Suzanne and Trudie presented information to the Leeds City Council that demonstrated the “climate emergency” plans being considered have been long in the making and how far-reaching their impact will be if they are implemented.

President Biden Announces Climate Lockdowns Coming

President Biden has announced plans to force people to work from home and give up their cars in an effort to combat climate change.

As part of the WEF’s Great Reset agenda for humanity, Biden has declared that his administration plans to make it difficult for ordinary Americans to travel in their cars and more desirable for them to stay at home.

In order to “save the planet” from “global warming” and “climate change,” the county of Oxfordshire in the United Kingdom is imposing climate lockdowns to keep residents from moving about and “polluting” the environment with their existence.

The Oxfordshire County Council recently approved plans to lock residents into one of six zones throughout the county. Residents will need a special permit to travel from one “zone” to another – and even with a permit they will only be allowed to travel “a maximum of 100 days per year.”

All part of a so-called “15 minute city” agenda being pushed by Oxfordshire officials, these climate lockdowns will involve the use of electronic gates on key roads in and out of the city. Residents will have to present the proper credentials to get the gates to open, otherwise they will remain restricted to their homes and immediate neighborhoods.

“Under the new scheme if residents want to leave their zone, they will need permission from the Council who gets to decide who is worthy of freedom and who isn’t,” reports explain.

Climate Lockdowns May Be Next: Here’s What That May Look Like

 What would a climate lockdown look like? Well, if such an initiative were to take place, governments would limit or ban the consumption of many foods. They would ban or limit private-vehicle use, or limit the distance one can travel in a gas powered car or perhaps even by plane.

Working from home could eventually become the permanent norm if special carbon taxes are put in place. Such taxes could be imposed on companies, limiting driving or air miles, and extend to individual employees. Children could be impacted by climate lockdowns, too. Schools, especially those heavily influenced by teachers’ unions, could impose permanent online-only days.

Delhi, India is already using a version of this concept to crack down on smog pollution. 

Implementing significant restrictions like this, slowly but surely in the name of the collective common good, would allow the type of government control that would result in the littlest backlash as possible. It has finally been revealed – and we knew this all along – that Covid-19 lockdowns, mask mandates and other associated plandemic tyranny was a “test” to determine whether or not the world is ready for a new globalist system of “social credit score” control.

It turns out that billions of people passed that test, according to Mridul Kaushik, who wrote an article called “My Carbon: An approach for inclusive and sustainable cities” that discusses the next phase of the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) global takeover.

“Covid-19 was the test of social responsibility,” Kaushik admits in the piece.

According to Kaushik, billions of people complied with exactly the types of things that the WEF hoped they would. They covered their faces with cloth covid veils, for instance, even though doing so does not prevent disease and actually causes more of it.

Billions of people also obediently avoided other human beings like the plague, aka social distancing, which served no purpose other than to break down social cohesion even further while instilling fear in the most gullible.

Then we have the mass “vaccination” scheme that was unleashed via Operation Warp Speed, as well as contact tracing and hospital remdesivir-plus-ventilator protocol, which helped to thin the herd through depopulation.

“There were numerous examples globally of maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, mass vaccinations and acceptance of contact-tracing applications for public health, which demonstrated the core of individual social responsibility,” Kaushik writes.

All of this is now being extrapolated into the WEF’s “climate change” protocols for creating a new sustainable world. This will include “personal carbon allowance programs,” meaning people will soon be restricted in every aspect of their lives based on the fictitious notion of a “carbon footprint.”

If the WEF is successful in its mission to reset and transform the world, then humanity of the future will only be allowed to do certain things at certain times and in limited quantities. Freedom will become a thing of the past.

Humans will be told to no longer eat meat, or to only drive their car so many miles in a day. Drawn to its logical end, there could also be a cap on the number of breaths a person takes because all that carbon dioxide is melting the polar ice caps, we are told.

London Mayor Advises People Not To Exercise Outside

[Richie Allen]: Sadiq Khan has urged Londoners not to exercise outside because warm weather in Europe is leading to high pollution levels in the capital. According to The Telegraph:

As temperatures reached 20C in the capital on Wednesday, older people and those with heart and lung problems were told to limit “strenuous physical exertion” due to high pollution levels.

Anyone else “suffering discomfort” should also consider reducing their activity, official advice said.

