The War on Imagination: How to Reclaim Your Dream Life

The education system functions as an institution that reduces and limits the scope of our thinking capacity and locks us in a very restricted mindset. Its purpose is to turn us into obedient pupils who respect authority and accept their assigned place in society.

Dr. Joe Dispenza reveals to us where this leads to, namely, that the system turns us into beings who, for the most part, function on autopilot—we lead our lives based on a familiar past and manifest a predictable future. As we were born into families where our parents, grandparents, and all other family members and friends have undergone the same programming, they all, with the best of intentions, imparted their view of life and how it is supposed to function upon us, even before the educational system began its work on us.

To free ourselves, at least partially, from the confines of our upbringing and our current lives, we have to undertake a quite strenuous endeavor. For example, we could begin by studying Dr. Joe’s work and books, following his meditations, or maybe attending one of his workshops. For many, this might lead to at least partial freedom from the predictability that determines our lives.

A lot of effort has been put into the set-up of the societal system we live in, a way of life in artificially created limitation and dependency. Even if we are successful in our work with Dr. Joe, the world around us is constantly trying to drag us back down into its limitations. This happens through our workplaces, our friends, authorities like medical doctors or “scientists,” through all the messages and information we receive through social media and chats, through the mainstream news, and so on....<<<Read More>>>..

How to Lucid Dream (The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide)

Lucid dreaming can be understood as the practice of becoming conscious during the dream state. Those who have experienced lucid dreams report amazingly intense feelings of exhilaration, elation, and vivid feelings of freedom.

What’s most amazing about lucid dreaming is that you’re able to control the outcome of your dreams.

This means that you can fly through the galaxies, bathe in a pool full of diamonds and pearls or travel to whatever destination, in whichever era or planet you like. Basically, the only limit in your dreams is your mind and its level of imaginative creativity....<<<Read More>>>...

Breaking the Boundaries of Sleep: First-Ever Dream Communication Achieved

A neurotechnology company claims to have made a groundbreaking breakthrough—achieving the first-ever instance of communication within dreams.

According to reports, California-based startup REMSpace, which has been pioneering technologies to induce or enhance lucid dreaming, has accomplished something previously thought impossible: two individuals, while asleep and in separate locations, communicated with each other through the medium of their dreams.

Although the precise technical details of the experiment remain undisclosed, reports suggest that the two participants were connected remotely, each from their own home, using specialized equipment....<<<Read More>>>....

Entangled Minds: Telepathically Entering Another Person’s Lucid Dreams

In the late 1970s I read the research on dream telepathy conducted at Maimonides Medical Center’s Dream Laboratory in New York. I was fascinated with how a person could send pictures into the minds of sleeping subjects during dream sleep, also called Rapid Eye Movement or REM sleep. The sleeping subjects would incorporate aspects of a sent picture into their dream motifs or dream stories.

In one target picture there were two men in a boxing match, the sender or agent also had on display in his office “a genuine dark-brown leather boxing glove.” The picture and the physical object on display enhanced the telepathic transfer more significantly than the picture alone.

This research got me interested in dreamwork and a year later I began studying methods on how to control my dreams. At the time I was having an unusual recurring dream and thought dream control would help me explore it. However, this endeavour fell short of what I expected. I continued working on dream control, and added to my dream retinue Freudian and Jungian dream interpretation. I also discovered dream control was the antecedent to experiencing lucid dreams.

By the mid-1980s more research into the nature of lucid dreaming had accumulated accompanied with new methods on how to experience a lucid dream. Now somewhat successful with controlling my dreams, I decided to try one of the new techniques, and it worked; I was becoming more consciously aware in my dream states. But remembering and staying conscious in my dreams was a constant struggle. I began noticing that on nights I did not smoke marijuana, I could recall my dreams, they were more vivid, and I was more consciously aware of them and as a result. I curtailed my marijuana use.

During this period Joe, a long time friend, and I were studying rituals from the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. He and I had a close friendship, and according to the studies on dream telepathy to be successful, there needed to be an “agent-subject rapport,” which is what we had. We decided to experiment with the directional symbols from the Golden Dawn: the dagger, wand, chalice and pentacle. The pictures of these symbols were all in black and white, and copied from Israel Regardie’s book The Golden Dawn. Joe was a night owl, so while I slept he attempted to send these symbols into my dreams randomly, one symbol per night. After several months without success we stopped the experiment....<<<Read More>>>...

