Do paranormal abilities exist? This bold question is often based on
belief rather than science. But looking at parameters that can help
determine if something is real or not in our world, like peer-reviewed
publications, video footage, and the ability to experience something,
then yes, paranormal abilities do exist, and there are many different
examples to choose from that clearly illustrate this.
These
abilities are studied and trained at the highest levels of government
and military, yet within academia, it’s almost completely ignored,
unacknowledged and ridiculed.
A quote from the Chinese Institute of Atomic Energy pointed out in 1991, in a study archived by the CIA:
"Such
phenomena and paranormal abilities of the human body are unimaginable
for ordinary people. Nevertheless they are really true."...<<<Read More>>>...

How the US Army Explored Psychic Abilities
It was 1983, and Major General Albert Stubblebine, III, was the
Commanding General of INSCOM, the US Army Intelligence and Security
Command.
At an intelligence school in Fort Huachuca, Arizona, Stubblebine gave what would be remembered by those who were there as a highly unorthodox pep talk. It started out in an un-extraordinary manner, but after Stubblebine had finished summarizing the tremendous advances that had been made in intelligence-gathering techniques and technology in the preceding years, he took a turn that few, if any, had seen coming.
Paul Smith, a retired Major in the US Army and former remote viewer, recalls the speech:
“As impressive and amazing as are all the advances we are making through technology,” he (Stubblebine) continued, reaching into the pockets of his dress green uniform, “they cannot compare to the power that lies within our own minds. We only have to learn to tap it.” He began tossing small, glinting objects into the audience. “Now I want these back when you’re through looking at them,” he added nonchalantly.
What those in attendance were holding were pieces of silverware that had been mutilated into unnatural shapes.
Since the age of 11 Smith had spent his summers as hired help on farms and ranches in the West. He’d worked with tools and heavy machinery, and seen metal of all descriptions bent deliberately or by accident, both mechanically and with heat—but none of it resembled the forms taken by Stubblebine’s warped silverware. The latter featured spoons buckled and twisted into tight spirals, and forks the tines and stems of which had also been twisted and curled—some looking like pigs’ tails.
Stubblebine’s cutlery showed none of the normal evidence of having been heated to high temperatures to produce the effects....<<<Read More>>>....

Shadow Work Prompts (For Each Chakra)
No matter how sweet, kind, nice, or good we may appear to be on the surface, we all have a dark side.
And exploring that dark side – truly learning to understand, befriend, and integrate it – is an essential task for every human being.
Perhaps one of the most powerful and bone-deep practices out there for examining the shadow is journaling.
Our shadow self is our dark side, our inner ‘basement’ that contains all the parts of ourselves that we have a hard time accepting.
In the words of psychotherapist Robert A. Johnson:
The Shadow is comprised largely of elements of our nature — our repressed sexuality, fears, frailties, secret desires, and so on — that we have rejected for various reasons, and as such have been effectively split off, forming a type of secondary personality that emerges under certain conditions, like stress, anxiety, strong emotions, and anything involving sudden changes.
Is the shadow self only full of dark and negative stuff? No, not necessarily.
There are also positive elements stuffed within the shadow such as hidden gifts (e.g., intuitive, artistic, humanitarian) and qualities like sensitivity and even compassion that we may have needed to hide away as children for fear of being punished, bullied, or rejected.
Shadow work is quite simply the practice of actively choosing to explore our shadow selves.
As one facet of inner work, shadow work is most effective when we have a strong foundation of self-love and inner child work supporting us.
Without knowing how to show self-compassion toward ourselves, shadow work can be harmful and even retraumatizing (e.g., we can beat ourselves up over what we discover and use it to torment ourselves)...<<<Read More>>>...

Sungazing (for Psychic Awareness); is it Dangerous? Productive?

