US Companies Take Ofcom to Court Over “Unlawful” Censorship Under Online Safety Act

 The implementation of the latest phase of the UK’s Online Safety Act (OSA) last month is already impacting on US tech firms, with X imposing age-restrictions on content relating to the grooming gangs in order to comply with its so-called child protection provisions. Elsewhere, tensions have been rising, with President Donald Trump needling Sir Keir Starmer over free speech on his recent visit, and a delegation of US lawmakers led by Republication Representative Jim Jordan blasting the state of UK free speech earlier this month. A State Department human-rights report has likewise warned of “serious restrictions” on free speech in Britain in the past year.

Now US firms and free-speech activists are taking the fight to Ofcom, the communications regulator, directly. Lawyers for 4chan, the anonymous image-board site, and Kiwi Farms, a “website and discussion forum that focuses on Internet culture”, have today filed a lawsuit against Ofcom in US federal court, the first of its kind.

As part of its enforcement regime for the new OSA rules, Ofcom has been issuing escalating compliance notices to the two sites over the past few months regarding their regulation of speech for UK users. Maybe because the ‘Online Safety Bill’ that has nothing to do with safety, and everything to do with censorship, that the CCDH fought so hard to pass into law, has now done just that.

Imran and the CCDH have achieved their objective so maybe now they get to relax in the sunshine.

You see, the introduction of the Online ‘Protect the official narrative’ Bill isn’t the only objective achieved by the Morgan McSweeney founded CCDH.

They are the organisation that coined the term ‘The Disinformation Dozen’ to smear prominent medical professionals that were telling what has now been shown to be the truth, about the Covid 19 lockdowns, mask mandates, and poisonous injections.

In 2020 they suddenly morphed into an attack dog on behalf of big pharma, and the pro-lockdown tyrants in government.

They proudly had vast numbers of people who were rightly questioning the official Covid narrative deplatformed, including my father.

So Sad They Think We’re All So Stupid

 What else could it be? The agenda and the goons running it have to believe that the people of the world are not only useless eaters, but as about as sharp as a bag of marbles.

This is very sad, but there is no other explanation for it.

Remember when you were a young idiot, say around 17 or so (just assuming a few of you were like me at that age—for the most part, an adolescent, immature, idiot). And you might get involved in some cruel joke with a less fortunate fellow idiot in your class.

I mean a kid who wasn’t totally together, not really bad off (you would never do this to someone really bad off, I know I didn’t), but just not as sharp as you or your cohorts. You would tease him (usually a “him”), yeah, that’s what it was, innocent “teasing.” And you and your buddies would laugh and laugh—you couldn’t believe how naïve this guy was.

He would believe anything, no matter how preposterous.

I always think of Anthony Fauci when this idea comes up. He must have gone home laughing every time he made one of his news briefs. “Now it might be a good idea to wear two masks!” Hilarious. “Can you believe that???” He probably exclaimed, “They bought that?” How f—ing stupid are these people?” That’s sad. Very sad.

But tell me if you have a better explanation for the last five years. And before that as well. What else could it be?

I think at one time, way back when, they went through a bit of trouble to trick us. They had not yet had enough experience to know “the people” would buy, for a fact, anything they threw at them. Hatred of One’s Own and Love for the Other: a Guide to Oikophobia and Xenophilia

 Roger Scruton was the first to coin the word ‘oikophobia’ to describe fear of home (Greek oikos) in a political context. He used it  to refer to disdain for one’s country, culture or majority population. He was not the first to use its sister word ‘xenophilia’, meaning love of stranger or foreigner (Greek xenos), but showed how the words were two sides of one coin. For Scruton, Jean-Paul Sartre was the archetypal oikophobe, a man contemptuous of the bourgeois culture that had enabled him to become France’s most famous philosopher but a xenophilic apologist for Mao’s Cultural Revolution in which Chinese intellectuals like himself were publicly humiliated and put to work in the paddy fields.

Scruton first wrote about oikophobia in 1993, at a time of concern both in Britain and the USA at the spread of a form of multiculturalism based on negative stereotypes of the majority and positive ones of minorities, and of a ‘political correctness’ designed to police the speech of those unhappy about these trends. Elite disdain for the majority was not new. John Carey’s study of the English intelligentsia over the period 1880-1939, published the year before Scruton coined ‘oikophobia’, illustrates the contempt that so many of our great intellectuals had for the masses among whom they felt they had the misfortune of living. Showing that this was by no means a Right-Left split, the socialist George Orwell in 1941 similarly summed up his fellow intellectuals as people who “took their cookery from Paris and their opinions from Moscow”, were ashamed of their country and sniggered at British institutions.

The oikophobia and xenophilia of large parts of our current elites are thus nothing new. It is just much more in the public’s face because of the extent and speed of current communications. Hardly a day passes without a new example.

What drove the recent deal with Mauritius over the Chagos Islands? The interests of the Chagossians, many of whom are British subjects? Concern for British security? The wish to reduce financial burdens on British taxpayers? No, a wish to be seen in the international community as compliant with international law, even when there was no obligation to do so. As a result, the Chagossians are left high and dry, British taxpayers over the next century look set to fund a £30 billion-plus payment to Mauritius and we hand over ownership of the islands to a power in league with a potential enemy (China).

What drove the recent trade deal with the EU, with its granting of free access to our waters to EU fishermen until 2038, subject to major penalties if we break the agreement? The majority of posts, articles and videos promoting a Jewish conspiracy in recent years are based on naming a handful of influential people who are, it is claimed, Jewish. It’s disappointing that so few have recognised the narrative for what it is – a PsyOp – particularly when the ebb and flow of anti-Jewish propaganda correlates with neo-Nazi activity in Ukraine and/or Islamic State or Muslim Brotherhood activity in the Middle East.

