Whole Foods Market forced to pull organic ground beef nationwide after E. coli contamination discovered

 In a shocking blow to consumers who pay premium prices for so-called "clean" food, Whole Foods Market has been forced to pull organic ground beef products from its shelves nationwide after testing revealed contamination with the potentially deadly E. coli O157:H7 strain. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) issued a public health alert June 3, warning that 1-pound vacuum-packed packages of "Organic Rancher Organic Ground Beef 85% Lean 15% Fat" produced May 22-23, 2025, with use-by dates of June 19-20, 2025, may still be lurking in consumers' refrigerators or freezers.

The contaminated beef, bearing establishment number "EST. 4027" inside the USDA mark of inspection, was shipped to distributors in Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, and Maryland before reaching Whole Foods stores across 27 states and Washington, D.C.  The concept of lab-grown meat, also known as “cultivated” or “cell-based” meat, is being marketed as a solution to various issues, including climate change and factory farming, but it is actually more similar to a science experiment than a food product, Renz said.

His article “breaks down the science and the law around this disgusting product and [ ] suggests that [we] should think twice before joining Bill Gates in celebrating this fake meat.”

Lab-grown meat is created using immortalised cell lines, which are cells that have been genetically modified to divide indefinitely, similar to cancer cells, by switching on the enzyme telomerase, which allows them to dodge ageing and grow endlessly.

These immortalised cells share certain traits with cancer cells, including non-stop growth, genetic chaos and energy overdrive, which raises concerns about the safety of consuming these cells, as they can become unstable and pile up weird changes that make them unpredictable.

The issue of lab-grown meat is not just a scientific one, but also a legal and regulatory one.

The legal status of lab-grown meat is also uncertain, as it does not meet the definition of “meat” under the Federal Meat Inspection Act, which defines meat as coming from the muscles of animals.  And the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act requires food to be safe and labelled correctly. 

Companies such as those backed by Bill Gates and regulatory bodies such as the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) and the United States Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) must consider the potential risks and consequences of producing and consuming these products.

The labelling of lab-grown “meat” is a problem.  The FDA and USDA have approved lab-grown chicken but this has not clarified the legal issues.  US law also bans food labels that mislead people and courts have ruled that labels must be clear and can’t just be technically true but they have to make sense to regular people, which could lead to lawsuits and legal troubles for companies producing lab-grown meat....<<<Read More>>>...

Desperate lab-grown meat industry claims it needs government subsidies to survive

 Lab-grown meat is proving to be a spectacular failure, and producers are becoming so desperate that many are pushing for a public subsidy to stay afloat.

Preliminary data from the venture capital firm AgFunder shows that funding in the lab meats sector fell by 78% in 2023 to reach $177 million, down from $807 million in 2022 and a peak of $989 million in 2021.

In response to the steep drop in investments, many lab meat startups have been slashing staff numbers and consolidating operations, while others are closing their doors entirely. Now, they want taxpayers to shoulder the burden of helping them right the ship after taking a chance on something that many of us knew from the start was doomed to fail.

At the Future Food-Tech Innovation Summit that was recently held in London, cultivated meat industry reps insisted that governments need to get on board.

Mosa Meat Vice President of Global Public Affairs Robert Jones warned that “[t]here’s a valley of death we’re not going to cross as an industry without a massive infusion of public investment.”

For example, Poland recently gave a 2 million euro grant to a company producing cultured meat. In 2022, the Dutch government announced it would give $65 million of public funding to support meat cultivation from cells and the production of animal-friendly dairy.

Pentagon wants to feed troops 'experimental' lab-grown meat to 'reduce CO2 footprint'

A Pentagon-funded company is seeking proposals to feed America's soldiers lab-grown meat in a bid to "reduce the CO2 footprint" at Defense Department outposts.

BioMADE, a public-private company that has received more than $500 million in funding from the Defense Department, announced earlier this month that it is seeking proposals to develop "innovations in food production that reduce the CO2 footprint of food production at ... DoD operational environments," according to an online announcement.

These include "novel cell culture methods suitable for the production of cultivated meat/protein," or lab-grown meat, a product that is still in its experimental phases.  Meat is crucial for human health, scientists have warned, as they called for an end to the "zealotry" pushing vegetarian and vegan diets.

Dozens of experts were asked to look into the science behind claims that meat eating causes disease and is harmful for the planet in a special issue of Animal Frontiers.

They warned that it is difficult to replace the nutritional content of meat, arguing that poorer communities with low meat intake often suffer from stunting, wasting and anaemia driven by a lack of vital nutrients and protein.

In recent years, there has been a widespread societal push towards plant-based diets, with schemes such as Veganuary and meat-free Mondays encouraging the public away from meat.

