Tonight we are going to explore the news via the rumour mill that the EU has sanctioned mandatory Q Code vaccinate passports commencing early July 2022. We comprehend if this is the truth, then the UK is attempting to blindside its people. The plan is therefore to play on another fake variant so much they can bring in another lockdown before July 2022. Then make vaccination passports mandatory here in the UK too.

However, mandatory under Legalese means you have the choice to go along with the mandate. It is not law ....

Plan B to be Scrapped: No More Vaccine Passports

 [The Expose]: According to reports, the UK government is preparing to announce the end of its Plan B restrictions over the next few days as they are not able to justify having the measures in place.

Ending these restrictions will mean that work from home guidance, vaccine passports, and the requirement for fully vaccinated travellers to take a test when entering the country will be no more.

However, there will still be a mandatory mask restriction in place for indoor settings such as supermarkets and other stores.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson is set to make the announcement over the next few days, with the changes due to e enforced from January 26th.

It is hoped that the removal of restrictions for travel will help the industry recover from devastating losses. A source told the Times: “We are looking at removing all Covid tests for vaccinated travellers by the end of January, which is likely to coincide with the review of the Plan B measures on January 26.”

Government health officials have said that the reason for scrapping the measures is due to the continuing fall in reported infections of Covid-19.

However, it is worth considering that the British people simply would struggle to accept living under harsher restrictions.

Whether these measures will be scrapped is another matter though, as we’ll have to see what occurs over the next few days.

Callers have managed to put the case against lockdowns and other restrictions to O’Brien. He resorted to belittling them, incessantly interrupting them and cutting them off. What a coward. He also lied pathologically about the safety and efficacy of the vaccines.

Today, the self-professed liberal declared covid certification, or vaccine passports, to be mildly restrictive. He said:

“I just see it so clearly! Take this precaution which is mildly restrictive, in order to avoid moving on to this one which is massively restrictive.”

O’Brien has two daughters. I wonder, does he give any thought to what the world will look like when they reach adulthood?

[The Expose]: During a national Covid-19 briefing that took place on Tuesday December 8th, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom announced that ‘Plan B’ would be implemented in England from Wednesday December 15th, which would entail ‘working from home’ (if you can) orders, and the introduction of Vaccine Passports.

The reason given for the commencement of ‘Plan B’ is that it has to be done to protect the public from the alleged new Omicron variant of the Covid-19 virus. A variant which as of December 9th, has failed to cause a single fatality in the UK, with just several hundred cases allegedly being confirmed.

A new law will come into effect from Wednesday December 15th, which will state that Vaccine Passports will become mandatory for entry to nightclubs and other large venues, including Premier League football matches and concerts. We’re told they will be required for indoor settings of 500 people or more, outdoor settings of 4,000 people or more, and any setting with 10,000 attendees or more.

The news comes after months of ministers denying that vaccine passports would ever become mandatory in England.

Former Health Secretary Matt Hancock said the Government had “no plans” to ever make domestic vaccine passports mandatory, in comments reiterated by his successor, Sajid Javid, as recently as September.

Mr Javid previously told reporters he was “pleased to say” the Government had scrapped the plans, adding that ministers would not make Covid certification mandatory in certain venues just “for the sake of it”.

“If the Government is going to propose anything that is going to infringe on people’s freedoms it better have a really, really good case,” he said, adding that vaccine passports presented a “huge intrusion into people’s lives”.

Yet, here we are. The UK Government has decided to create a two-tier society in England, where the not-vaccinated population will be treated like an African-American prior to 1950, in which racial segregation meant signs were used in the USA to indicate where African Americans could legally walk, talk, drink, rest, or eat.

From Friday the legal requirement to wear a face mask will be extended in England to most indoor public venues, such as cinemas and theatres – although there will be exemptions for things such as eating, the PM says.

Covid passes will become mandatory for nightclubs and venues where large crowds gather in England.

This will include unseated indoor venues with more than 500 people, unseated outdoor venues with more than 5,000 people and any venue with more than 10,000 people.

He says two doses will be sufficient for a Covid pass, but this will be kept under review as boosters are rolled out.

This is the useless fat bastard that said there would be no backward step after so called Freedom Day. I said then that he was lying. It’s no fun being right.

He’s blaming the so called Omicron variant. It is apparent to me that the Omicron variant is pure fiction. Even if it’s real, those who discovered it said it is harmless.

At this evening’s press conference, a member of the public asked Johnson if the UK would ultimately mandate the jabs for everyone. Johnson said that if the omicron variant led to increased hospitalisations and deaths, “there would have to be a national conversation” on how refuseniks can be persuaded to have a jab. I’d love the fat waster to say that to my face.

