Maryborough's UFOs made another appearance over the weekend, with a local couple witnessing up to 16 bright lights flying in geometric patterns on Friday night. Robert Kluytenberg and Michelle Johannessen saw the objects in the sky about 10pm and originally thought it was the start of a fireworks display. That changed when more of the lights came over the horizon and joined the original group, until there were 16 moving slowly across the sky for about 30 minutes. The flight seemed choreographed, according to Mr Kluytenberg, as the lights formed shapes such as diamonds and squares.
