How to Use Sacred Geometry Visualization for Your Resolutions

A spiritual lesson has the wonderful dichotomy of being something gained and yet also something that helps us be unburdened by negative constructs we might carry. Quality lessons offer gains and yet allow us to let go of proverbial baggage.

Sacred Geometry is depicted everywhere in nature visually.

Sacred Geometry assists revealing everything from building effective physical structures to comprehension of an effective meditative mindset.

The study of Sacred Geometry enhances our comprehension of the physical and the metaphysical, perhaps Sacred Geometry is one of the effective means towards comprehension of the correspondences of the physical and spiritual.

Creating art in sacred geometry terms and shapes is known to be soothing and meditative. And yet Sacred Geometry is more than just visual shapes. Sacred Geometry is a study of perception of the physically measurable and non-physically measurable, of shapes and ideas. The subject of Sacred Geometry pertains to the study of shapes and deeper still it is also made up of a study of principles.

Of the many Sacred Geometry studies and principles one that is especially revealing and useful is the subject of the four dimensions of geometry and the four dimensions of sacred geometry thereby. The four dimensions of geometry reveal the four dimensions of meditation and the basis for sacred geometry itself. Points, lines, planes and solids correspond with concentration, connection, circulation, and unity expansion....<<<Read More>>>...

What About Lambda? A Consciousness Expanding High Frequency Brainwave State for Advanced Meditators

[ iAwake Technologies]: Lambda brain waves, for those of you who have never heard of lambda before, are one of the lesser-known frequencies—one of the last to be discovered. They are very rare, and they are difficult to measure. They are a very fast frequency of brain wave that is way up, above even the hyper-gamma spectrum. With a lambda wave we’re talking 200 Hz.

In fact, the effects of lambda feel more like a slow, deep epsilon wave. Most of what you get from meditating with lambda entrainment is a lot like what you get from a really deep epsilon frequency, but without the drowsiness that epsilon tracks tend to induce—making it a lot more enjoyable (even just possible) for those of us who get sleepy in really deep states to actually experience the transcendent states you get with epsilon.

So when we’re talking about brainwave states, the delta frequency, which for a long time was the slowest frequency ever observed, is normally associated with deep, dreamless sleep. It goes from about 3.5 to 4 Hz all the way down to about 1 Hz. Below that, less than one cycle per second, we get into the range called epsilon, which can be as slow as even one wave every 10 seconds or so—these are very, very slow waves. In fact, epsilon is associated with people going into sort of a “stilled” state. It’s not like a near-death experience, but people can slow their heartbeat almost to nothing and slow their brain waves almost to nothing. When they studied it in meditators, they used the term “suspended animation.” Down at the very low end of 0.5 Hz or less, you start to get into epsilon. Then the lambda waves actually emerge on top of that.

Accessing the World Within

[Daily OM]: A guided meditation uses the sound of a person's voice to direct you through an inner process of relaxing your body and shifting your mind's focus. The voice may be a person in the room with you or a recording -- even something downloaded from the internet -- and it is generally spoken in soothing, soft tones. You may be guided to focus on aspects of your physical body, such as on your breathing, relaxing your muscles one-by-one, or on an area in need of healing.

Sometimes it might involve visualizing a journey through the beauty of the natural world. Other times, you may be led to envision yourself working with light or energy, accomplishing your goals, or repeating positive thoughts in your head. Your guide may walk you through relaxation or motivation to help you change a habit, access untapped potential, or perhaps merely to find the silence within you.

Whether you are familiar with meditation or you are a beginner, being guided gives you the opportunity to benefit from the insight of others. There are numerous meditation and visualization techniques based in various spiritual philosophies and psychological applications. You may want to try several techniques to see what appeals to you the most, or just to gain a fresh perspective. ...<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

Escape the Negativity Through the Power of Your Imagination

[Wake Up World]: The COVID -19 pandemic has completely changed our lives. Right now it is hard to look at a future that looks different to the present. We have yet to find a vaccine or proper treatment for COVID-19, but in the meantime, we have to shake the feeling of waking up to Groundhog Day.