"Why would anyone want to stare at the sun in the first place?" The primary reason people sungaze, is to stimulate psychic awareness. Beyond that, they do it to vitalize themselves with the sun's energy, for one thing. You know how crystal lovers are aware that orange and yellow crystals carry sun energy? Well in theory they could put their crystals down and instead connect directly with the sun.
The energetic effect of connecting with the sun in this way can be seen in observing plants, which need the sun to grow. Though it's harder to see what the sun does for humans, it is understood that we need vitamin D, which can only be produced by spending time in the sun. Vitamin D benefits include support of bone and tooth health, potential resistance to cancer, reduced risk of diabetes and MS, and increased cardiac health. As well vitamin D is believed to slow aging somewhat. To support production of vitamin D alone, is enough reason for one to consider spending more time outside in the sun. However, for one to choose sungazing over simply spending time in the sun, they may need other reasons...read more>>>>.....

Develop Your Psychic and Intuitive Ability
[Daily Om]: The word "psychic" is such a loaded
term that "intuitives" recently began using that word instead to define
themselves. But psychic actually stems from a Greek word meaning "of or
relating to the soul!"
It simply means a kind of natural knowing that we all share. For example, we've all felt the difference between the energy in a church and that in a bar or on a beach. Something just "feels" different.
That feeling is extrasensory perception or ESP. We are all psychic to some degree just as we all have at least some musical, artistic, or athletic ability, and if we cultivate our natural abilities we can bring out and enhance them.
But Western culture and education has tended to minimize intuition in favor of intellect, so that by the time a child is seven years old, a lot of their "fairy" experiences drop by the wayside from neglect. Developing one's intuitive ability is about waking some of that up again. Everyone has met someone new and had a kind of "off" inkling about them, a sense that they might be best avoided. If we intentionally practice trusting and relying on those intuitive promptings, we find ourselves awakening to them more.
Our natural intuition begins to come to the fore. You could say we then become more psychic, but really we're just learning to pay attention to what's already there. I call that "turning on the equipment." We all have the intuition equipment, but not everyone's is activated.
We humans typically spend most of our time in the part of our mind called the "intellect," but the intellect is very limited when it comes to knowing ourselves. Like a computer, the intellect just knows what it's been programmed to know; it only puts out the information it's been filled with. But fortunately we all have a higher mind that goes far beyond the intellect.
In our higher mind we have access to much more. It's the place where we can find inspiration, new ideas, and connection to all sorts of higher guidance and support. The oracles you mentioned - decks, pendulums, and so on - provide a kind of bridge for us to go beyond our intellect and tune in higher. We can use these tools as a jumping-off point, not only at the beginning of our training but later. Many accomplished psychics still use decks, runes, and so on as a way to jump-start their sessions....read more>>>..

Using Your Psychic Gifts
Daily Om: Psychic experiences are a natural part of our everyday lives. People often have difficulty accepting that they have been blessed with psychic abilities because without a frame of reference it is almost impossible to identify an extrasensory experience and to distinguish psychic sights, sounds, and sensations from the projects of the unconscious mind.
To some extent, every human being on the planet is clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient, although most people discover that they are naturally adept at one more than the others.
When you trust in and take steps to hone your innate clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience, you will enter a new realm of being in which the universe, your higher self, and your spirit guides lovingly conduct you toward a more aware existence.
Clairvoyance, or clear seeing, is the ability to see with the mind's eye. An individual who has honed their clairvoyant abilities may be able to see in their mind's eye events in a remote location; to witness incidents that have yet to occur; or to perceive shapes, colors, and other images that are physically invisible...read more>>>...

The Art of Clear Feeling and Clear Sensing
[Source]; Quite possibly the most under-estimated psychic gift is that of 'Clairsentience'. This is the ability to feel strongly and sense the emotions and feelings of people, animals, spirits, and places around them. You can feel emotions of others both in your heart and in your body; you can likely feel spirits around you.
You may well be clairsentient if. . . .
You are highly sensitive with your surroundings and easily pick up on the ‘vibe’ of a place or person
You go visit a place where large crowds are, and you have un-explainable emotional or physical reactions
You can empathise with others easily, knowing what they are feeling without speaking with them
You can “feel” the presence of spirits, or feel something “odd” when you are in a place where a spirit might be
You can feel other people’s pain, even the location of the pain on their body. Sometimes you will take on that feeling within your own body....read more>>>...

