One of my all time favourite rock ballads is the classic HERE I GO AGAIN by Whitesnake. The original off the Saints An' Sinners album is the best version, in my opinion. The version which is much bluesier than the 1987 version. The version which has the line 'like a hobo' instead of the revisited lyrics of 'like a drifter'. This song has always been a key favourite in my playlists and is a song that I can always relate to. The mood, the sense of hope and also the thoughts of not knowing what direction life is going to take me ... plus I've always been a big fan of Whitesnake.
