be inside a physical body that is made up of atoms that are empty spaces?
We need to realise these facts and stop unwanted sound frequencies defining us; shaping our thinking and our reactions. Its time for less reaction and more action. We do this by limiting our acceptance of the sound frequencies we don't want .... not an easy task. The other option is to monitor the sound frequencies we absorb and gauge the reactions to the 'I am What I am' which is the slakeless and limitless consciousness you are ... that is observing this construct world. Don't let any sound frequency get in the way of that true aspect of yourself.
