 We all have times when we eat too much — holiday meals, for example. While the body can handle occasional overeating, doing it on a regular basis causes more harm than just weight gain. When you eat, your organs must secrete digestive enzymes to break down all that delicious food into useful nutrients. Overeating or drinking to excess strains the pancreas and other organs.

Pancreatic enzymes play an essential role in digestion, which, of course, plays a role in how healthy your body is. Food is fuel! Pancreatic enzymes help break down all the macronutrients you eat — fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.

The pancreas is a glandular organ inside the abdomen. You might know that it releases insulin and glucagon, hormones that keep your blood sugar level stable.[2] But the pancreas also secretes enzymes that digest your food.[1]

When you eat, your pancreas produces pancreatic juice that contains several enzymes. Although most pancreatic enzymes assist digestion, not all digestive enzymes are made in the pancreas. The stomach, small intestines, and tongue also produce digestive enzymes.

Your body has three types of pancreatic enzymes: lipolytic, amylolytic, and proteolytic. Those are big words that have simple meanings. The root “lytic” means to break apart, and “lipo” refers to lipids (fats). Thus, lipolytic enzymes break down fats. “Amylo” is a Latin root word that means starch; Amylolytic enzymes work on carbohydrates. And proteolytic enzymes break down proteins.

Europeans Are Now Being Force-Fed Bugs In Pizza, Pasta and Cookies Without Their Consent

European citizens are now being force-fed bugs and crickets in everyday food items as the World Economic Forum policy of forcing humanity to eat insects become a reality.

The food additive made out of powdered crickets has begun appearing in popular foods including pizza crusts, pasta, whey powder and cereals across the European Union.

Defatted house crickets are now on the menu for Europeans across the continent, with the vast majority of them unaware that insects are now being pumped into their food supply without their consent.

“This comes thanks to a European Commission ruling passed earlier this month,” reports RT. “As per the decision, which cited the scientific opinion of the European Food Safety Authority, the additive is safe to use in a whole range of products, including but not limited to cereal bars, biscuits, pizza, pasta-based products, and whey powder.”

Critics suggested that once bugs become widely accepted as a food additive, their consumption will become normalized across the board.

Do Kids Need Protecting From Social Media?

 We live in a time where everything is connected, everything is accessible, and everything is too easy. Too easy for young people to be taken down a dark road, not in the form of a bad man, but in the form of social forums that appeal to the darkest corners of their minds.

Social media is a toxic environment, pure and simple. The older and more worldly you are, the easier it is to navigate that and only allow the positives of social media to influence your life. Now I’m not blind, I can see that social media has its benefits, it allowed people to keep in touch with long-lost family, reignite old friendships and also a way to create groups, start clubs and meet like-minded people. But I can just mention things that adults would do, and even some adults, I would say a small majority have an unhealthy relationship with social media.

The downsides to social media or its potential risks of it are many, it’s not just the time you spend on it, it’s the way it makes you feel afterwards, and how it makes you view yourself and your own life. The Survivor Personality Type

Survival in a deadly crisis is challenging because of the shock and unexpectedness of the threat. During the chaotic turmoil of a deadly emergency some people feel overwhelmed and freeze up. Being a survivor in life and death emergencies is an outcome from interacting with everyday life in ways that increase the probability of survival when survival is necessary. The more quickly a person grasps the total picture of what is happening, the better his or her chance for survival. The reading of the reality includes a quick empathy assessment of others in the situation. This includes scanning the emotional states of others in the survival situation to judge how helpful or unhelpful they may be and reading the emotional state of any attackers that may have caused the danger. 

Alertness, pattern recognition, empathy, and awareness can be viewed as a sort of “open-brainedness.”
This open-brainedness is a mental orientation that does not impose pre-existing patterns on new
information, but rather allows new information to reshape the person’s mental maps. The person who has the best chance of handling a situation well is usually the one with the best mental maps, the best mental pictures or images, of what is occurring around them.