So how do we cope?

We need to get out of this feeling of being stuck in the present – the sense of being at a standstill. Our mobility had become restricted, and the lockdown has also changed our perception of time. We have lost all sense of long-term time.

Because of 24-hour news coverage gone are the days of impartial broadcasting – journalistic broadcasters tend to ’emotionalize’ their news, emphasising negative outcomes of a story – basically scaremongering. Negative headlines outperform positive headlines, because negativity attracts attention. There is evidence that we might be neurologically wired to focus on negative information. When we are surrounded by negative information 24/7 it makes us assume that things are more dangerous than they are.

If exposure to news is causing you feelings of hopelessness switch off the news then you have immediately disarmed the enemy. We have no way of knowing what the future might hold for us. But there is something that you can do in the meantime, and that is, to take an axe to the glass walls that are surrounding your time-capsule....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

Mapping The Inner Journey

[Daily OM]: Of the countless forms of meditation we can use, journaling offers its own unique benefits. Most meditations help empty the mind of concerns and bring positive ideas from our mental landscape, but journaling helps us anchor that experience in the material world.

Not every person is attracted to meditating in seated silence, and journal meditation is a nice alternative as an active meditation. It allows us to trace our journey and see where we have grown and what lessons we may be repeating.

By employing a different part of the brain than creative or inspired thought, writing or typing a journal can create a greater sense of connection and union with our physical selves and the world around us.

In working through challenges, it can be helpful to first empty all worries from our heads onto the safe pages of our journal. Fears can be brought to light rather than allowing them to haunt the dark corners of our subconscious....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

Awareness Meditation Changes The “Structure & Function of the Brain” In A Positive Way

[Collective Evolution]: If you look at most ‘masters’ in the field of meditation, a common theme that currently exists is a big misconception about meditation, that it has to be done a certain way, that you have to sit a specific way or do something in particular in order to reap the benefits. These masters will be the first to tell you that it doesn’t have to be one specific way.

That being said, many spiritual groups, like certain monks for example, are taught different types of meditation in several different ways, so really, there’s no correct way to meditate, and the process of connecting with one’s higher self and quieting the mind can be done in multiple ways and practiced at various levels.

When meditating, one shouldn’t try to “empty” their mind, but instead, try to let ones thoughts, feelings, and whatever emotions end up ‘popping’ in there, pop in there. There should be no resistance to thoughts, no judgement of them. Simply let them be, don’t attach to them and just be at peace with it. You’re not doing anything wrong, just focus on your breath....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

Staring Into Somebody’s Eyes for 10 Minutes Can Alter Your State of Consciousness

[Waking Times]: You may have heard the term “piercing eyes,” but what if someone’s gaze was so penetrating that it managed to induce an altered state of consciousness?

Well, according to one psychologist, staring into somebody’s eyes for about 10 straight minutes can cause you to have “out of body” experiences, hallucinations, and visions of loved ones who aren’t present.

The experiment, conducted in 2015 by Dr. Giovanni Caputo of Italy’s University of Urbino, was conducted in a dimly lit room where 20 volunteers sat in pairs while staring intently into one another’s eyes for ten minutes.

While the lighting was bright enough to clearly make out their counterparts’ facial features, the dimness was such that their overall perception of color was weakened, according to British Psychological Society journal Research Digest.

In the meantime, another group of volunteers sat in pairs while facing a blank wall. Participants weren’t given much information about the experiment’s purpose beyond that it involved a “meditative experience with eyes open,” Science Alert reports.

Following the 10-minute exercise, volunteers completed questionnaires about what they experienced....read more>>>...

The Art Of Pathworking & Creative Visualisation

For many years Pathworkings were a closely guarded secret within Occult Schools and Lodges, and even then were kept mainly for the higher degrees. About 30 years ago a number of magi rebelled against this secrecy and let the cat out of the bag, making them available to a wider audience.

