According to the Times this week, a “soaring number of Britons” believe that “global warming [is] exaggerated”. The article is based on YouGov polling commissioned by the newspaper, and many of the results are quite stark. For example, whereas in March 2021, 51% of respondents supported the banning of new petrol and diesel cars to force the ‘transition’ to EVs, in June this year, 58% now oppose it. But much more is revealed by this piece than the statistics representing a shift in the public mood.

The poll is bad news for the Government’s green agenda, because it seems that the closer to green Utopia we get, the less the ungrateful hoi polloi are content with the destination. Global Warming Exaggerated, Say Soaring Number of Britons

 The number of Brits who think the dangers of global warming have been exaggerated has jumped by more than 50% in the past four years, while nearly 90% say they do not support energy bills rising to pay for Net Zero. The revelations come in new polling for the Times, which has the story.

One in four voters now believe that concerns over climate change are not as real as scientists have said, amid growing public concern at the cost of the Government’s Net Zero policies.

Less than a third of the public (30%) are in favour of banning new petrol and diesel cars — down from 51% in 2021.

Only 16% of voters said they would be prepared to pay higher gas bills to encourage the switch to electricity.

Experts said the findings showed that growing climate scepticism within mainstream politics in both Britain and the US was cutting through with voters, as the broad consensus on climate action breaks down. …

Four years ago climate change was identified as the fourth most important issue facing the country ahead of immigration and asylum, education and crime.

At the time only 11 per cent of the 1,600-plus people questioned said that global warming was not the result of human activity while only 16% believed that the warnings from scientists about its implications were exaggerated.

Now climate change has fallen right down the list of the public concerns while there has been a marked increase in climate scepticism. The environment has fallen behind issues such as the economy and immigration, but is still above education, transport and Brexit.

Controversy surrounds Bill Gates-backed synthetic fruit and vegetable coating

 Apeel Sciences, founded by James Rogers in 2012, has developed Organipeel, a synthetic fungicide and coating designed to extend the shelf life of fresh produce. The company has received early support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, though Gates is not directly involved in its current operations. Organipeel is applied as a thin, edible layer derived from plant-based materials, primarily designed to act as a barrier against moisture loss and oxidation. 

Organipeel is registered with the EPA as an antimicrobial pesticide, approved for post-harvest use on raw agricultural commodities. Despite this classification, it is also OMRI-listed, meaning it complies with National Organic Program (NOP) standards when used as directed. Why Do Governments Keep Lying About Net Zero?

 Politicians keep repeating that Net Zero initiatives will save the planet, creating a cleaner, greener future, with cheaper bills and better jobs. The reality for ordinary people, however, is clear for all to see: higher household costs, more rules, and a creeping sense of control.

So, why does it always feel like there are other motives at play with all the Net Zero talk in the West? And, if so important, why aren’t major powers with huge populations, like China and India, following suit? Let’s untangle what’s going on, and how the story you’re being told doesn’t quite line up with the facts.

Net Zero plans continue getting more and more expensive as the years pass, yet people are told it won’t bankrupt their country. For example, the Climate Change Committee in the UK claims the long-term cost will average just 0.2% of GDP by 2050. In the US, Biden’s administration told us the Inflation Reduction Act signed in 2022 aimed to reduce inflation by investing in clean energy, as the “largest investment in climate jobs in history” which benefits “all Americans”.

So, why don’t the numbers match up? By 2030, Net Zero policies are expected to add £389 per year to every UK’s household energy bills, totalling £22.8 billion annually 

A 2025 report identified that if the UK had stuck with gas since 2006, consumers would have been £220 billion better off 

 In the US, the Inflation Reduction Act set aside $369 billion for subsidies, yet the cost of retrofitting a family home with insulation, solar panels, EV chargers and a heat pump is still estimated at $30,000 per property

Everyone’s paying more, so who’s getting the money? Energy companies, construction firms, renewable developers and global financial industries that trade in carbon credits. The AI bubble is bursting

 AI’s results are mediocre, Steven J. Vaughan-Nichols writes, and it’s as good as it’s going to get. He believes that the AI bubble is bursting.

“Most companies,” he says, “have found that AI’s golden promises are proving to be fool’s gold. I suspect that soon, people who’ve put their financial faith in AI stocks will be feeling foolish, too.”

There tend to be three AI camps: 

1,    AI is the greatest thing since sliced bread and will transform the world,
2.    AI is the spawn of the Devil and will destroy civilisation as we know it,
3.    “Write an A-Level paper on the themes in Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.”

I propose a fourth: AI is now as good as it’s going to get, and that’s neither as good nor as bad as its fans and haters think, and you’re still not going to get an A on your report.

