Senator Rounds on UFOs: Some Strange Things Are Out There

Senator Mike Rounds, who supports the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Disclosure Act (UAPDA), recently gave an in-depth interview to Ross Coulthart of NewsNation. Rounds serves on five key Senate committees, including Appropriations, Armed Services, and Intelligence—putting him at the center of national security and classified defense matters.

In the interview, Rounds discussed renewed efforts to pass the UAPDA as part of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), after it was blocked in previous years.

“I’ve been informed that Senator Schumer would like to partner once again and that we would offer it again this year in the National Defense Authorization Act, which we’ll begin working on here in the next few weeks. The answer is yes, we intend to move forward once again,” Rounds confirmed...<<<Read More>>>...

Former NASA Official Debunks Alien UFOs: ‘Nobody Is Visiting Us’

In a time filled with UFO conspiracy theories, a former NASA official is pushing back against claims of alien visits to Earth. Joseph Gutheinz, a retired NASA investigator and current attorney, says science—not speculation—should guide the discussion.

“Prove it. Honestly, prove it,” he challenges UFO believers. “They’ve been claiming that there have been UFOs since the 1940s. And, you know, Area 51 supposedly houses UFOs. Have someone go in, look at Area 51.”

During his NASA career, Gutheinz often heard wild claims. “I would regularly get calls from individuals who believed they were abducted or had a chip in their brain from aliens,” he said.

His response? “The possibility of anybody coming from another world to visit us was beyond unlikely… See a psychiatrist.”...<<<Read More>>>....

'80 years of lies and deception': is this film proof of alien life on Earth?

The Age of Disclosure, a provocative new documentary that argues for the existence of extraterrestrials, has drawn gasps and criticism at the SXSW film festival.

A splashy new documentary that asserts the presence of extraterrestrial life on Earth and alleges a US government effort to hide information on possible alien activity is making waves at SXSW.

The Age of Disclosure expounds upon years of congressional activity and testimony surrounding the presence of Unexplained Anomalous Phenomena (or UAP, a rebranding of the stigmatized UFO), in the United States, drawing both buzz and skepticism at the Austin, Texas-based cultural festival.

The film, directed by Dan Farah, features 34 military and intelligence veterans with direct knowledge of or experience with UAPs. All testify to the presence of alien flying objects and, for some, extraterrestrial beings on Earth. Some also allege a government cover-up of supposedly paradigm-shifting information - an effort that the film's lead subject, Luis Elizondo, a member of the government's Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), deemed "the most successful disinformation campaign in the history of the US government", representing "80 years of lies and deception".

A bipartisan group of government officials, including the former senator for Florida and Trump's new secretary of state, Marco Rubio; the Democratic New York senator Kirsten Gillibrand; and the Republican South Dakota senator Mike Rounds, also call for more transparency on the subject, citing their personal experience struggling to access any information on UAPs.

All participants, according to the film, disclose as much information as they lawfully can - which isn't that much in terms of hard evidence, as several critics have noted. As IndieWire put it, The Age of Disclosure presents "the most convincing argument you can make without showing any actual evidence". The Hollywood Reporter's Daniel Fienberg dismissed it as a "a basic cable exploitation doc done up with a fancy gloss", in which "nothing is proven, and thus nothing can be refuted"....<<<Read More>>>...

Some UFO Abductions Were Simulated CIA Psychological Warfare Experiments

Throughout history, the field of ufology and the examination of the extraterrestrial hypothesis have, without a doubt, been overcome with a plethora of disinformation. Those who have dived into the depths of ufology know this best, as it's well documented that 'outsiders' from intelligence agencies and governments have infiltrated the field.

They did this, and perhaps still do, to deceive researchers and people who are interested in the topic for one simple reason, to keep them away from the truth.

On top of these disinformation campaigns there has long been an "official campaign of ridicule and secrecy" (Roscoe Hillenkoetter, Ex CIA director) associated with the subject. But perhaps things are changing with recent revelations, but that’s another discussion in itself.

I'd like to draw your attention to Dr. Jacques Vallée, who holds a master's degree in astrophysics and a Ph.D. in computer science. The subject of UFOs first attracted his attention as an astronomer in Paris. He subsequently became a close associate of Project Blue Book's J. Allen Hynek and has written several books on the UFO enigma. He is currently a venture capitalist living in San Francisco. Vallée co-developed the first computerized map of Mars for NASA in 1963. He later worked on the network information centre for the ARPANET, a precursor to the modern Internet, as a staff engineer of SRI International's Augmentation Research Center under Douglas Engelbart....<<<Read More>>>...