What Value Do Pathworkings Have? Pathworkings make use of two of humanity’s most incredible talents – imagination and our ability to create pictures in our minds. They are quite rightly called ‘workings’ because you have to work at making these inner films real and credible. They sharpen the senses and open the mind to the wonders that lie beyond the normal everyday world, in the world of the subconscious mind.

The practice of Pathworking also teaches the basics of the higher levels of symbology, without which the Greater Mysteries are almost impossible to reach.

So What Is A Pathworking?
A pathworking is a journey between the worlds and one of the most exciting excursions we can take. It offers a path through the landscapes of the mind, ways that are as yet barely explored, to the last undiscovered frontier. Pathworkings are doorways between the known and the physical, the unknown and the non-corporeal.

They are accomplished through the medium of the creative imagination – the anvil on which all things created and used by mankind are made. They can cause physical effects in the everyday world, which is the main reason why they have been in secret for so long. It is also the reason why rigorous training in the control of imagination faculty is such a feature in magical schools and orders.

Scientists tell us that the journey we build in our mind is as real to the brain as our daily experiences. The world of the subconscious mind is a real world with real beings. The water is just as wet, the sun is just as hot. The only difference is that we can do things in that world we cannot do in this world.

Why? Because in the inner world we admit to no barriers. We use the same powers and senses we have in the real world, but there we believe in them. We think we are dreaming, but it IS real and can use the finer matter of that world to change this one ………

Disbelieve Everything & Only Perceive What You Want To Happen In Your Reality.

The world of man is truly a scary place at this time; with sinister agendas afoot for sure. But, if it doesn't affect you directly, then its not truly in your personal reality. You can only focus on what is in your current reality. Things that are happening in other countries or places, are only in your reality if you are in those countries and places; experiencing it first hand.

The plan is to get you and I to be anxious, and fearful, of the SUPPOSED plots that are coming to the surface that are SUPPOSEDLY going to affect your reality, my reality and everyone else's reality. This can only happen if you lose focus on what is in your perceptions; that help to make your reality; and permit your fear and anxiety to leak energy (And attention) to these sinister agendas.

YES, these uncovered plots DO affect other human beings; but they are have been manifested into their reality as human experiences; they effect them not you; unless of course you download the sound frequencies that will bring these plots into your reality. This is how the manifest plane works.

What you perceive, you download into your reality. What you don't, doesn't. Unless you permit enough fear and anxiety, relating to a supposed plot, become a sound wave frequency that draws that plot into your reality; and if everyone else is doing the same thing ... then it becomes written into this existence as a part of the background, so to speak.

So, its important to just focus on you and what your life path is. Forget everything that COULD or MIGHT happen. Ignore the distractions and deceptions that are out there at this time; and there are plenty. Disbelieve everything and only perceive what you want to happen in your reality. That is the best preventive measure to ensure our future doesn't arrive at the event horizon that the sinister agendas are clearly forcing us to perceive by evil glamours and deceptive measures.

How to Practice Beauty Mindfulness

Waking Times: Another way you can train your operating system to unplug from from its habitual relationship with mental narrative (and thus its habitual relationship with the narratives of establishment propaganda and other power-serving cultural mind viruses) is to simply make a habit of constantly looking for opportunities to experience beauty. It also happens to make life exponentially more enjoyable.

Beauty is secretly just a word we use for the experience of truly having seen something. There are places that society has designated as Authorized Beauty Experiencing Zones, like art, conventionally attractive human bodies, flowers, sunsets etc, but it’s actually possible to have the “Whoah! That!” experience of beauty in everything which shows up in your field of perception. It’s just a matter of learning to make space for that experience in the crowded cacophony of the labeling, dividing mind.

You can begin creating this space by deliberately making a constant practice of seeking out opportunities to experience beauty. Like a novice weightlifter, at first this will mean starting with things that are easy for you; in the beginning of this practice, you will likely be mostly noticing things that you have already learned to appreciate as beautiful. Art and music you already like, faces you already find beautiful, aspects of nature you’ve already cultivated an appreciation for, etc....read more>>>...