But a new series of images taken from inside mines in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where 90 percent of the world's cobalt is mined and used to make the batteries that power our tech-led lives, raise uncomfortable questions.

Cobalt is the chemical element found in almost every tech gadget that uses a lithium-powered battery on the market today - a smartphone, tablet or laptop requires a few grams of it, while an electric vehicle requires 10kg.

Apple, Microsoft, Google, Tesla and others all insist that they hold cobalt suppliers to the highest of standards, and that they only trade with smelters and refiners who adhere to their codes of conduct.

But the photos and videos that DailyMail.com can share today from some of the largest mines in Africa - where many of these suppliers get their cobalt - tell a different story.

Speaking to DailyMail.com ahead of its release, Kara, an adjunct lecturer at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, said his research proves that the confident assurances of big tech can't be trusted.

'There are hundreds of thousands of the poorest people on the planet [mining for cobalt].

Covid jab spike proteins invade “all major organs,” accelerate cellular aging

French researchers are warning that covid “vaccine” spike proteins invade all major organs of the body and proceed to hyper-accelerate cellular aging, resulting in early death.

Citing a paper out of China, the researchers, who published their findings in the French newspaper France Soir, explained that biological aging goes into hyperdrive upon exposure to jab spike proteins, which shorten DNA sequences known as telomeres, which protect the ends of chromosomes.

In guinea pigs given mRNA injections, the animals’ endothelial function was impaired by spike protein exposure. In humans, the same outcome was observed when the experiment was replicated.

“The [Chinese research] team reproduced the in vitro experiment on healthy human endothelial cells: the spike protein thus bound to ACE2 receptors, damaging the cells’ mitochondria, causing micro-thrombosis and endotheliitis,” reads an English translation of the French article.

While the spike proteins used in the experiment did not come from one of the currently available covid injections, the team further wrote that there is no reason to believe that those from the shots behave any differently after being dispensed inside the body.

Project Veritas & Pfizer: How Far Are We Willing To Go To Get ‘The Truth?’

 Two days ago Project Veritas released a video that shows consultant Jordan Walker, who works with Pfizer, suggesting Pfizer performed research to ‘mutate’ COVID-19 intentionally for their own benefit. He referred to it as ‘direction evolution.’

This suggestion would mean Pfizer’s mRNA product would become more profitable because the company would be artificially speeding up mutations so they could sell new iterations of their ‘vaccine.’

Project Veritas, a media company, obtained this admission (if true) from Walker by means of an undercover journalist posing as a date. The admission was recorded through a secret camera and can be seen here.

Before we go on, there has been talk that this encounter may have been inauthentic or staged, perhaps that’s worth asking, but whether it is or not doesn’t take away from what needs to be talked about here.

If what Walker is saying is true, a corporation is playing with fire to create billions on profit while not disclosing any of this to the public. New Zealand media rolls out the narrative that Jacinda Ardern is a courageous victim of trolling

Jacinda Ardern’s instincts are unfailingly autocratic, ignoring the wishes of 90% of New Zealanders on a variety of issues. Very possibly no other New Zealand prime minister has become so universally and deeply disliked, to the consternation of the far-left.

In a Substack article, Paul Collits discussed how the pro-Ardern media are, predictably, dealing with her retirement claiming she will need ongoing security because of trolling by right-wing nut jobs. She will need permanent security protection! If only all the Kiwis she screwed over had had some security protection against her.

"Jacinda Ardern is likely to require an unprecedented level of security for a former New Zealand prime minister given the extent of the abuse and threats she faced while in office.

The vitriol is, quite frankly, off the charts,” said Paul Buchanan, a former intelligence and defence policy analyst who was a consultant to US security agencies. “The threats to her will not go away simply because she steps down. Some of these people are capable of taking violent action against her.”