Crashed Craft & Bodies Recovered? Footage of an Egg Shaped UFO Crash Retrieval Emerges

"Whistleblowers" with verified, legitimate credentials have been stepping forward since the 1940s, emphasizing the reality of UFOs and the manoeuvres they can perform. I am talking about crafts with no visible means of propulsion that defy our understanding of physics and aerodynamics.

A great example would be the General Nathan Twining memo from 1947, sent to the commanding General of the United States Air Force at the time.

The memo emphasized the operating characteristics of these objects and that the phenomenon is "real" and not visionary or fictitious. There are now thousands upon thousands of documents like this in the public domain, including objects travelling so fast that they seem to be teleporting from point to point.

From the 1940s to the present day, personnel from all agencies and ranks (and more) from dozens of countries have been emphasizing the fact that UFOs are real and many of them originate from non-human intelligence. The examples are abundant, and the electrooptical data released over the past many years also complement these claims, not to mention the similarities and consistency of the stories of those who have claimed to have had ‘contact.’...<<<Read More>>>...

New Research Shows Link Between UAP Sightings and Economic Conditions

N ew research from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem uncovers a surprising link between Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) sightings and economic conditions in the U.S.

Dr. Ohad Raveh and Dr. Nathan Goldstein developed innovative methods to measure public interest by analyzing UAP reports, finding “a surprising link between UAP sightings and macroeconomic conditions at the U.S.-county, state, and national levels.”

Their study challenges traditional metrics for economic behavior, showing how UAP sightings align with financial trends, inform policy, and reveal public responses to economic disruptions, such as the COVID-19 pandemic....<<<Read More>>>...

What to Do if Non-Human Intelligence Is Confirmed on Earth

Imagine waking up to the headline: “Non-Human Intelligence Confirmed on Earth.” For many, this revelation would feel like a seismic shift, upending everything we know about life.

This guide aims to prepare readers for such a scenario, focusing on the assumption that these intelligences are benevolent and here for peaceful purposes. I tried to write it in such a way that it would be understandable for everyone, even for those who were not interested in this phenomenon.

I’ve also collected all the links to authoritative sites here so that the next time someone tells you why the government isn’t talking about this, have them check the sources and references of this article.

Before diving into the details of contact, it is important to understand some terminology. The term “UAP” (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena) is the modern replacement for “UFO” (Unidentified Flying Object). While UFOs traditionally evoked images of flying saucers and alien invaders, UAPs encompass a broader range of phenomena, including mysterious objects detected in Earth’s atmosphere and oceans....<<<Read More>>>.....

The US government must come clean about UFOs

Last month's congressional hearings on unidentified anomalous phenomena — UAP, the government's new name for UFOs — could be characterized as a tale of two testimonies.

The first hearing was before two subcommittees of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee and included sworn statements by myself, a former NASA official, an investigative journalist and Luis Elizondo, a former senior leader of the Pentagon's secret UAP office, known as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program.

Elizondo was unequivocal about UAP: They are real, of nonhuman origin, represent advanced technologies that are monitoring sensitive military installations around the globe, and information about them is being withheld by the U.S. government from members of Congress and the public.

In my testimony, I backed up Lue's statement and commended his courage and that of other former government UAP witnesses and whistleblowers who have spoken out. I also described my personally witnessing a now-declassified UAP video captured by the infrared sensor on a Navy fighter jet during a training event off the East Coast in 2015.

The second UAP hearing took place a week after the first and featured Jon Kosloski, the director of the Pentagon's UAP Office. Kosloski testified before the chairwoman and ranking member of the Senate Armed Services Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities. He too spoke in no uncertain terms, stating that his office, also known as the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, has discovered no verifiable evidence of activity, technology or beings of extraterrestrial origin.

Additionally, Kosloski provided the results of a technical analysis of the very UAP video I described during my testimony a week prior. The UAP in the video has been called the "Go Fast" due to the relatively high apparent velocity it exhibited. Kosloski, however, concluded that the UAP was in fact not traveling very fast, therefore inferring that it was not anomalous in nature....<<<Read More>>>....

Why now? Pentagon says UFO nearly crashed into commercial airliner above New York – as bombshell report is released

The Pentagon has released a new report on UFOs that revealed hundreds of documented incidents of unidentified and unexplained aerial phenomena (UAPs).

While there is no evidence to suggest that these UAPs – the government’s term for UFOs – are of extraterrestrial origin, some defy explanation, including a near-miss between a commercial airliner and a mysterious object off the coast of New York.

The report comes as public interest in UAPs has skyrocketed, prompting the US government to work to provide some answers about these strange objects.