Afraid To Meditate

Daily Om: There are times when we feel the pull to meditate but are swayed from it by the excuses that spring to mind. We may think that we are too busy, have no time to ourselves, or that we do not have the right place to meditate. Our minds can think of dozens of reasons to put off meditation.

But those are even stronger reasons to look past the illusion of the hustle and bustle of daily life and to connect to the place within that intersects with the timeless power and limitless potential of the universe. From that place we can experience that potent stillness that exists at all times, and it is only as far as away as our breath.

It might be useful to ask yourself why you would put off something so beneficial to your peace of mind and general well-being. There may be fear that if you were to stop your frantic pace, your world might fall apart, and then you would have to face the undeniable reality of who you really are and the results of the choices you have made...read more>>>...

Do Happy Organs Mean Healthy Organs?

Natural News Blog: Now what in the world do I mean by happy organs? And what does this silly concept have to do with health anyways? As it turns out, quite a lot. Recent research shows that the process of visualization can significantly increase your health, and it’s not by chance. Focused meditation can actually change your brainwaves, and this can have an effect on your immune system, stress responses and more.

Visualization is sometimes referred to as guided imagery or mental imagery. On a very basic level, it is a mind-body medicine technique where a person creates a metal image of a future event. There’s a more to it than that

In fact, visualization is a tried-and-true technique for manifesting a future goal, be it getting a pay raise, going on a vacation or healing from a disease like cancer. And in many instances, it works. Athletes use it to perform their best. CEOs do it to get contracts. And studies in neuroscience show its effectiveness as well....read more>>>...

Clarity Of The Soul

Daily Om: Just as the physical spaces we inhabit require that we clear them periodically of clutter, the energetic fields that are a vital part of our being must also be cleared of old thoughts, energy, and emotions. Clearing your chakras and your aura restores and strengthens your connection to yourself and your divine inner wisdom. Unfettered by energetic baggage masquerading as fear, pain, and self-hatred, your consciousness is once again free to grow.

If you find the thought of clearing your energy fields disconcerting, simply think of it as cleansing the energy that surrounds you and releasing any stagnancy. You may not be able to see the results of your efforts, but you will experience a lightness of being and clarity of mind.

You can begin by sitting or lying down on a comfortable surface. Take a series of deep breaths and allow your soul to connect with Mother Earth and the vast expanse of the Universe. Visualize your first chakra, situated near the tailbone, and imagine if you will, a valve opening there, much like a faucet. Imagine a cord dropping from your tailbone deep into Mother Earth and let everything that is stagnant within you flow through it. Let go of old energy, inactive thoughts, and anything else that no longer serves you. Ask the earth to accept what you are offering by turning this old energy into light. Continue to let old energy drain out of you until you feel like you've released all your energetic baggage. When you are done, imagine the valve closing...read more>>>....

The Reality of Shape-shifting

First of all, no matter what you do you are not going to physically turn into an animal, so just drop that idea right now.

But, Shape-shifting is a reality though. It is done through creative visualisation so that you may carry the power and abilities of an animal with you when you need it. Drawing the courage of a lion in the face of adversity is an example where you can draw on the power of an animal spirit in such a way.

Shape-shifting is also a way of getting to know an animal better (the old walk a mile in their shoes bit or perhaps in this case it should be paws....) Finally shape-shifting allows you to take on animal form while on shamanic journeys or while you visit the astral plane.

To learn to shape-shift you should be in a place where you can meditate, but where there is enough room to move around. You should be dressed comfortably (or undressed comfortably, if that is your preference) so that you may move freely. Relax, close your eyes, call and greet the animal spirit you wish to shape-shift to. Let yourself become that animal in posture, stance, movement and sound. How does this animal see, hear, taste, touch, smell? What is it experiencing? Move as it would move. Become it with all the abandon of a small child. Experience it as long as you wish. When you choose thank the animal spirit that has helped guide you in learning its ways and then return to your human body...read more>>>...