It’s open tyranny now.

Javid Can’t Guarantee That Jabs Won’t Be Mandated For Other Jobs

[Richie Allen]: Health Secretary Sajid Javid has refused to rule out mandating covid jabs for other jobs. From tomorrow, care home workers who cannot show that they have been double-jabbed face the sack.

NHS workers have been told that they have until April to have both jabs, or they too will be fired.

Talk Radio’s Julia Hartley-Brewer asked Javid this morning:

“Can you provide a guarantee to me and my listeners that the compulsory jab rule will not be extended to any other jobs?”

In reply, Javid said:

“The nature of this job and er of a Health Secretary in a Pandemic is unfortunately there’s not many guarantees in a major pandemic. Who knows what route the pandemic will take and whether there will be new variants and vaccine escape variants or whatever…”

He went on to say that there are no plans to mandate the jab beyond care and health workers, but he’s lying.

In other news, Welsh politicians voted last night to extend the country’s vaccine passport scheme to cinemas, concert halls and theatres from next Monday.

Yes, if you live in Wales you now need to prove you have been double-jabbed or passed a lateral flow test to go and see a film.

[Natural News]: A leaked government report revealed that vaccine passports could aid in the spread of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) as people become more encouraged to visit small, poorly ventilated venues.

The report, which was compiled by the U.K. Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), said that introducing the passport scheme could have the opposite intended effect.

“If certification displaces some fans from structured and well-ventilated sports stadia, this could lead to them attending unstructured and poorly ventilated pubs instead, where they will have access to more alcohol than if there were in the stadia,” the report said. It also cited evidence showing spikes in cases associated with pubs when England teams were playing abroad.

The policy would also slash turnover for the organizers of events that require the use of vaccine passports and necessitate the hiring of thousands of new stewards, which could be difficult.

After Scotland tried to introduce vaccine passports, staff at nightclubs received abuse and the apps kept failing. Eventually, the process was called an “unmitigated disaster.” Many venues decided to close early and lost 40 percent of their footfall, illustrating how the scheme will put nightclubs out for good, especially if they operate on a profit margin of 15 percent.

BREAKING NEWS – Vaccine Passports are definitely coming to the UK by mid-December 2021 according to NHS COVID Pass Guidelines

[The Expose]: In 2020 we, and many others told you that vaccine passports were coming, and you labelled it a conspiracy theory. Yet in 2021 they have been implemented around the world, with France currently having the most stringent vaccine passport laws in place, closely followed by Israel; which recently rescinded passes for a large chunk of the population due to no longer considering citizens fully vaccinated unless they have had three doses of a Covid-19 vaccine.

The UK Government, who are being lobbied by ex-Prime Minister Tony Blair, have teased the public since the Spring that vaccine passports will be implemented, in what has turned into a ‘Will they? Won’t they?’ carry-on.

Boris used them as a coercive tactic to manipulate young adults and teens into getting the experimental, unnecessary injection with the threat of implementing them in night clubs by the autumn. But then he revealed that the Government had “changed its mind”. The current stance is that they will only be implemented in a Plan B scenario this winter.

However, official NHS guidelines which can be viewed here, seem to confirm that vaccine passports will be implemented by mid-December 2021.

‘Using the NHS COVID Pass‘ guidelines clearly state that ‘currently businesses and event organisers in England that choose to use the NHS COVID Pass as a condition of entry can decide whether or not to allow in people who self-declare that they are unable to be vaccinated or tested.’

What the NHS is stating here is that it is up to businesses who use the NHS COVID Pass whether or not they they wish to allow people who claim they are exempt from vaccination or testing into their premises. However, the next paragraph confirms that by mid-December they will no longer be allowed to accept people who self declare exemption, and can only accept exemptions via the NHS COVID Pass.

‘Businesses can continue to accept people who self-declare that they are medically exempt until mid December 2021, from which point they have to use the NHS COVID Pass to gain entry in the same way that people who are fully vaccinated do. Your NHS COVID Pass will not show that you have a medical exemption.‘

As things stand using the NHS COVID Pass is optional, and falls on businesses to decide whether or not they wish to use it as condition of entry. So for the NHS to clearly state that businesses will no longer be able to continue to accept people who self-declare exemptions from mid-December, and that the NHS COVID Pass must be used to gain entry, is a little strange if the NHS COVID Pass / Vaccine passport is still optional.