The Tiny Grain Of Sand
Each and every explorer of the 'mystic path' begins the adventure with enthusiasm, naivety and an urgency to know everything there is immediately. They are sponges for all the knowledge and the comprehension of something new and exciting.
More often than not, they commence a professional career as a 'card reader' or a 'psychic' much too soon; barely have they comprehended what it is really all about, than they are attempting to practice the arts.
What they discover by way of 'psychic gifts', 'clairvoyant awareness' and the like is, in truth, but the size of a tiny grain of sand compared with the vast 'room' that represents what it all is really for. The tiny grain of sand of comprehension they bear, with which they base their entire understanding, is totally insignificant when compared to the gargantuan reality that is out there.
In their eagerness to permit their uncontrolled ego have them be identified as the Psychic Medium, and thus gain a status in the psychic world, they fail to comprehend the process that is really going on. The Universe is merely offering them the first glimmer of truth ... it is not the whole truth, or even the truth, but a reflection of the astral plane. What they comprehend, and attempt to use as a mechanism of 'prediction' is not the real story, or even close to what it is all about. It works, for now, but is the tower of cards that always comes tumbling down.
They have taken the first steps, and will remain on those first steps, until they transcend the demands of the childish ego and begin the real growth process. The next level the universe presents to the explorer is much harder, and much more painful. So painful in fact, that the majority of explorers prefer to deal with the misleading and untruthful notions of guides, ascended masters and higher forces. The truth is in fact too hard to take ....

Dark Night of the Soul
Daily OM: Whenever a word is overused, it is
most likely being misused, and over time, it begins to lose its
meaningfulness. For example, we often refer to a fleeting feeling of
depression or a period of confusion, as a dark night of the soul, but
neither of these things qualifies as such. A dark night of the soul is a
very specific experience that some people encounter on their spiritual
journeys. There are people who never encounter a dark night of the soul,
but others must endure this as part of the process of breaking through
to the dawn of higher consciousness.
The dark night of the soul invites us to fully recognize the confines of our egos' identity. We may feel as if we are trapped in a prison that affords us no access to light or the outside...read more>>>...

Awakening Your Psychic Powers
New Dawn Magazine: The mind tends to conceptualise a term such as psychic powers,
thinking of them as something other than normal, from an unknown realm
or level of being – something to be afraid of or acquired by force of
will or perpetual practice. Typically such powers come under headings
such as telepathy, precognition, clairvoyance (seeing auras), second
sight (perceiving ghosts), remote viewing, astral travel, even magical
influence over people and events. Some people want to prove to
themselves and others that such things are possible and they can do
them, not once only (spontaneously or by accident) but regularly (at
will or on demand).
However, I think of psychic powers as the natural concomitant of living within and evolving our subtle bodies:
An etheric body, having to do with life force and health and offering us the ability to perceive such things as nature spirits, fairies, the recently dead, even angels, as well as to sense events hours or days before they occur;
An astral body, having to do with desire and emotion, and allowing us to experience our dreams and visit the dead in the afterlife;
A mental body, having to do with our thoughts and beliefs and allowing us to perceive and travel within a world of ideas and sometimes to contact and learn from them; worldviews of famous dead people;
A causal or soul body, allowing us to know our past lives, meld minds with others, and perceive and alter the forces in play that create the events of our present life;
And other bodies whose abilities are less easy to describe.
My advice to people who want to develop so-called psychic powers is not to target specific name-brand abilities, but rather to develop the subtle bodies and see what shows up. The will- and proof-based approach often leads to frustration and feelings of failure. The approach of developing the special senses of subtle bodies can unfold naturally and organically and enrich our lives with a multitude of adventures in consciousness we may never have heard of before...read more>>>....