It was published one day after House lawmakers called for greater government transparency during a hearing on UAPs.

The Pentagon’s review detailed 757 cases of UAP encounters that were reported to US authorities mainly between May 1, 2023 and June 1, 2024.

That total includes 272 incidents that occurred before that time period but were not previously reported.

Reporting witnesses included commercial and military pilots as well as ground-based observers.

The majority of these incidents occurred in airspace, but 49 took place at altitudes estimated to be at least 62 miles above Earth’s surface, which is considered space.

No injuries or crashes were reported in any of the incidents.

But a commercial flight crew reported one near miss with a ‘cylindrical object’ while flying over the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of New York. That incident is still under investigation....<<<Read More>>>....

First image released of 'cylindrical' UFO shot down by US fighter jet over Alaska in 2023

This is the first image of a UFO shot down by American fighter jets during a chase near Alaska last year.

The photo shows a seemingly glowing horse shoe-shaped object with ill-defined edges over the Yukon territory in northwest Canada in February 2023.

It was shot down by a US Air Force F-22 stealth fighter on a joint mission with the Canadian Armed Forces following the now infamous Chinese spy balloon drama of February 2023.

Redacted documents show the image was designated as 'unclassified' within just days of the now 19-month-old incident, yet Canada's defense department did not release it to the public...<<<Read More>>>...

UFO Sighting Over China: The Clearest Image Yet

Unlike the countless grainy, out-of-focus, or poorly captured images that often accompany reports of unidentified flying objects, this particular image is remarkable for its striking clarity.

The photo, taken over the bustling city of Xiamen in China, by a photographer known only by the pseudonym “Cirenim,” showcases a distinct, disc-shaped metallic object hovering high in the sky.

What makes this sighting so remarkable is the sheer detail of the object. The smooth, silvery surface of the UFO is clearly visible, set against a backdrop of clouds glowing in the soft light of the sun. The contrast between the object and its surroundings makes it stand out in a way that few other UFO photographs do....<<<Read More>>>...

Why is the Pentagon's UFO office so clueless about UFOs?

On July 11, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Mike Rounds (R-S.D.) reintroduced the most extraordinary legislation in American history. The Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Disclosure Act alleges that shadowy elements of the U.S. government have surreptitiously operated "legacy programs" that retrieve and seek to reverse-engineer UFOs of "unknown" or "non-human" origin.

As a remedy, the Disclosure Act would establish a blue-ribbon review board to gradually and strategically release long-withheld UFO-related records publicly via a "controlled disclosure campaign."

Schumer and Rounds's reintroduction of the legislation is particularly notable because it was largely gutted, at the request of the Pentagon's UFO office, by House lawmakers last December. The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) — established in 2022 — also issued repeated categorical denials of the stunning UFO-related activities alleged in the Disclosure Act.

In a lengthy, error-laden report released in March, for example, the office stated that it "found no empirical evidence that the [U.S. government] and private companies have been reverse-engineering extraterrestrial technology."

The reintroduction of the Disclosure Act, in full, is thus a stunning double rebuke of AARO. Notably, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), who led the charge to establish the office, is a cosponsor of the legislation....<<<Read More>>>...

UFO Disclosure Is Happening Now, But Not As You Imagined

For decades, the collective imagination has been enthralled by the prospect of a major announcement from world leaders, perhaps the U.S. President, disclosing the existence of extraterrestrial life.

Picture the scene: a press conference, flashing cameras, and a statement that changes our understanding of the universe. However, reality has taken a different, more nuanced path. Disclosure, as it turns out, might be a gradual process, unfolding before our eyes in ways less cinematic but equally profound.

The term “disclosure” conjures images of definitive proof, a moment of clarity where all doubts are erased. Yet, what if disclosure isn’t a moment but a movement? “We had authentic military footage, abductions, implants… we had everything,” remarks a UFO enthusiasts on social media, echoing a sentiment that the evidence has been piling up for years....<<<Read More>>>...

UFOs Go Mainstream

If we want another social disrupter in this “Year of Chaos,” the full public disclosure that UFOs are real would do the job. We saw UFOs go mainstream last year as Congress started openly interrogating people over their involvement with UFOs or their knowledge of people or departments involved with them. One story in the news today summarizes how many members of Congress are convinced the deep state has been hiding evidence from Congress for decades. Here’s a rundown of the story, which is included in the headlines at the end of this editorial:

Newly declassified documents reveal that two of our nation’s most senior senators in recent years were/are convinced the U.S. government secretly retrieved exotic craft of “non-human” origin. Senator Chuck Schumer and the late Sen. Harry Reid have had bipartisan support from a number of other high-level senators over the years for their inquiries into what is being hidden about UFOs by the intel. agencies/military departments of the US government. Some of those ranking senators claim to have observed UFOs directly.