Therefore, this suggests that by mid-December 2021, the UK Government will write into law that the NHS COVID Pass / Vaccine passports must be used to gain entry to what are deemed to be non-essential shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

[David Icke]: England may have to resort to its winter Covid ‘Plan B’ if daily hospital admissions for coronavirus breach 1,200, ‘Professor Lockdown’ Neil Ferguson said today.

Boris Johnson announced last month that face masks, social distancing and vaccine passports might need to be brought back if the NHS comes under unsustainable pressure.

Ministers said the trigger point will be hospital rates now that the jabs have made case numbers less important — but they have not put a threshold on admissions.

Professor Ferguson — a key Government adviser whose modelling prompted the first lockdown last March — suggested England should not tolerate more than 1,200 daily hospitalisations. For comparison, Covid admission levels breached 4,000 during the darkest days of the second wave in January.

Speaking to a cross-party committee of MPs today, he said that the country was currently recording around 600 Covid admissions per day.

He added: ‘If that figure were to double, we’d need to think about moving to “Plan B”.’ The epidemiologist, based at Imperial College London, called for ‘more intense’ curbs if there is a sharp rise in admissions.

UK Government Attempting to Bypass Parliament to Introduce Vaccine Passports

[The Expose]: It appears as though the government is once again trying to sidestep parliament to implement Covid-19 vaccine passports despite the measure already being dismissed the first time it was suggested.

Previously, Secretary of State for Health and Social Care Sajid Javid said that some policies – particularly vaccine passports – shouldn’t be enforced just because other countries and governments are approving them.

The original plan, which was set to be introduced by the end of September, was heavily criticised by the public and some Members os Parliament. Vaccine Minister Nadhim Zawidi defended the measure, claiming that using vaccine passports was the best way to keep nightclubs open.

If approved, the plan would have seen the British public having to provide proof of double vaccination, a negative covid test, or finish self-isolating after a positive PCR test before they could enter clubs and other large events.

The suggestion for jab passports came from the Liberal Democrats, although, leader Ed Davey said that the proposed papers were “divisive, unworkable and expensive.”

Javid added that he himself was against the notion of asking people to show their papers before they could be allowed to “do what is just an everyday activity.” After review, he said that, for now, the idea of jab passports is rejected, but still being kept as a “backup” option.

However, despite claims from Javid that the government are not backtracking on the potential policy, it seems like the government are seeking to introduce vaccine passports as part of its winter response to the coronavirus.

Under “Plan B”, vaccine passports will allegedly form a “first-line [defence]” against a winter wave of infections even though they proved ineffective in Israel. The government has also claimed that the proposal will allow more businesses and venues to open aside from “nightclubs, music venues, outdoor festivals, concerts and sports events.”

If the policy is introduced, the government will require vaccine passports for these venues and events:
 

-All nightclubs and other venues open after 1am with alcohol, music and dancing
-Indoor events with 500 or more attendees where those attendees are likely to stand and mix to a significant degree, or move around during the event, such as music venues or large receptions
-Outdoor, crowded settings with 4,000 or more attendees where those attendees are likely to stand, or move around during the event, such as outdoor festivals
-Any settings with 10,000 or more attendees, such as large sports and music stadia

The government states that it “hopes that it would not be necessary to mandate vaccine certification more widely than these settings, though as the Autumn and Winter Plan explained this cannot be entirely ruled out.”...<<<Read More>>>....

The Telegraph has been told by the EU that integration of the UK’s vaccine database into the EU system is at an advanced stage.

“­­Significant progress was made on a technical front, namely when it comes to the connection to the gateway, with aim of going live [testing] soon,” said a spokesman for the European Commission.

The UK Foreign Office and Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) have joint responsibility for the project in the UK. They formally applied to join the EU scheme on July 28, and technical work has been carrying on behind the scenes ever since.

In a new policy paper setting out recommendations to keep the pandemic at bay come winter, the former Prime Minister described a Covid pass as “the central policy required to avoid further lockdowns”.

“The use of a Covid Pass can serve two purposes – incentivising vaccination and reducing transmission,” says the report, published this weekend by Mr Blair’s think tank, the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change.

“They are the only tool that allows us to show that those who have the virus and need to stay at home actually are at home, and that those who are free of the virus are able to move around freely.”

Mr Blair has long been an active proponent of vaccine passports, both for domestic use and to facilitate international travel. The report points to France, which has historically struggled with vaccine hesitancy, as a success story demonstrating their utility.

The Vaccine Passport Scheme Has NOT Been Scrapped

[Richie Allen]: UK Health Secretary Sajid Javid told the BBC’s Nick Robinson yesterday, that his government has decided to scrap the vaccine passport scheme which was due to be implemented at the end of the month. Javid was telling porkies.