Ardern was found to have faced between 50 and 90 times more online vitriol than any of the others. She was mentioned in more than 18,000 posts, with 5438 classified as strongly negative, angry, sexually explicit or toxic. The research also found the abusive messages increased in the second half of last year."

Gosh. Off the charts. Toxic. This all smells like carefully constructed narrative building to me. Just like the narrative created earlier by those who depicted Ardern as “the empathetic leader”. Because she donned a scarf and comforted Christchurch Muslims after their awful shootings. Some might well have regarded her Christchurch play as a carefully crafted pitch. Narrative construction.

Within moments of her tearful resignation in Napier the other week, my former fellow Napierians organised a pointed demo against her. God bless them.

The Lancet, which scammed the world by publishing a rigged study against ivermectin, now says climate change is a “medical emergency”

Concerning climate change, The Lancet pointed to operating rooms “overflowing with trash generated by disposable sterile supplies and surgical equipment,” as well as “parking areas filled with private transportation reliant on fossil fuels, and constant energy flow to digital monitors and other technologies.”

Interestingly, the journal also identified pharmaceuticals as a climate issue as well since most of them are made from so-called “fossil fuels,” which are really just God-given earth fuels that exist in abundance beneath the surface of the planet.

What The Lancet is concerned about is not so much these fuels themselves but the “carbon” they produce. The climate cult, as you probably know, is obsessed with carbon and believes it to be something “evil,” even though all life is made from carbon.

One way The Lancet suggests to combat all this carbon is for doctors to stop participating in free drug samples programs, which will “help reduce medication overuse and reduce the carbon impact when samples go unused.”

Another idea presented by The Lancet is for doctors to stop starting patients on 30-day drug courses and instead try a one-week supply approach, “even at the cost of some convenience to the doctor and patient.”

It sounds silly – and it is – but this is what has become of the journal, which in days of old was widely considered to be the gold standard of medical science. The Lancet has clearly been infiltrated and taken over by climate lunatics, just like governments, academia and even Wall Street have.

Hilariously, The Lancet also wants doctors to start engaging in a “green informed consent” program that “incorporates education about the climate impact of pharmaceuticals and climate change health hazards.”

Patients are to be indoctrinated with climate propaganda every time they see their doctor or get a prescription, in other words. This will give patients the ability to “choose to decline a medication, or they might choose to accept the medication and pursue carbon offsets.”

Today, if you find yourself entertaining any of the ego’s thinking, do not put yourself or others down for being in a state of unconsciousness. Instead, let this trigger you to take your thinking and thus mind back from the ego. The more you practice turning away from the ego’s mindset, the more control you will have over your thoughts, and thus over your life. Every decision you make that moves you toward the creator, Love, leads you to hope.

If you find yourself stuck within the ego’s mindset, do not despair. Simply recall that you have free will. Then use it to leave the darkness and return to the light. Hopelessness in not our Home, hope is. In every moment, no matter how hopeless it seems, thanks to free will, you can choose differently and begin anew. Globalist and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates warned that the next pandemic is likely to be “man-made” and “much more brutal” than the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19).

He issued this warning during a recent visit to Sydney, Australia-based think tank Lowy Institute. Gates told the audience that the world must listen to him and follow his instructions, lest economic carnage on a never-before-seen scale will occur. The Big Tech mogul also called for “greater global cooperation,” citing the COVID-19 pandemic as an example of how countries could improve their response if they worked together.

“Compare the economic cost of being prepared for the next one to the cost of this one – over $10 trillion economic loss,” Gates said. “With the pandemic, we were foolish not to have the tools, the practice and [the] global capacity to be on standby like we do with fire or earthquakes.”

According to the Microsoft co-founder, a stable international order based on mutual political will is needed to deal with future pandemics.

“The one thing that still hangs in the balance is will we have the global capacity and at the regional and country levels that would mean that when an infectious disease threat comes up we act in such a way that it doesn’t go global. We need to be doing every five years a comprehensive exercise at both country and regional levels of pandemic preparedness, and you need a global group that’s scoring everybody.”

