Viewing Human Life As An Observer

It's interesting to observe the human existence with a heightened sense of awareness. Standing in a supermarket watching the world go by; human beings flitting right, left and centre busy with their shopping; their minds filled with the stresses and strains of a human existence. Vices and virtues gripping their decision making.

The young mother rushing with their young humans in tow; the business man with his choice of food for perhaps the day or his lunch; the unemployed man with scant choice in his basket. They can all be seen in those moments; happy; sad; morose; dangerous; inventive ... but so very few in the mindfulness state of the observer.

In observation mode, the sense of participation in the world around fades; and the sense of it being nothing more than a virtual reality software program slips into conscious awareness. And further still, back up the rabbit hole, the observation mode changes to being aware of the sound frequencies that are creating the wavelength forms that the mind takes as human existence. There is a stillness and a sense of slow motion; as time itself is forgotten.

And there is calmness, and a sense of adventure and the remembering of how it felt to be the young child again; the child that wanders around the supermarket with no fear, no stress and no adult responsibilities. An awareness of what it must be like for the pre-three year old child; the beginning of this wander through the maze of life back to the door which had been entered at 'birth' into this crazy virtual existence. All those thoughts are there constantly; all it takes is for the Consciousness Crystal Set to forget time; and tune into the altered state of awareness that permits that remembering.