Breakthroughs That Are Changing Our Understanding of Dreams

For a long time the science of dreams has oscillated between fringe research and the mainstream. But creative study designs and new technology are transforming it into an exciting and serious research niche.

Here are four recent breakthroughs that may pave the way for a greater understanding of dreaming.

In 2021 an international study showed that two-way communication between a lucid dreamer and a researcher in the lab was possible. In 2024, another study built on this by training lucid dreamers to control a virtual car from within their dreams.

The 12 dreamers in the experiment made slight muscle twitches, which sent a signal to a computer to make the virtual vehicle move forwards or turn. Signals were sent back to the dreamer to inform them of obstacles to try and avoid. Some could move the car well, but others, no matter how hard they tried, could not.

While fascinating, it is still unknown how such technology could be used in everyday life. And the small sample of this study, in part owing to the rarity of skilled lucid dreamers, limit the conclusions we can take from it....<<<Read More>>>...

Real-life Inception: Exploring the possibility of dream communication

In his sci-fi film Inception (2010), Christophe Nolan imagined his protagonist slipping into other people’s dreams and even shaping their contents. But what if this story wasn’t so far away from real life?

Our research suggests that it is possible to interact with volunteers while they are asleep, and even to converse with them at certain key moments.

While we sometimes wake up with vivid memories from our nocturnal adventures, at others the impression of a dreamless night prevails.

Research shows we remember on average one to three dreams per week. However, not everyone is equal when it comes to recalling dreams. People who say they never dream make up around 2.7 to 6.5% of the population....<<<Read More>>>...

Returning to Creative Dreams

Daily OM: As children, many of us entertained fantasies or even goals of being an actor, singer, dancer, artist, or musician. In some cases, we received enough encouragement to develop our abilities in those creative arenas, but somewhere along the way we stopped. This stopping may have been due to circumstances beyond our control or to our own unconscious acts of self-sabotage. Being creative can be scary in a world that seems to value logic over imagination and practicality over dreaming. We can forgive ourselves for shutting down or turning our attention away from our inner artist, but perhaps we can also take steps to reclaim our dreams. In certain times and places, developing a creative ability was considered an important part of being a well-rounded human being. It was not necessary to be a professional or a masterly genius, because the act of creativity was valued in and of itself...read more>>>...

Ideas that changed the world came from a dreams: how is this possible?

Have you ever woken up with a brilliant idea or a solution to a problem that eluded you for days? If so, you are not alone. Many people have reported having insights or discoveries in their dreams, some of which have changed the course of history, science, art, or literature.

How is it possible that our subconscious mind can produce such creative breakthroughs while we sleep? Here we will explore some of the theories and examples of discoveries made in dreams, and how you can harness the power of your own dreaming mind.

One of the most famous examples of a discovery made in a dream is the structure of the benzene molecule, which puzzled the chemist Friedrich August Kekulé for years. He had a vision of a snake biting its own tail, forming a ring, while he was dozing on a bus.

He realized that this was the shape of the benzene molecule, which consists of six carbon atoms arranged in a hexagon. This discovery opened the door to the field of organic chemistry and paved the way for many other inventions....<<<Read More>>>...

Are We Approaching The Splicing Of The Time Loop?

Having spent now over 'half a century' being in the constant now ... actively observing the virtual reality known as 'the earth plane' ... it's pretty clear that this version of the earth plane has become a crazy and insane dimension.

Chaos most surely reigns, and for those who still sleep ... and fall for the illusion hook, line and sinker, there is no hope. But for those who are now awake and becoming more and more aware of the total lies and fabrications, which hold together this holographic reality created by thought forms, there is a way out of the maze.

Dark and sinister forces are abroad in this poor copy of the real world. It is perfectly clear this is but an electronic copy of a real world. Whether this plane is round or flat, it is not relevant. It is merely a tapestry of thoughts created to enable the dreamers and the lucid dreamers to actively experience what befalls this realm; all is dependent on how the collective think.