The Driver Personality Type

 People who fall into the Driver personality type tend to be very controlling and possibly demanding. They know what they want and they aren’t afraid to let you know. They normally have little to no emotion and make decisions quickly and assertively.

The Search Continues for the Shining Star

 We start off the 2023 Quick daily Merlin Insights, with a fresh look at the 3-5-7 mystery; we've not undertaken any insights for a significant time. 

We see in the imagery of the rune cards, a young girl/woman in the image of Jara (Joy) .. however in the position it lies in the three enclosure spread it has to be read in its reversed aspect, which indicates there is sorrow & despondency around this young girl/woman. Someone around her has bitterness and regret. There are others around her .. and they exhibit all the the negative emotions associated with this rune in its reversed position. 

There is a strong indication she is still very much alive. nothing has changed on that front. The reversal of Os (Mouth) in the immediate left (Past) suggests the silence that has been created by the length of time this young girl has been missing. There is also an overwhelming sense of victory and mastery ... the story line has been created that this young girl is dead. That is the deception here. The guardian of the young girl believes in mastery and conquest. It appears that way if you rely on the media machine for information. The truth is nothing like that portrayal.

Nyd (Need) in the immediate future indicates a life of hardship and adversity for this young girl. She does sadly seem to held against her will. 

On a more positive note; Gefu (Gift) gives an indication of generosity in this current moment in time. She may be in an almost slave like situation, but there is a generous benefactor who is making sure she is being taken care of. She has had to sacrifice her normality for a cause, but someone who cares for her, keeps her from harms way. The gifts given that are indicated can be monetary gifts that benefit the young girl indirectly. Aurochs in the central position gives a strong sense of strength in the situation. It is an ongoing 'crisis' that is no longer covered by the media. There is an unsolvable stalemate at this time The young girl is very much alive and in the hands of someone who will not release the leverage and commodity very readily. 

Oak (AC) in the top position shows that the immediate future is a period of trust and testing of loyalties. The media will not report on the truth; but will fall back on their default position between now and early May 2023. The story must be disregarded. It will be a false trail.

The Yew (YR) can be associated with graveyards and suggests another MM is dead story ... but that is so far away from the truth (Again) ... Yr suggests some kind of spiritual journey or adventure (For the young girl) ... she appears to be moving to another location. But where? Ireland has been a location for  her in the past and possibly an Arab country (Saudi Arabia) ... but the next location will be a surprising one ...

 Quantum tunnelling is when a particle breaks past or “tunnels” through what is supposed to be an impassable, impenetrable, and insurmountable solid barrier. Think of a ghost passing through a concrete wall, for example.

At some point in the probably sooner-rather-than-later future, artificial intelligence (AI) robots will become so “smart” and advanced that they develop the capacity to kill off humanity, researchers are warning.

Experts from the University of Oxford says that AI robots of the future will, in fact, be able to “kill everyone” if they so choose. And by that point, there would be no ability for humans to stop them.

These “superhuman” AI robots could appear before or by the end of the century, according to statements made to the United Kingdom’s Science and Technology Select Committee. And all countries currently involved with their development are immersed in a “literal arms race” to see who can unveil them the fastest.

Michael Osborne, a professor of machine learning, is calling for global regulation to stop tech firms from creating out-of-control AI system that threaten to “eliminat[e] the whole human race.” (Related: In 2017, the United Nations proposed “killer robot regulation” to prevent AI “terminator” robots from exterminating humans.)

“I think the bleak scenario is realistic because AI is attempting to bottle what makes humans special, that has led to humans completely changing the face of the Earth,” added Michael Cohen, a doctoral student, during the session.