None of the government people named in the article, who believed their own government was hiding UFO secrets, were lightweights. The list is a who’s who of powerhouses in Congress who, even with their political clout have not been able to unclasp the doors said to guard this secret knowledge. While the story reads like a giant conspiracy theory for The X-files, most of it is now congressional record, while the interest in forcing those locked doors open has intensified. The problem is not lacking the power to force doors open but finding the doors that need to be opened. The documents, in other words, read like congressional facts.

Back in 2011, then-Senator Jospeh Lieberman, chair of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, met with a high-level scientist in the Dept. of Homeland Security to establish an ultra-secret UFO program. Today’s newly released congressional documents outline in detail how the program’s purpose was to gain access to UFO “inventory” held by various departments of the US government and then to experiment on that inventory in order to backward engineer it.

Yes, this is the kind of plot that drove plenty of episodes of The X-files and has been the backbone of more than a few Sci-Fi movies, except this is congressional record disclosed now to all members of Congress and the public, acknowledging the creation of such a program. Lieberman and Reid at the time said the establishment of the program was a matter of state “urgency.”

The newly declassified and released documents treat all of the details, including possession of biological samples, as statements of fact about what the government has and what the program was created to do. The program was rapidly quashed, and the story about these newly released documents makes no mention as to why. Was it that an empowered deep state had the people positioned in government necessary to shut it down?...<<<Read More>>>...

Alienated: Peter Levenda on the alien 'threat' narrative

There has been some Twitter controversy lately over a tweet from Tom DeLonge concerning the UFO Phenomenon and the threat it poses to human life on Earth. It seems that people have definite ideas about all of this, and they do not hesitate to make them known in response. This is my attempt to clarify my own position. I do not speak for Tom, of course, but I do believe that too many assumptions have been made by critics of Tom and of To The Stars that confuse the issue unnecessarily.

First of all, it seems that one of the major criticisms of Tom's position is that he is somehow a shill for the Pentagon or the CIA or some military group or cabal. I have seen the term "war monger" used, as well. If one takes the position that the Phenomenon is dangerous to humans, it stands to reason - according to this critique - that the person taking that position is a government stooge. What is the purpose of being a government stooge, then? Why, it's to increase US government defense spending, of course.

There are a few things wrong with that theory when it comes to the Phenomenon, however.

In the first place, US spending on defense far outstrips those of the next nine countries combined (and that includes China and Russia). No one needs Tom talking about UFOs to have any appreciable effect on the defense budget. The amount of money spent so far by the US government on UFO research is minuscule. If it were to double or triple, it would still be minuscule and not approach the cost of, for instance, the cheapest single line item in the 2017 Defense Budget of $89 million for rolling airframe missile systems (a surface-to-air system for defending ships against missile attacks). If we are not talking about UFO research, though, but defense systems against possible UFO attacks, then we have another problem:

In the second place, everyone is assuming that what the Pentagon would need to defend the United States from the Phenomenon is more or better guns and that is why Tom is said to be shilling for the defense establishment. That all we need is more guns is a dangerous assumption to make. It implies that the UFO/UAP is nothing more than a weapons platform that can be neutralized if we had more or better missiles. It is entirely possible that conventional weapons - up to and including chemical and biological weapons and nuclear weapons - would have no effect at all on the Phenomenon. If the Tic-Tac and other footage has shown us anything, it's that the Phenomenon can control our communications systems and even predict what our complex computer algorithms will display in advance, thus effectively neutralizing our capacity for attack. There are reports from both the United States and the then Soviet Union that they have the capacity of turning on and off our missile launch systems, and even of appearing as incoming missiles thereby eliciting a military response, only to have the incoming "missiles" disappear off radar screens at the last moment and thus averting disaster...<<<Read More>>>...

Documented UFO Encounters From Antiquity: Before "Project Bluebeam"

“Project Bluebeam” refers to an unsubstantiated theory which postulates the use of highly sophisticated technology that creates holographic projections which look extremely real.

Many people believe the UFO phenomenon to be a result of this, used by the elite to stage sightings around the world. Others tend to believe the phenomenon is a real physical one that’s created and perpetuated by the elite for ulterior motives. And of course, others believe that the phenomenon is real, nuanced, and involves agency on the part of non-human intelligent life.

It’s plausible to assume that governments, and those who exercise control over them, will lie when relaying information about UFOs to the public. At this point it’s impractical to expect a holistic and accurate portrayal of global issues and events from governments and mainstream media.

