The images imply a break in traditions due to fire and chaotic change caused by fire. Both of these are relevant to the recent fires.
The Traditions image appears to imply some kind of electrical discharge as being the cause of the recent fires. If it wasn't natural phenomenon ... like lightning ... then it may imply something man made such as DEW (Direct Energy Weapons).
In keeping with that conspiracy theory, where the devastation has taken place ... it coincidentally matches the proposed direction and layout of the planned California high speed railway. Surely Not?
