The totem bird of the week for Monday 5th April to Sunday 11th April 2021 is the Swallow. How many of us have lost our flow in life due to over a year of government PLANdemic lockdowns; all of us virtually. As a result our existence has become discordant and out of sync. Swallow medicine teaches us to focus on those things in life we can design, and build upon, and let go of what we cannot change in life. Huge oaks grow from acorns seeded in poor ground ... so there is every chance of major rebuilding projects in our lives if we choose our options wisely.