What we usually receive is a false narrative that serves the interests of the few in power. I wouldn’t be surprised to see UFOs, or as they’ve been rebranded, “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena,” be subjected to similar treatment. Perhaps this includes a “threat” narrative that isn’t entirely accurate or indicative of the phenomenon.

What many “Project Bluebeamers” don’t take into account is the fact that sightings of mysterious objects date back thousands of years. The phenomenon is quite old, and modern day sightings seen by people from all walks of life and professions share definite similarities to those documented hundreds and thousands of years ago....<<<Read More>>>....

Pentagon report warns US is unable to defend against UFOs

A secret document has revealed that the Pentagon is worried about the possibility of UFOs attacking the US and the world, reports dailymail.co.uk.

The document, which was made public by the Office of Inspector General (OIG), says that the US does not have enough resources to track and analyze unidentified flying objects (UFOs) that could pose a danger to the military and national security.

The document is titled “Evaluation of the DoD’s Actions Regarding Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena” and it states that UFOs, whether they are from another planet or not, are a serious threat that needs more attention.

The document acknowledges that it is very hard to prepare for an attack from an unknown enemy with unknown capabilities and intentions. It also admits that it is possible that some UFOs could be invisible or undetectable by current technology....<<<Read More>>>....

'Aliens,' or a foreign power? Pentagon UFO chief says someone is in our backyard

This week, the director of the U.S. government's UFO analysis office stated that there is "evidence" of concerning unidentified flying object activity "in our backyard." According to physicist Seán Kirkpatrick, who heads the congressionally-mandated All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, this alarming UFO activity can be attributed to one of two extraordinary sources: either a foreign power or "aliens."

To be sure, the ramifications of either would be significant. But Kirkpatrick's comments, which come as he is about to retire after a 27-year defense and intelligence-focused career, are more intriguing because he also says that "none" of the hundreds of military UFO reports analyzed by his office recently "have been positively attributed to foreign activities."

At the same time, Kirkpatrick and senior defense officials have ruled out the possibility that secret U.S. programs or experimental aircraft explain the phenomena.

While suspicious UFO cases will "continue to be investigated" for foreign links, the facts at hand appear to support Kirkpatrick's more startling explanation for the UFO activity in America's backyard: "aliens."

Aside from this remarkable development, the mere suggestion by a top government official that "aliens" could explain some UFO activity is the latest example of a striking shift in tone regarding the UFO phenomenon...<<<Read More>>>...

Major Takeaways From The US Congressional Hearing on UFOs: Addressing 'Psyop' Claims & More

David Charles Grusch, 36, a former combat officer and a veteran of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), as well as the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), testified yesterday at a US Congressional hearing about claims the US government is covering up its knowledge of UFOs.

He was also joined by Ryan Graves, a retired Navy pilot who has since founded Americans for Safe Aerospace, and David Fravor, a former Navy commander.

During the hearing, Grusch claimed the US government has had a program to retrieve crashed UFOs for decades. These retrievals have also found non-human occupants inside the UFOs that have been recovered.

Grusch was asked whether the US government had any information about extraterrestrial life, and he responded by stating he felt the US has likely been aware of “non-human” activity since the 1930s.

He also claimed to have given more details and evidence to the Inspector General, but they have not yet been made public.

Grusch maintains under oath that the US government is hiding information on UFOs/UAPs from the public and from Congress, but could not answer specific questions because the information is still classified.

He also claimed that he had been denied access to these programs, and said that he has faced “very brutal” retaliation as a result of his allegations. He claimed he had knowledge of “people who have been harmed or injured” in the course of government efforts to conceal this type of information.

Fravor testified that he has observed these objects as a pilot, and Graves said UAP objects had been detected “essentially where all navy operations are being conducted across the world” and are seen on a daily basis....<<<Read More>>>...

Expert alleges ET collaboration with Western nations on space technology

Paul Ascough, a former military officer and a current UFO investigator, claims that a group of “gray aliens” has been collaborating with Western governments since World War II to help them build spacecraft.

In an interview with the Daily Star, Ascough, who is part of a British UFO research team, said: “Some authors and researchers believe that there is a secret alliance between the ‘grey’ Aliens and the western governments, which has allowed them to acquire advanced technologies and maintain regular contact.”

Ascough argues that this cooperation has resulted in remarkable innovations, such as fiber optics, microchips, synthetic fiber kevlar, stealth technology, and even our own flying saucers.

Many writers have explored these topics over the years, and numerous photos have been taken, showing jet planes escorting UFOs and black helicopters appearing frequently, but no government agency has confirmed these allegations....<<<Read More>>>...