Assuming dream control in this fake realm is essential; because sinister forces work tirelessly to keep all the dreamers deep in their slumber. So they can feed off the thoughts of the dreamers. This is perfectly clear. What is also perfectly clear is the approach of the loop in the ticker tape. The splicing approaches ... and it is likely a reset will occur.

And we all will begin again at the start of the time loop. Reliving the segments of history, for ever how long it is ... being recycled again and again to fulfill the roles the time loop requires. Until we arrive again at this point once more. This time we know it as August 2019. But what will it be the next time round? The same? We are not likely to remember.

But what if ... when you become awake ?? This is part of the game. Part of the plan. The moment you realise the great illusion, you observation of this false reality comes to a close? What then and where then? What is beyond this cymatic sound bubble? What is out there really in space? Are we minute avatars within a bubble in a mighty ocean; on a world where giants hundreds of miles high exist? Or has that thinking taken you too far outside of the comfort zone?

All that remains to say ... become a lucid dreamer as soon as you can. The more of the awakened there are ... the lesser the effect of the chaos and less the confusion.

Dreamers Dreaming This Dream World

Having contemplated the possible scenarios, concerning our capture within this dream world, the most likely occurrence is the fact we are indeed in a dream; a very real dream. Ancient cultures (Including the Australian Aborigines) do indeed term this as 'the dreamtime'.

After a number of nights, in which VERY REAL dream situations have occurred; dream scenes that were as real as here in this frequency realm; there is one big conclusion to reach. In each of these recent dream scenes, all memories of this frequency realm weren't present. There was no reference to here, no thoughts of here.

Recollections of this separation from what we call 'the real world' has lead to this big conclusion. Somehow, when we've been asleep, in whatever dimension we truly exist in, as a 'body-less consciousness' we've been captured and taken from our point in this fractal reality, and brought into this dream world as 'consciousness' and introduced into a world ... and had our memories erased. We don't remember arriving (Except we are 'born' as a human baby then we grow up) ... and we then live this life and go along with all the lies and the deceptions about our identity.

We are universal consciousness asleep, dreaming ... and we are dreaming this dream world. All dreamers dreaming the same lucid dream. Somehow, we must wake up ... because this is not the dream we were having when we first went to sleep. We've been abducted somehow ... and brought here. This is a dream world ...

A Waking Dream

I was in the driving seat, my wife in the passenger seat. We were travelling along a country road which lead to a ploughed dirt laden field. We drove through this at high speed. I remember taking a few turns in this field and ploughing up some tracks in this dirt. Then we arrived at the fence line of this field; a narrow open gate; a black vehicle wanting to go through the opening at the same time as were going out the field. We passed each other and I remember catching the wing of the other car.

Then we were travelling down the main street of a country town where everyone was dressed the same, in a silly outfit; they all looked the same; they were all the same. They were clones of each other.

I then awoke from the 'waking dream' ... and knew what the 'symbolism' was telling me. The most important realisation ... the village street where everyone was dressed the same; looked the same and where the same person ... that's human beings on earth ... all clones of each other. The essence of the moments preceding the street scene ... symbolic of coming back down the levels back to being connected to human form.

Explorers Of The Multi-Universes

It's really not that simple to explain how the multi-universes work; or how our consciousness travels between them. But we do.

Dream state is the perfect proof of that 'certainty'. Standard New Age rehashed dream books offer endless meanings to symbolic dreams without realising one vital thing.

Most of what is termed 'a dream' is not a dream. It is actually consciousness wandering from one dimension to another or others. I remember gaining an insight somewhere that if you went anywhere in your sleep where you experienced any of your normal senses, or could see in colour; then it wasn't a dream. A dream is supposed to be in black and white. Which means I NEVER remember my dreams as everything I experience in 'dream state' has colour, touch, taste, smell, hearing and even an awareness of thinking daily thoughts.

We are all explorers of the multi-universe and the parallel dimensions, and it is a trait of being consciousness. Ok, so most of what we wander through is a simulated reality. It is not a visit to the outside. We are caught fast in a virtual set of parallel universes. But we are still consciousness. And somewhere out there it must be possible to find a hole in the jamming frequency wall?