He told Robinson:

“We shouldn’t be doing things for the sake of it. We’ve looked at it properly and, whilst we should keep it in reserve as a potential option, I’m pleased to say that we will not be going ahead with plans for vaccine passports.”

However, The Times reports this morning that:

Downing Street has insisted that vaccine passports are still a “first-line defence” against a winter wave of Covid-19 after the health secretary said plans to introduce them had been scrapped.

No 10 said checks on the vaccine status of people going to nightclubs and other crowded events remained a crucial part of the government’s winter Covid plan due to be unveiled by the prime minister tomorrow.

They haven’t scrapped the scheme, they’ve simply postponed it. Facing a backlash from backbench MP’s and the wrath of night-time industry leaders, the government has decided that the smart move is to row back on vaccine passport plans, for now.

But when the NHS is overwhelmed again this Winter (as it is every Winter), vaccine passports will be back on the table. Hospitality bosses will be told to implement the scheme or face mandatory closure.

Dr. Chand Nagpaul is the chair of the British Medical Association. Today, he will address the BMA’s Annual Representative Meeting. He is expected to deliver a damning assessment of the Government’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic. According to The Telegraph:

Dr Nagpaul will argue that the health service was already in crisis before March 2020, after parts of it had been “starved” by a lack of facilities and almost 90,000 staff vacancies.

The latest NHS England figures show 5.6 million people are now waiting to start treatment, up from 4.2 million in March 2020.

The number of NHS hospital beds in the UK has more than halved in the last 30 years, from around 299,000 in 1988 to 141,000 in 2019.

In 1988, the UK population was 56,812,757. Today it’s 68,207,116. NHS Winter crises are as certain as death and taxes. Now factor in the tens of thousands of staff who will leave the health service (and social care) because they will refuse to be jabbed and you have a perfect storm.

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson will address the nation tomorrow. He will say he that wants to move towards “living with covid as an endemic disease.” He’ll say that he doesn’t want to lockdown again this Winter and that he is diametrically opposed to vaccine passports.

[David Icke]:Coronavirus passports “go against the DNA” of Boris Johnson but they will end the pandemic, the vaccines minister has insisted amid fury from Tory MPs.

Nadhim Zahawi was scolded from all sides of the Commons as he stood by the Government’s plan to impose vaccine passports on England’s nightclubs and other large venues from the end of this month.

His own backbenchers accused him of “defending the indefensible”, picking a “needless fight” and of pursuing an “overtly discriminatory, pointless” policy.

Promising more detail to be put before Parliament soon, Mr Zahawi told the Commons the measure “pains me” and “goes against the DNA of this minister and his Prime Minister”.

But he insisted the “precautionary measure” would be “part of our armoury to transition this virus over the winter months from a pandemic to epidemic”, adding it will ensure nightclubs do not become “super-spreader events” and forced to “flip flop back into lockdown”.

Labour said it could not support any use of vaccine passports to access any essential services, prompting Mr Zahawi to say “some essential services” would be exempt such as public sector buildings, essential retail, essential services and public transport.

Civil liberty campaigners gathered to protest in Westminster on Wednesday with a billboard showing ministers ruling out vaccine passports just weeks ago.

David Davis: “Vaccine Passports Are Dangerously Misleading!”

[Richie Allen]: The former Brexit Secretary David Davis has described vaccine passports as dangerously misleading. The Conservative Party MP also said this morning, that he will be opposing the extension of “unnecessary emergency powers” in a vote in Parliament this month.

Speaking to Talk Radio’s Julia Hartley-Brewer, Davis said:

“On the so-called coronavirus passport, it is an idea looking for a problem. It’s not actually gonna do any good. If you have been vaccinated, it protects you! It doesn’t particularly well protect other people.

It stops you getting a very serious illness. but it doesn’t stop you becoming infected and it doesn’t stop you infecting other people. So we’re now going to have a certificate saying we’ve got a vaccine protecting ourselves, and we’re pretending that it’s protecting everybody else.

It’s misleading. Apart from all the civil liberty issues, it’s also dangerously misleading. And again, I hope the opposition party’s grow some courage over this, because I think there’s a growing opposition to it on the Tory benches including me.”

Davis was responding to Vaccine Minister Nadhim Zahawi’s confirmation yesterday, that vaccine passports will be required to enter a nightclub and other indoor venues from the end of the month.

On the government’s wish to extend the covid emergency powers for another six months, something which will require parliamentary approval later this month, Davis said:

“We ought to have a freedom bill to revoke every law passed under the emergency powers act.”

[David Icke]: Vaccine Minister Nadhim Zahawi – who said the Government had no plans to introduce vaccine passports in January – confirmed on Trevor Philips on Sunday (and Sky News) that plans to introduce a vaccine status certification scheme for entry into large venues would go ahead at the end of the month. This is in spite of the fact that double jabbed people can still become infected and infected others. MailOnline has more.

The Vaccine Minister said the Government is concerned large venues “could end up causing a real spike in infections” because of groups of people mixing in close proximity.

He said the “worst thing” for those venues would be for surging coronavirus case numbers to result in an “open shut, open shut strategy” and the “best way” to ensure they can remain open for the long term “is to check vaccine status”.

He also signalled the requirement would likely be imposed on other venues.

He said at the time: “I don’t want to have to close nightclubs again as they have elsewhere. But it does mean nightclubs need to do the socially responsible thing.

“As we said last week, we do reserve the right to mandate certification at any point if it’s necessary to reduce transmission.

“And I should serve notice now that by the end of September, when all over 18s have had their chance to be double jabbed we’re planning to make full vaccination the condition of entry to nightclubs and other venues where large crowds gather.”

The Government has faced mounting Tory backbench anger over the vaccine passports plan, with critics arguing the documents are unnecessary and infringe on individual freedoms.

Skills Minister: “Vaccine Passports Won’t Be Required For Pubs”

[Richie Allen]: Apprenticeships and Skills Minister Gillian Keegan told LBC radio this morning that vaccine passports will not re required for pubs. Speaking to presenter Tom Swarbrick, Keegan said that there was “no consideration at the moment to apply the vaccine passport scheme to pubs.”

In the immortal words of the great Jimmy Nail, “she’s lying.” Of course she’s lying. When Swarbrick asked about pubs, Keegan said:

“No, I think it’s where there’s lots of crowds of people so erm a large nightclub, maybe a large venue where there’s lots of people and it’s indoors. No I don’t think there’s a consideration at the moment (for pubs).

But of course you know, we take this virus as we find it. We are trying always to get ahead of it…..and of course if we have a Beta variant or any other variants which we’re trying to minimise the risk of through our cautious approach to travel, then we’ll have to take actions.”

Vaccine Minister Nadhim Zahawi (pictured) was explicit when he said earlier this year, that the government wouldn’t introduce vaccine passports. Cabinet Minister Michael Gove dismissed it out of hand, telling SKY News that it was “un-British.”

Yet the government u-turned and is attempting to make double-vaccination a condition of entry to nightclubs from late next month. While I called Keegan a liar, I did so with tongue firmly in cheek.

I think I’ve said it before, the government isn’t in charge. Governments are fronts, nothing more. They take orders too. When ministers say that there are no plans to make vaccine passports a requirement for pubs, they are only repeating that which they have been told to say, for now.

As we move into Autumn and Winter and more and more people fall ill after they’ve been jabbed, enormous pressure will be brought to bear on hospitality again. The threat of closure will likely lead to publicans taking preemptive action.

The government won’t need to insist that pubs ask to see passports. That’s how I see it. I’d love to be wrong.

Irish publicans capitulated. To eat or drink inside a pub/restaurant in Ireland today, you must provide proof of injection or a recent negative test. I’ve no reason to believe that British landlords will stand up to it.

“Vaccine Passports Are Un-British” – Rees-Mogg

 [Richie Allen]:Jacob Rees-Mogg has been pretty quiet these past 18 months. The leader of the commons has had very little to say as his government has ridden roughshod over civil liberties and human rights. Yesterday however, Rees-Mogg declared vaccine passports to be “un-British.”

Speaking to BBC Radio 4’s Any Questions programme, Rees-Mogg said:

“We have an ancient right to go about our lawful business without being expected to prove who we are or what we’re doing to anybody. We should protect our ancient freedoms very carefully.”

We don’t want to get into a society where routinely people are expected to show their papers. That is not a British way to behave.”

Rees-Mogg is not alone. According to The Mail Online:

Fellow Tory Bob Blackman said that even introducing vaccine passports for nightclubs would be a ‘slippery slope’.

Mr Blackman added: ‘When is a night club a pub or when is a pub a nightclub? If you start enforcing it in nightclubs, it will rapidly be enforced in pubs and restaurants.’ The call means cross-party backing is emerging for the Commons to return before September.

How far will these politicians go? Will Rees-Mogg resign as leader of the commons? Will the disgruntled backbench Tories who have opposed lockdowns from day one resign as MP’s and leave the party in protest at the passport scheme?

It’s put up or shut up time. It’s all very well going on Talk Radio and bemoaning the UK’s descent into totalitarianism. There comes a point when you have to actually do something about it.