Peace and Our Changeless Eternal Nature

 Our sisters’ and brothers’ actions do not define them. Their changeless loving nature does. It is not what they think, say or do that defines them. It is the Love that is their true eternal essence and nature. When we choose to define them as some frozen moment or event in time, instead of by the Love that is their eternal essence, this is a sign to us that we have forgotten who we truly are. The more we choose to value the ego’s judgments over the creator’s Love, the more unbalanced we will feel, and the less peace we will have. We will never find true peace as long as we separate our self from the Source of peace. Let us take note that peace is not a function of what seems to be happening in the world, but is a function of how we are thinking of and reacting to our experience.

The thoughts that we define others by, reside within us. If those thoughts are kind and compassionate, then it is those energies that flow through us and will bless and heal us. If our thoughts are judgmental and critical, then it is those energies that will hurt, punish and haunt us. When we start to take note of how our thoughts affect us, we begin to understand the importance of thinking of and treating others, with love and compassion. If we judge them, and see them as something other than Love, then being all One, we are separating ourselves from Oneness, and thus from the Mind of God. We will never find true peace of mind or joy, if we are constantly unconsciously separating ourselves from the Source of peace and joy. Today, let us support our sacred connection to our Source, by beginning to treat all others, as we ourselves would like to be treated. By doing so, we reinforce our own eternal loving essence and nature. Our Physical Experience is a Reflection of Our Internal Condition

 The ego is always having you look for an outside target to judge, blame and criticize. When “you” do, understand that it is not the truth in you, but the ego and its programs who are in control of your mind and thinking. When you blame the outer world, the ego is programming you to believe that the outer world has power over you. Thinking that the outer world has power over you increases anxiety, stress and the need to defend yourself. This way of thinking also reduces your sense of safety, peace and control. Imagine yourself against eight billion people, not a very secure environment, right? 

Now imagine yourself at one with those eight billion people, all brothers and sisters, knowing that you all come from the same Source, and that Source is Perfect Love. Believing this, what would you have to fear? What if Love and It’s expressions was all you saw in others and they in you? What need for concern, stress or anxiety, would you again need to feel? What if being all One, you knew that everyone’s truth only desired what was best for you? These awakened beings, knowing that we are all One, would logically only want what is in your best interest, because it would be also in their best interest. All that is stopping us from seeing the world in this manner is our lack of faith in the sacred nature of the journey that each one of us has co-created with an all-loving God. When you start trusting in God’s plan, which is also your highest-will plan, instead of trusting in the ego’s plan for your life, peace results. Yes we are all One, but at the same time, each one of us has a very specific, necessary and unique part to play. Trust this truth as true, and as you do, your judgments of self and others will begin to dissolve away before your light and understanding.

In reality, the outer world is simply a reflection of our internal condition. If our minds are chaotic and stressed out, the outer world will appear chaotic and stressful. Equally so, the more peace we have within our minds, the more peaceful our world will appear to be. In either case, nothing truly changes in the outer world. What changes is our perception of it, our internal interpretation, condition and dialogue. Regardless of how the world and those in it choose to grow and express themselves, if we are constantly supporting a state of peace within our minds, the world and those in it, will be seen and experienced through a more peaceful lens. Thus, the true power to experience a peaceful life resides within us, not outside of us. Imagine, the relief you will feel, when you finally realize, that how you experience this world, is not up to seven plus billion people ‘out there’, it’s up to you...<<<Read More>>>...

Former top adviser to Ukrainian president says country will lose its war against Russia

  Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s former top adviser does not have a good feeling about how the war against Russia will end for his country.

Almost a year after Russia invaded, Oleksii Arestovych, former Strategic Communications Advisor to the Office of the President of Ukraine, says he believes that Ukraine will ultimately lose despite the money and war materiel flowing into the country from Western nations, mostly the United States thus far, although other NATO countries are beginning to step up.

Arestovych is speaking out after being dismissed by Zelenskyy’s government because now he is free to do so and does not have to generate any more propaganda on behalf of the regime in Kyiv.