Or do some of us venture out beyond that frequency? Have we the ability to lift our vibration beyond that jamming frequency? If so, why would we come back to this prison? A host of questions exist, but where are the answers?

I know for a FACT that New Age hogwash books don't contain the answers. They vibrate on confusion and continued capture with all their wondrous notions and crazy fables. The reality is that we are travellers of those multiple dimensions, but it is not easy to explain the process or control the process. 'Dream control' and 'lucid dreaming' comes close to controlling the mechanism. Preparing for sleep with a pre-conceived travel destination is one way of finding a way out, I suppose. But only if you know the frequency you have to vibrate past in order to get out beyond the net. Some aspect of consciousness will know the how, and the why. One day, perhaps we all will know ...

The Journey To Another World?

The sub-conscious is capable of a great many things. It is an incredible library of knowledge; of stimuli and of memories. It is often the creator of the back cloth of dream scenarios. Most of these scenarios contain obvious symbolism, which is a great giveaway that it is a sub-conscious generated landscape, and is attempts to put into a 5-sensory language what is is trying to say with its symbols.

When a 'dream' is experienced where there is 'waking day mind chatter' and no giveaway sub-conscious generated language, it is, in our opinion, something more than a dream. Because there are multiple dimensions, and the ability of our infinite awareness to visit ANYWHERE in existence, a so called dream scenario that has been conjured by pre-planned dream control, is more than likely not a dream, but is instead an dimensional journey.

One such journey took place during the early hours last night. The sequence involved a journey on a form of ultra high speed underground transport to an underground city. There was waking day chatter at the destination. There was also a sequence of intense boredom, being confined to a room within a dwelling and not being able to go anywhere. The sequence entailed shouting 'I hate this planet' during this part of the experience. There was then the opportunity to venture outside onto the surface of this planet. Clearly NOT Earth but another planet. The detail of the scenery on the surface of this world was incredible. The awe at being on a different world was intense during the walk around.

The sequence involved getting lost in the ruins of a city with many canals and waterways. There was a heavy smog in the air. An inhabitant was somehow communicated with via a piece of fabric with strange writings in an unknown language on it. The inhabitant explained they knew where the necessary destination was, that they knew who was the owner of the premises and pointed in a direction to the right that led the journey across a wharf with misty waterways on either side.

At some point further on, there was evidence of a city being rebuilt after some major destruction. A stone mason was at work nearby, with what appeared to be sandstone being crafted into some kind of ornate pillars.

The sequence faded upon waking back on the Earth plane with the 'dream sequence' in the conscious mind very much like a 'recent experience' you'd recall during the waking hours.

The details and nature of the sequence was not a typical dream sequence. It was too real and precise. The memories the sub-conscious had drawn upon to create the sequence suggests an actual other world reality that is in the collective memory banks somewhere. Or else it was an actual journey made by a formless consciousness into another form on another world.

10 Steps For A Successful Lucid Dream

Lucid dreaming is one of the most extraordinary experiences you could have as a human being. Being awake within a dream, you are able to consciously interact with it just as you interact in the real world. Everything is saturated with colour and vibrantly alive, and it feels far more real than waking life does. There are many practical benefits to lucid dreaming. For me personally, it reminded be of how much life is like a dream and helped me appreciate the impermanence of reality. It helped me cultivate more consciousness and awareness in waking life by reminding me that I don’t have to be a victim to my surroundings, and can instead become lucid and take control. It also led to both of my out-of-body experiences. Lucid dreaming can propel you into a higher understanding of yourself and the reality you live in during your waking life. On top of being exhilarating and fun, it’s also a very useful catalyst for spiritual expansion...read more>>>...

What Is Lucid Dreaming?

A lucid dream is a dream in which you know you are dreaming. Typically this happens when the dreamer experiences something strange, and when they stop to question their reality, they realize they are in a dream. Lucid dreams happen naturally on occasion, although some people may have them naturally more often than others. The definition of lucid dreaming may be simple, but there are a lot of misconceptions surrounding it...read more>>>...

Dreams: What Are They Trying to Tell Us?