The Rothschilds are certainly villains and need to be held accountable. The aim here is not to deny or defend the Rothschilds’ involvement in global events, perhaps for the last 200 hundred years, but to try to correct those who are getting distracted and misdirected from who the real villains are by following a PsyOp that there is a Jewish conspiracy afoot.

There seems to be a widely held belief that the English branch of the Rothschild family is the head of the family’s global operations. Based on this erroneous belief, the most commonly named villain in recent years has been Jacob Rothschild, who died last year.

UK government funds idiotic project to remove CO2 from the oceans

 It appears that the unseen "powers that be" are intent on driving the earth plane into an ice age.

Without doubt, we teeter on the edge of another ice age with the dangerously low levels of CO2 that is currently in the atmosphere.

Lowering the CO2 levels by as little as 50 parts per million would be enough to kick off an ice age. Sucking Carbon Out Of The Sea – The Latest Taxpayer-Funded Climate Stunt

 A ground-breaking project to suck carbon out of the sea has started operating on England’s south coast.

The small pilot scheme, known as SeaCURE, is funded by the UK Government as part of its search for technologies that fight climate change.

There’s broad consensus amongst climate scientists that the overwhelming priority is to cut greenhouse gas emissions, the chief cause of global warming.

But many scientists also believe that part of the solution will have to involve capturing some of the gases that have already been released.

The theory, it seems, is that it might be more efficient to recover carbon from the sea than extracting it from the air:


The project is trying to find whether removing carbon from the water might be a cost effective way of reducing the amount of the climate warming gas CO2 in the atmosphere.

No Beef, Lamb, Milk and Cheese Within 25 Years Under Net Zero, Government-Funded Report Confirms

 Achieving Net Zero in 25 years would need a “complete transformation” of the UK’s agricultural and food system that would in effect mean a diet devoid of beef, lamb and all dairy products, according to the latest work from the Government-funded UK FIRES. 

Look at the research that governing elites commission and read, not what they say. UK FIRES takes an absolute view of Net Zero and bases its work on existing technologies, not the pie in the sky inventions still to come and the whacky schemes that cannot reach economic scale. 

UK FIRES is an influential body since it takes a rare honest approach to Net Zero. Among the horrors outlined in its latest report is a future reliance on highly-processed food – industrial test-tube sludge in other words. Using labs to produce just 0.4% of the projected demand for meat in 2030 would involve a capacity “20 times that of the current pharmaceutical industry”, observe the authors.

The need to collapse the existing agro-food system is said to present opportunities for the creation of “hybrid” food products. Animal fat, presumably from non-belching beasts, can be processed to give “definitive flavour and mouth feel of meat” and these can be combined with plant-based ingredients. Alternative proteins (not detailed, but there is much support elsewhere for fly larvae and mealworm flour) might be used in highly processed foods.

In future, notes UK FIRES, processed plants might include ingredients from precision fermentation or cultivated fats. These are all held together by half of the chemistry lab including stabilisers, colourings, E numbers and preservatives – though UK FIRES inexplicably fails to give the detail on this. It’s not surprising that while small businesses were closed and schools were closed etc. online businesses would soar. But what is surprising is Bill Gates and his takeover of farmland.

“They used the pandemic, in the words of Klaus Schwab the World Economic Forum founder, as an opportunity. The pandemic was an opportunity to rejigger society and ‘build back better’ in a ‘greener’ way,” Bruner said.

“People didn’t really understand in July 2020 when Klaus Schwab announced ‘The Great Reset’ what a pandemic had to do with climate change. Tens of thousands of acres of protected Amazon rainforest are being cleared and paved over to build a new four-lane highway for, of all things, the upcoming COP30 climate summit in Brazil.

The eight-mile stretch of new highway — dubbed Avenida Liberdade, or Avenue of Liberty — has gouged a deep gash through a large swath of Amazon rainforest just in time for world leaders to convene to discuss how much they care about the Amazon rainforest.

Photos published by the BBC show the bare corridors where heavy machinery ripped through the lush, unspoiled landscape now littered with log piles — the sounds of insect chirps and birdsongs replaced by a chorus of rumbling diesel engines and the whine of hydraulic excavators gutting the forest floor.

More than 50,000 people are expected for the 30th annual UN climate summit in Belém, in November, including a number of world leaders.

Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silv boasted that this year’s event will be “a COP in the Amazon, not a COP about the Amazon.”

The state government of Pará initially hatched the idea for the thoroughfare in 2012, but it was repeatedly put on hold after concerns were raised over its environmental impact.

The state government has repeatedly insisted the highway is “sustainable” — but that rings hollow to locals and conservationists who are condemning the project.

“Everything was destroyed,” said Claudio Verequete, who lives about a quarter-mile from the roadway in progress and used to make a living harvesting açaí berries from trees near his land which are no longer standing.

“Our harvest has already been cut down. We no longer have that income to support our family,” he told the outlet, noting he has not received any compensation from the government and is keeping his finances afloat by dipping into savings.

Even worse, Verequete said he’s afraid now that the once-unspoiled rainforest has been marred, future incursions further into the land could be imminent.

“Our fear is that one day someone will come here and say: ‘Here’s some money. We need this area to build a gas station, or to build a warehouse.’ And then we’ll have to leave.”

“We were born and raised here in the community. Where are we going to go?”