You see, now that people have been using AI for everything and anything, they’re beginning to realise that its results, while fast and sometimes useful, tend to be mediocre.

Don’t believe me? Read MIT’s NANDA (Networked Agents and Decentralised AI) report, which revealed that 95 per cent of companies that have adopted AI have yet to see any meaningful return on their investment. Any meaningful return.

To be precise, the report states: “The GenAI Divide is starkest in deployment rates, only 5 per cent of custom enterprise AI tools reach production.” It’s not that people aren’t using AI tools. They are. There’s a whole shadow world of people using AI at work. They’re just not using them “for” serious work. Instead, outside of IT’s purview, they use ChatGPT and the like “for simple work, 70 per cent prefer AI for drafting emails, 65 per cent for basic analysis. But for anything complex or long-term, humans dominate by 9-to-1 margins.”...<<<Read More>>>

US and three other countries reject WHO’s IHR amendments; the UK, the global censorship hub, is not one of them

 On 18 July, the US officially rejected the World Health Organisation’s (“WHO”) 2024 amendments to the International Health Regulations (“IHR”), citing threats to national sovereignty, free speech and constitutional protections.

If not rejected, the amendments would have allowed the WHO to influence lockdowns, vaccine documentation and pandemic declarations without approval from elected officials or public input.

Austria, Italy and Israel also blocked the amendments before the 19 July 2025 deadline, each emphasising the need for local control over health policy and rejecting unelected global oversight.

Countries that did not formally reject the amendments by the deadline will be bound by them starting 19 September 2025, while four nations have until the 19th September 2026 to opt out.

How Sneaky UK Government is Secretly Planning to Tax Workers Billions More: Inside the Biggest Tax Grab in 50 Years

An internal government memo was leaked recently which exposed the deceitful ways workers are being silently taxed more than ever, while the government can simultaneously celebrate that it didn’t raise taxes at all. It’s a devious, deliberate attack on living standards and affordability for the average citizen, and it’s important to understand how this is happening before they wrap it up as a positive for the people of the country.

A letter between Angela Raina, the Deputy Prime Minister, and Rachel Reeves, the Chancellor, discussed ways in which she could collect more tax. Item four on the list stated “continuing to freeze the additional rate tax threshold in cash terms, rather than uprating it with inflation, could raise revenue and will be consistent with the manifesto”.

Despite sounding like it only affects the rich, it actually makes a huge difference to everybody. This is the single largest tax grab since the 1970s, and hits anyone earning more than £12,570 a year. Teachers, nurses, and tradespeople – not just the additional rate tax payers as it would have you believe.

What’s worse than deliberately embracing fiscal drag – a tactic deployed to freeze tax thresholds while wages rise – is that it directly contradicts a 1977 law known as the Rooker-Wise Amendment, which mandates that tax thresholds must rise with inflation every year. Initially, this stopped politicians quietly taking more of your wages without transparently increasing tax rates.

This is not about numbers, or even wages. It’s about trust. The UK is a country already weary from politics, and now the quiet dismantling of a law meant to keep taxation honest is a big warning sign – even Labour’s own supporters are not happy.

Before we go into this, remember that fiscal drag is not a new concept, but the problem here is that tax brackets once legally bound to increase with inflation are being deliberately frozen to trick you into giving the government more of your hard-earned cash. UK government covertly puts us all in a police lineup by using our passport photos for identification by facial recognition

The UK government has secretly been allowing police forces to search over 150 million passport and immigration database photos with Orwellian facial recognition technology.

The number of police mass facial recognition searches in passport and immigration databases is skyrocketing. Documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request reveal that the number of searches of the passport database surged from 2 in 2020 to 417 in 2023, and there was an almost sevenfold increase in searches of the immigration database from 16 in 2023 to 102 in 2024.

By using these databases as giant facial recognition watchlists, we are all at risk not only of profound invasions of privacy but misidentifications and injustice. It is the equivalent of the police secretly putting us all in a lineup of criminal suspects for identification without our knowledge.

 Is it traded on the stock market? Are there negotiable instruments tied to it? It may surprise you to find out the answer is yes. Your birth certificate is a bond.

It all started around 100 years ago, at the beginning of the 20th century. America was chugging along and the industrial revolution was in full swing. However, unbeknownst to the hard working citizens, the government was in trouble. It was getting ready to go bankrupt, and it wasn’t the first time either. So, in the year 1910, several elite men met in a secret place for a meeting in order to draw up the plan to trick the American people into allowing a central bank into the country. 