The major Global Burden of Diseases, Injuries and Risk Factor Study, published in The Lancet in 2020, also suggested that a diet high in red meat was responsible for 896,000 deaths worldwide, and was the fifth leading dietary risk factor.

Bill Gates bankrolls cancer-causing fake meat

  Globalist and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has invested in and pushed for the consumption of fake meat, which can possibly cause cancer due to the ingredients used to make it.

The technocrat expressed his desire for everyone to eat fake meat as a “climate-friendly” alternative to the real thing. During an interview with the MIT Technology Review, Gates remarked that people’s behaviors should be changed to make them like lab-grown meat. He stressed that regulations could strong-arm people into eating the frankenfood items.

“I do think all rich countries should move to 100 percent synthetic beef,” Gates told the Review. “You can get used to the taste difference, and the claim is they’re going to make it taste even better over time.”

The Microsoft co-founder also pointed to various proposals that ban the deceptive practice of labeling lab-grown meat as the real thing. He said: “There are all these bills that say it’s got to be called, basically, lab garbage to be sold. They don’t want us to use the beef label.”

Interestingly, the Daily Expose stated that Gates is an investor in both Memphis Meats and Impossible Foods. In the case of the latter, he joined Google and Amazon bigwig Jeff Bezos in bankrolling the venture. Aside from fake meat, Gates also backed the startup Biomilq which seeks to develop lab-cultured breast milk.

Despite his big money bankrolling Impossible Foods, the free market has spoken and declared that the real thing is better than the artificially-made version. This translated to lower profits, leading Impossible Foods to implement cost-cutting measures....<<<Read More>>>..

Red meat is not a health risk. New study slams years of shoddy research

Studies have been linking red meat consumption to health problems like heart disease, stroke, and cancer for years. But nestled in the recesses of those published papers are notable limitations.

Nearly all the research is observational, unable to tease out causation convincingly. Most are plagued by confounding variables. For example, perhaps meat eaters simply eat fewer vegetables, or tend to smoke more, or exercise less? Moreover, many are based on self-reported consumption. The simple fact is that people can't remember what they eat with any accuracy. And lastly, the reported effect sizes in these scientific papers are often small. Is a supposed 15% greater risk of cancer really worth worrying about?

In a new, unprecedented effort, scientists at the University of Washington's Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) scrutinized decades of research on red meat consumption and its links to various health outcomes, formulating a new rating system to communicate health risks in the process. Their findings mostly dispel any concerns about eating red meat.

"We found weak evidence of association between unprocessed red meat consumption and colorectal cancer, breast cancer, type 2 diabetes and ischemic heart disease. Moreover, we found no evidence of an association between unprocessed red meat and ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke," they summarized.

The IHME scientists had been observing the shoddy nature of health science for decades. Each year, hundreds of frankly lazy studies are published that simply attempt to find an observational link between some action — eating a food for example — and a health outcome, like death or disease. In the end, owing to sloppy methods, varying subject populations, and inconsistent statistical measures, everything, especially different foods, seems to be both associated and not associated with cancer. Consumers REJECT Beyond Meat fake processed imitation meat products; company massively downsizing

Things are not looking good – at all – for Beyond Meat, which reported a wider-than-expected loss for its third quarter. The company has been struggling for a while amid plummeting demand for fake meat products – it turns out most people want the real thing.

Quarter over quarter, Beyond Meat’s losses have been compounding. And this latest quarter is no exception, though the company’s most recent losses were higher than analysts expected.

CEO Ethan Brown called the results “disappointing,” claiming that the reason people are not buying fake meat is because it costs more than “cheaper proteins.”

The rise and fall of Beyond Meat

 It looks like it is game over for the Beyond Meat fake food company, which saw its stock crash amid widespread disinterest in fake meat products. After going public in 2019, the Bill Gates-invested company saw a quick pop followed by a stead decline. The Beyond Meat share price at the time reached a high of $234. As of this writing, Beyond Meat shares are trading for $15.90 a pop.

What went wrong? Well, for one, the vast majority of human beings crave real meat from animals. They are not interested in a lab-concocted abomination of chemicals, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), and other questionable ingredients.

Second, Beyond Meat’s claim to fame that it had developed a “climate friendly” alternative to real meat means very little now that the world is waking up to the climate change scam.

Try as it most certainly did to paint environmentalism across the brand, Beyond Meat is now “beyond hope,” to quote an article in The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) that documents the company’s rise and fall into oblivion.

“Beyond Meat was inundated with initial-public-offering cash, and its products began appearing in restaurants and on grocery shelves,” writes Andrew Boucher. “You can find Beyond Meat burgers, breakfast sausages, brats, Italian sausages and something called ‘Beefy Crumbles’ at Walmart.”

“Beyond Meat jerky even started showing up in convenience stores next to the real beef jerky, corn nuts and pork rinds. Nobody wants to eat fake Beyond Meat burgers, McDonald’s discovers

You will no longer find artificial meat patties at McDonald’s now that the fast-food chain has scrapped a pilot program involving Beyond Meat.

It turns out that Americans still prefer to eat ‘all beef patties’ of real meat from animals as opposed to the lab-concocted abomination known as Beyond Meat, a company in which billionaire eugenicist Bill Gates is heavily invested.

A trial of the “plant-based” patties at some McDonald’s restaurants failed miserably we are told. Nobody ordered the so-called McPlant burger, which is apparently even more disgusting than the fast-food chain’s regular burgers.

McDonald’s had signed a three-year global distribution deal with Beyond Meat back in 2021. It appears as though that deal was cut short because customers simply do not want to eat synthetic meat made from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and other toxic chemicals.

According to Ken Goldman, an analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., “the product did not sell well enough” to keep it going. The financial news site The Fly joked that Beyond Meat is “McDone” as far as McDonald’s is concerned.

Science pushes cruel new artificial “cultured” meat that involves slicing into heifers while still alive

Would you eat “meat” from a petri dish? If “science” gets its way, you may not have a choice in the not-too-distant future.

According to reports, cell-based foods, which they are calling “cultured” to make the idea sound more appealing, is the latest craze that threatens to “completely transform our global food system.”

Move over, genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are taking over: In order to “feed the world,” we now apparently need to make fake meat in a laboratory.

The cultured meat industry is said to be growing rapidly. Industry leaders estimate that it will reach an astounding $25 billion by 2030, but only if it is affordable – and more importantly, only if people agree to eat the stuff.

The powers that be are already testing the waters with abominations like “Beyond Meat,” which is accepted within the vegan and other meat-avert subcultures.

Cultured petri dish meat will go a step further by replacing actual meat at the butcher shop with look-alike fake meat developed in a laboratory.

“Cultured meat has all the same fat, muscles, and tendons as any animal,” claims billionaire eugenicist Bill Gates.

 [SOTT]: In a recent bold move, the FDA in the US stream-lined the normally lengthy approval process for gene-edited animals for Recombinetics' beef cattle, granting it a 'low-risk determination,' the first intentional genomically altered animal to receive this status. What this means is that in as little as two years, Americans could be grilling their first genetically modified steaks on their BBQs.

The FDA, of course, said the frankenbeef doesn't raise any safety concerns because the gene-edited cattle don't have any genome alterations that aren't found in other species of cow. While theoretically this may be true (or what was intended), they are essentially ignoring the fact that the gene-editing process is highly prone to accidental insertions and mutations that are completely unpredictable.

The reason cows in concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) emit methane that smells is because they’re fed an unnatural diet of grains and placed in crowded quarters. It’s not a natural phenomenon. It’s a man-made one. “You walk behind a good cow on a grazing pasture, she’s not stinking,” Shiva said.6

Bill Gates’ War on Food: New Oregon Law Seeks to BAN Meat

[Humans Are Free]: As you may have heard, Bill Gates has been buying up farmland across 18 U.S. states through various subsidiary companies. In all, he now owns about 242,000 acres of farmland. 

He’s also a longtime promoter of GMOs and recently started calling for a complete transition from meat to lab-grown meat and other fake and unnatural food sources, such as a protein-rich microbe found in a Yellowstone geyser.

Seeing how Gates always promotes solutions and industries that he has financial investments in, it’s not surprising that Gates insists synthetic beef is a necessary strategy to address climate change, having co-funded the startup of the imitation meat company Impossible Foods. Other investors included Google and Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezos.

The call to replace beef with fake meat is made in Gates’ book “How to Avoid a Climate Disaster: The Solutions We Have and the Breakthroughs We Need,” which was released in February 2021.

The idea is that by eliminating livestock, we’d reduce methane emissions, a greenhouse gas. Bill Gates Says He Will Force You to Eat Fake Meat

[Humans Are Free]: The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the largest “charitable” foundation in the world,1 has an agricultural agenda that supports agrochemicals, patented seeds, fake meat and corporate control — interests that undermine regenerative, sustainable, small-scale farming.

One of the key players in this agenda is the widespread adoption of synthetic meat.

Bill Gates, by the way, invests in fake meat companies and is buying up U.S. farmland at a frenzied pace.

Unelected “elites” have already decided that, in the future, mankind will not be eating meat, and are proposing fake meat, bugs, and even dead fellow humans as viable alternatives. “But sadly, those bacteria [in their digestive system that produce methane] are a necessary part of breaking down the grass.

“And so I don’t know if there’ll be some natural approach there. I’m afraid the synthetic [protein alternatives like plant-based burgers] will be required for at least the beef thin