The Llewellyn Journal: 'What is your subconscious trying to tell you? One good way to find out is through your dreams. When we sleep, our subconscious doesn’t need to battle with our conscious mind. Our emotional side is not challenged by our logic, so it’s easy for our subconscious to break through barriers. But it isn’t always easy to understand what it is trying to tell us. The subconscious relays messages in the form of dream symbols, or sometimes even bizarre dreams in which we are participants or observers. Think of a dream as a private movie screening of a film in which you play the leading role, or perhaps just sit in the front row of the theatre. Dreaming is one of the best ways for the subconscious mind to get your attention. Many people get psychic impressions from their dreams. Others may only dream when being forewarned about a situation. Some people think they never dream. They do, but probably can’t remember. In some dreams, our friends and family members may make an appearance. Even loved ones who have passed on can show up from time to time to say hello...read more>>>...

To Dream Of Bees

Bees are often viewed as a threat and most of the time bees sting females and so there are various dream interpretation about it. The reason bees bite or sting females is because females exert aura of fear when they see group of bees or single bee near them. Bees often chase anyone with aura of fear irrespective of the type of species they're attacking but humans often interpret this fact as per their own views.

If any bee is chasing you in dream that means there is some unsettled business or task or memory haunting you. Make sure you let it go from mind or deal with it in order to avoid these bees.

If you get bee bite or sting then you've some serious relationship, career, finance or some unknown issue that is bugging your subconscious mind. Find out about it and sort it out.

Avoid getting angry on stuff that irritates you a lot.

Make sure you express your thoughts by writing a blog or journal under anonymous name as that helps you express more of your thoughts.

Never suppress your thoughts as they come back to haunt you in terms of creatures in mind. It's all your mind that makes or breaks stuff...read more>>>....

'Stargate'

Another vivid dream/astral projection scenario occurred through most of last night. It centred around a 'journey' undertaken after focussing on ancient Stonehenge. After projecting to within the stones, and really feeling myself bi-locating to Stonehenge ... and strange series of experiences took place. At the end of this sequence of projections I became consciously aware of being on another world ... greeted by people's who were recovering from an environmental disaster; who were very much surviving by sustainable means. Fuel for light & power came from the juice of a tree which looked a little like a melon with stems. I was able to 'explore' this world ... and the main discovery was the understanding that these peoples were recovering from 'the blight' which had befallen our world. They were ahead of us ... it had happened and the 'bad guys' had left the planet in a mess. It appears I'd somehow used the energy of Stonehenge as a stargate to project my interdimensional awareness to the Sirius constellation. - Matthew James

When Dreams Are Not Dreams

Here's the thing ... and it's quite an extraordinary thing ... chances are if you find yourself recalling a 'dream' with vivid colours; a sense of being in a body "just like during the waking day" with its own thoughts, feelings, five senses ... it wasn't a dream at all!!! It was you as part of your interdimensional self .... it was probably you recalling the access to another aspect of yourself. Think about those 'scarily real' dreams that you spend the entire day trying to shake off. Dreams where you find yourself in a different life all together ... where you fight off the confusion on waking in this reality, like there are two parts of you battling for access to your brain. It's true ... the chances of that being a dream in the conventional sense is highly unlikely. We have been drawn into the neatly packaged reality of everything that goes on at night is 'just a dream'. We spend millions on dream analysis books, dream therapists ... without taking the experience for what it is .... an experience, an actual memory from another part of yourself. Remember we use about 2% brain capacity ... that's how little is known about the mind, the consciousness and the brain. So next time you find yourself waking up in the middle of the night after coming from a 'very real' dream ... just think, you are being 'brought down' from a different level of consciousness of yourself.

Our consciousness can phase itself up and down from one reality level to another; from one dimensional vibrational level to another. When our physical body in this reality 'sleeps' and its hard drive goes on stand by ... our consciousness which is hard wired to that body is free to roam ... free to explore the myriad of dimensional vibrations out there. Each one of those vibrations can be explored by our consciousness ...the likelihood is that each one of those vibrations has a corresponding 'physical body' in which our consciousness can explore that vibration.

How can I perceive this you might ask? I have a degree of 'dream control' ... an ability to be consciously aware in many of 'the dreams' ... and a consciousness awareness in those states to ask questions and to explore ... plus through my work as a shamanic medium I actually venture between and within dimensions when I communicate with discarnate souls - Matthew James