Just 2 short years later, in 1912, the Federal Reserve Act was passed by Congress. And this was the beginning of the new economic system in which your birth certificate is a bond.

In the current system, we, as individuals, are not the holders of our own birth certificates. We are only being used as the force that gives our current financial system life. After the certificate of live birth is applied for and issued, no one ever sees it again. We are only allowed to get “certified copies” of our birth certificate.This way, we can never be the holder in due course of it. 

Then, our certificate of live birth is taken and negotiable instruments are issued from it. And these instruments are traded on the stock market. So, your birth certificate is a bond.

Eugenics: From Ancient Practices to Modern Gene Editing

 Eugenics is an attempt to produce genetically desirable children and to terminate the lives of those considered to be genetically inferior. Elements of eugenics exist everywhere. For example, when given the choice, people produce children with partners whom they find attractive.

Part of them hopes that those attractive qualities will manifest in the offspring. A more extreme form is infanticide: killing children usually because of physical or mental deformity; a practice as old as humanity.1 In Ancient Greece, Plato and Socrates (c. 470-399 BCE) suggested ways of breeding to promote the superior traits of the elite, as sickly infants were deliberately left to die of exposure.

Today, there is a sensible and ethical side of what is often called eugenics. Examples include disabled children having operations to save their lives and individuals with learning difficulties asking for sterilisation because they can’t manage contraception and don’t want children.

But institutions like the state, prisons, and medical facilities, as well as privileged elites, use eugenics as a way of trying to exterminate the elements of society whom they consider to be a burden. What started out as selective breeding and infanticide has today developed into forced sterilisation and genetic editing to produce “designer babies.” This thinking also informs certain depopulation agendas....<<<Read More>>>...

American logistics company caught on camera transporting dinghies back to France to help more migrants cross the Channel

 In August 2023, Ian Simpson from Stop the Invasion filmed inflatable dinghies being loaded onto a truck in Dover and shipped to France.

Illegal migrants had used these dinghies to cross the English Channel from France and, presumably, the dinghies were now being transported back to be reused, to enable more migrants to cross the Channel.

Minerals Needed for ‘Green Energy’ Could Run Out Within 10 Years

 Critical minerals needed to build ‘green energy’ technology such as solar panels, nuclear power stations, electric cars and wind turbines could run out within 10 years, researchers have warned. The Times has the story.

Researchers at the Beijing Institute of Technology found that if the world attempted to build enough clean technology to limit climate change to 2°C above pre-industrial temperatures, it would exhaust known reserves of several minerals within decades.

Reserves of tin, which is used in wind turbines and solar panels, could be exhausted by 2085, while cadmium, used in control rods of nuclear reactors, could run out by 2060. Indium, a crucial ingredient in specialist thin-film solar panels, could be used up by 2035.

The researchers said that their results showed the need to look for new reserves, particularly in under-explored regions such as Africa and central Asia, as well as scaling-up recycling, and substituting more common minerals for scarce ones.

Worries about the scarcity of cobalt, 70% of which is sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo, have already led carmakers to use less of it in electric vehicle batteries. Bloomberg New Energy Finance has estimated that almost half of EV batteries manufactured this year would instead be made from lithium iron phosphate.

Another reason to think that the world may overcome these resource constraints is that in the past, known reserves have grown quickly once companies are incentivised to look for them. The researchers estimated that if known reserves of critical minerals grow as quickly as those of petroleum have since 1980, then shortages of many minerals would be avoided.

Yet with critical minerals distributed unevenly around the world, the researchers stressed the need for countries to trade openly together to prevent the clean energy transition being held back by resource constraints....<<<Read More>>>.....

The Government Has No Idea Who is in Britain

 Thousands of migrants who came here legally on work or student visas overstay and purposefully slip into illegality. The state’s ability to track them seems non-existent. They could be anywhere, doing anything – and Whitehall wouldn’t know.

Just a month ago, the Commons’ Public Accounts Committee found the Home Office had accidentally opened Britain’s doors to record levels of migration. Officials “made changes to the Skilled Worker visa route without a full assessment of the risks or potential impacts, including the risks of non-compliance with visa rules and exploitation of migrant workers.”

Those “risks of non-compliance” are no longer hypothetical – they are happening. The Committee’s report urged civil servants to do more to monitor compliance when visas expire.

Shocking as this is, it’s hardly surprising. The British state has only the vaguest idea of how many people live in the UK – legally or otherwise. The evidence is everywhere. There are 63.8 million patients registered with GP practices in England, but according to the ONS the entire population is 58.6 million. During Covid, some local health areas even managed the mathematically miraculous feat of vaccinating more than 100% of their population.
