Last Wednesday, alleged Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, appeared for the first time in court. Much like James Holmes who was accused of the Aurora, Colorado movie theater shooting in July 2012, Tsarnaev appeared confused and distracted in court, and "acted weird". Such behavior is, of course, not necessarily unusual for someone who stands accused of mass murder. In Tsarnaev's case however, we have a problem that can't be explained away so easily. (S.O.T.T)

S.O.T.T: When trying to decide whether a particular conspiracy theory, or particular angle on a conspiracy theory, is likely to be true or false, my approach is to first look at the plausibility of the theory in question. In terms of the Boston bombings, the idea that 'actors' took the place of real victims is the theory.Why would a US intel agency choose to do this when, if you think about it, it massively complicates the planning of such an operation and greatly increases the chances of the official story falling apart? S.O.T.T: The most benign hypothesis is that the FBI was using Tsarnaev as a means of infiltrating and securing intelligence on other possible 'terrorists'. A more plausible hypothesis is that the Boston office of the FBI had set the pair of brothers up for a sting operation in order to enhance their anti-terrorist credentials - and that the 'operation' got out of hand - with Tamarlan having his own agenda. The most likely hypothesis is that the FBI facilitated the bombing in order to revive the flagging fortunes of the 'war on terror' foisted on a war-weary and economically depressed American public.

The FBI in Boston has a long and notorious history of working with and protecting certain leaders of organized crime in return for information about targeted rivals: The most notorious example is the FBI's 20-year 'partnership' with one of Boston's most feared gangland killers, James 'Whitey' Bulger, where the mobster was provided with protection and collaboration in return for his information about a rival crime family and other competitors. In 2012, Bulger was finally indicted for 19 murders mostly committed under FBI 'protection' - although one of his closest mob-partners claims he murdered 40 people in his lifetime.

The 'Boston Bombings' served as a detonator to mobilize the entire US security apparatus; it has led to the suspension of constitutional guaranties. Despite this long backstory that the FBI has with the Tsarnaevs, a few days after the bombings an arrogant and uncomfortable-looking Richard Deslauriers, the FBI special agent in charge of the Boston Division, produced pictures of the brothers at a news conference and asked for the public’s help in identifying them. He said:

‘Somebody out there knows these individuals as friends, neighbours, co-workers, or family members of the suspects. Though it may be difficult, the nation is counting on those with information to come forward.’

How crazy can you get when they had to know exactly who they were? But this was nothing to do with identifying suspects. It was to introduce them to the public consciousness in preparation for the cover story that was about to be told. With this in mind, Deslauriers said at this same news conference:

'For clarity, these images should be the only ones – the only ones – that the public should view to assist us. Other photos should not be deemed credible and unnecessarily divert the public’s attention in the wrong direction and create undue work for vital law enforcement resources.’

Here is our story and nothing is going to be allowed to question or contradict it. By dawn of the next morning Tamerlan Tsarnaev had been killed by police and his brother was on the run.

Boston Bombers During Shootout: “We Didn’t Do It!”

Video footage from the scene of the shootout with the alleged Boston bombers appears to contain audio of the suspects screaming out, “We didn’t do it!” as police fire on the two brothers.

Although by no means clear, the words below appear to be shouted by the suspects as they come under police gunfire.

- 26 seconds: “chill out”, “chill out”
- 31 seconds: “chill out”
- 37 seconds: “we didnt do it”
- 41 seconds: “we didnt do it”
- 45 seconds: “we didnt do it”
- 1 minute 9 seconds: “hey officer”

Despite being described as a “shootout,” the audio suggests that shots are only being fired in one direction by police and that the brothers are not returning fire at this point in the exchange.

The tape offers little proof as to the Tasrnaev brother’s guilt, but it follows a number of other intriguing caveats which some have offered as evidence that the suspects were framed and had no actual involvement in the bombings.

Friends describe Dzhokhar Tsaraev as a mild-mannered pot-smoker, and seem genuinely shocked that he could have been involved in violence. According to Dzhokhar's Twitter account, Dzhokhar dreams of cheeseburgers, jokes with friends about getting high, finding girls and watching the fantasy saga "Game of Thrones" on TV.

The day after the bombing, he tweeted: 'I'm a stress-free kind of guy'. After the attacks, he went to the gym the following night.

Bloomberg: Constitution Will Have To Change, More Cameras Needed

Prison Planet: New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has said that the interpretation of the US Constitution will “have to change” in the wake of the Boston terrorist bombing in order to allow for greater security to prevent more attacks. “The people who are worried about privacy have a legitimate worry,” Bloomberg said during a press conference in Midtown.“But we live in a complex word where you’re going to have to have a level of security greater than you did back in the olden days, if you will.
