It has the insight meaning of 'there are times when we feel the walls are closing in on us. We find our material toil too much to bear in these times. Our natural reaction is to be very protective of ourselves. We rarely ask others for help unless we have no other choice. In these times, a problem shared is most certainly a problem halved. We will almost always surround ourselves in a protective shell, when we feel we are at our most vulnerable'.
It is important to realise when we are in one of these protective phases, and comprehend the truth that we became mortal to become vulnerable, and to experience the human burdens that have been written into the akashic record. By overcoming the burden, we lessen the weight of oppression that the one carries within itself. Job done. Move on to the next burden.