A forecast from Imperial College London said that levels of fine particulate pollution, or PM2.5, would reach “high” levels on Wednesday and Thursday, causing health problems for vulnerable people.

The alert was the first issued by the Met Office since August 2020. Alerts were also broadcast in London train stations and to travellers at bus stops around the capital.

Despite the health warning, Sadiq Khan, the mayor of London, also urged people to walk or cycle to limit the air pollution from vehicles…

Mr Khan said: “I’m urging Londoners to look after each other by choosing to walk, cycle or take public transport, avoiding unnecessary car journeys, stopping engine idling and not burning wood or garden waste, all of which contributes to high levels of pollution.

“This is particularly important in order to protect those who are more vulnerable to high pollution.

“While this alert is in place people with heart and lung problems should avoid physical exertion.”

Did you note the use of the term “vulnerable people” by Imperial College? Did you note the language used by Sadiq Khan?

The Mayor said that he’s urging Londoners “to look after each other by choosing to walk, cycle, take public transport and avoid unnecessary car journeys.” Londoners should do this, said Khan, to “protect those who are more vulnerable to high pollution.”

The message is a stark one.

“Citizens! Driving your car is affecting the most vulnerable in society! Walking or cycling saves lives and protects the NHS!” Exercising indoors protects you and protects the NHS!”

I said it two years ago didn’t I? Climate lockdowns featuring initiatives like personal driving allowances are coming soon. I predicted that at some point the government would attempt to place legal limits on driving.

I imagined a day when people would be told that they could only take their cars out on the first and third Sunday’s of the month depending on their postcode. Others would be permitted to drive on the second and fourth Sunday’s.

That was how the war was and at some stage we might even have to go back to some kind of rationing, where you’re given a certain number of points and it’s up to you how to spend them – whether it’s buying a bottle of whisky or flying in an aeroplane.”

She said that people could be compelled to cut back on weekend breaks abroad and to move to a plant based diet:

“Perhaps people have got to think a bit harder. Maybe more of our holidays should be at home or taking trains, and not hopping on a plane to Magaluf for the weekend.

I don’t get ill because I’m vegetarian. I still have plenty of energy. I am absolutely fine, I gave up meat 45 years ago.”

When you frame any problem, whether real or imagined as a war, you can justify almost anything right? Remember all that “workers on the front line” nonsense at the beginning of the scamdemic? Remember “the war on covid?”

I called this a year ago on The Richie Allen Show. I was stunned at people’s compliance with the first lockdown. It occurred to me then, that some time in the near future, climate change might be used to justify confining us to our homes and limiting our right to travel.

I thought if they can get away with this using the excuse of a relatively harmless virus, why not climate change?

I said I believed that some day soon, driving would be rationed to reduce our carbon footprint. In a given neighbourhood, people living in houses with even door numbers, might be permitted a Sunday drive on the first and third weekends of the month.

Those living in odd numbered houses would be permitted to take the car out on the second and fourth weekends. It might sound crazy, but as Marc Morano has discovered, they are openly discussing using lockdowns to save the planet.

Climate Change is Gonna Be the Next ‘Covid’

[Humans Are Free]: Recently, it was Earth Day. The traditional day environmental hashtags temporarily trend across all social media sites.

This year was no different, with the exception of the stronger than usual whiff of agenda.

The narrative of the “deadly viral pandemic” is slowly losing momentum.

Whether this is through the public having “post viral fatigue”(as it were), or a deliberate shift in media talking points is unclear.

But there’s certainly less energy in the story than at this time last year.

That said, it’s also perfectly clear that governments around the world are in no mood to give up their newly acquired “emergency powers”, and that alleged “anti-covid measures” are not going away anytime soon.

Especially lockdowns, which are being freshly marketed as “good for the planet”.

The narrative that locking down the public was “helping the Earth heal” actually dates back to last March, when it was reported all across the world news that only a few weeks of lockdown had cleared up the water in Venician canals so much there were dolphins swimming through the city.

This story later proved to be completely untrue, but that didn’t stop dozens of outlets from picking up the story and running with it.

At various times in the intervening year, Covid has been sold as a having an environmental silver-lining. Including potentially “saving the planet”.

Just last month, the Guardian published a story with the headline:

“Global lockdown every two years needed to meet Paris CO2 goals – study.”

That this is all about marketing and opinion control is only further evidenced by the fact that, with a few hours, they edited the headline to remove mention of lockdowns, the new one reading:
