Skywatcher, a civilian group led by Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) whistleblower Jake Barber, has released a comprehensive Skywatcher Discovery Framework, marking a major milestone in its emergence as a major organization in UAP research.

The framework lays out a rigorous six-level process to investigate unidentified UAP with scientific discipline and transparency​.

Skywatcher's team say this structured approach - complete with falsifiable experiments - will help bridge the gap between anecdotal UAP experiences and 'credible, scientifically validated discoveries.'

Barber, a United States Air Force veteran whose testimony prompted an investigation from the Department of Defense's (DoD) dedicated UAP office, known as the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), has positioned Skywatcher to tackle UAP claims that government agencies have struggled to resolve publicly.

"AARO is aware of Barber's claims and is investigating them," a DoD spokesperson told Liberation Times in February​ this year.

Barber's allegations include that elements of the U.S. government have even explored summoning and attempting to communicate with UAP through mind-based or psionic methods​ - a term referring to an individual believed to possess heightened mental or psychic abilities, such as telepathy or remote influence.

Now, with the new Discovery Framework, Barber's team is attempting to test such unconventional ideas under controlled scientific conditions - rather than accept or dismiss them outright.

UFO whistleblower: Humans have been visited for “thousands of years”

Expert alleges ET collaboration with Western nations on space technology

Paul Ascough, a former military officer and a current UFO investigator, claims that a group of “gray aliens” has been collaborating with Western governments since World War II to help them build spacecraft.

 A documentary filmmaker has claimed that Logan Paul owns a copy of what some in the UFO community consider the most convincing UFO sighting video ever, reports ibtimes.com.

During an appearance on Wednesday’s episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast, James Fox — the director of the 2020 UFO documentary “The Phenomenon” — claimed that the 28-year-old YouTuber secretly recorded footage that was rumored to have been uncovered by UFO specialist Chuck Clark around 30 years ago.

Just happened: US shot down a cylindrical UFO off the coast of Alaska

According to reports, a U.S. F-22 fighter jet shot down an unidentified object flying high over Alaska on February 10th, 2023.

The object was described as cylindrical, silver gray and no propulsion and was reportedly about the size of a small car. It was flying at approximately 40,000 feet and was determined to be unoccupied.

The Pentagon and the White House declined to give a detailed description of the object and U.S. officials declined to speculate about its origin.

A significant amount of debris was recovered and is being taken to labs for analysis.

I can personally vouch for what is being said in this post. I used to undertake the same exercise on Blackpool beach and would watch craft appear over Morecambe Bay almost on request. It happened on another occasion over Glastonbury Tor.

[Collective Evolution]: At first glance, many feel the topic is one of people interested in the ‘nuts and bolts’ of it all. We want to know the details about what the craft are, how they move, what ET bodies might look like, and what technology brings them here. We pay attention to every government disclosure that comes out about UFOs. Sure, this is one small piece but certainly not the entire story. For myself and many others, our interest has also deeply included the realm of consciousness and it’s non-local nature.
