Police looking for missing Nicola Bulley today reiterated their theory she tragically fell in the water and disclosed she was graded 'high risk' due to 'specific vulnerabilities'.

In a highly-detailed public briefing from Lancashire Police, the force said it had an open mind but said there was no evidence anyone was involved.