The First Steps to become Psychic
The first step is to acknowledge that ESP exists and that it is present within you to develop. Although this might sound silly or trite, begin by telling yourself that you are psychic.
Make it a mantra that you repeat to yourself daily and often. This kind of self-talk has a scientific basis. It is now known that when a person learns something - whether it's a physical skill like wood carving or a mental exercise like memorising poetry - through repetition, his or her brain physically changes - "rewires" itself, if you will - to accommodate that task. This process of rewiring your brain for psychic ability begins with your belief in it.
"It takes time for the subconscious to be able to communicate with the conscious mind, and the best way to do this is to simply start thinking about it," "All these thoughts have a positive effect on developing your gift. Read about the subject. Knowledge will help, as you need some understanding of how things work. Adopt the policy you would take with a new hobby. Become involved in it, buy books and magazines, and look for more information on the Internet."

9 Ways to Protect Yourself from Negative Energies
Do you find it exhausting to be around stressed out or negative people? Have you ever left a dramatic situation feeling drained, even if you weren’t personally involved? For most people, the answer is yes. This is because we are constantly absorbing the energies of objects and people around us. Thoughts, emotions and words of other people can have a profound impact on our psyche and physical well-being. Just as spending time in nature or working in a garden can lessen stress and improve our mood, when you’re in a crowded place you will draw in the energies of the people around you, whether you feel it or not. Here are some tools that to help you clear away negative energy and create a “shield” to maintain your personal energy and keep your psyche clear from the impact of other people and negative situations.

Beyond the Five Senses: The Powers Latent in Humankind
New Dawn Magazine: The traditional five senses – sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch – are these the only ways to perceive the world, to gain information, to experience reality? In fact there are more than five senses, taking different forms, in various types of organisms, including humans. For instance, humans can also sense balance and acceleration, temperature, and pain due to nerve damage. There are other types of physiological receptors as well, some found in humans, some found in other organisms. To cite just a few examples, directional awareness based on Earth’s magnetic field occurs in birds and bacteria, various species of fishes as well as dolphins can detect electric fields, and for many types of fishes water pressure detection used to maintain buoyancy is critical. But is there something more than the sorts of physiological-based senses described in the last paragraph? The answer to this question is of profound importance, as it fundamentally divides the world into two philosophical and metaphysical camps...read more>>>...

Satsang: The Power of Spiritual Presence
New Dawn Magazine: Enlightened people are like spiritual dynamos: they have a very strong presence which touches the people they come into contact with, transmitting something of their enlightenment to them. Even people who aren’t at all “spiritual” usually feel a sense of well-being in their presence, and so feel attracted to them without knowing why. And for people who have made some spiritual progress already, the effect can be extremely powerful. Contact with an enlightened person may enable them to make the final “jump” to permanent enlightenment themselves. This is one of the reasons why many spiritual traditions place so much emphasis on the role of a guru. The guru is so important not just because of the advice and guidance he can give you, but because he can transmit his spiritual power to you, giving you a taste of enlightenment and speeding up your spiritual development. (In Sanskrit, this is called satsang, literally “good company.”...read more>>>...
Psychic Protection: Immunise Yourself Against Negative Energy
New Dawn Magazine: Have you ever entered an empty room, or office, and felt “uncomfortable”? Feeling perhaps quite happy to get out of that room, or office, as soon as possible? Maybe you have found somewhere that feels “bad” at one time yet feels “okay” at another time? This could be where we work, live, or somewhere we are visiting or passing through.
What about people? Do you know anyone who seems to have a “negative” aura? Whenever you are near them you feel more depressed, angry or fearful, than you normally do? How about the opposite? Do you know anyone who seems to make you feel better just by being around you, not even needing to say anything to you to improve things?
Apart from feeling worse around certain people and/or in certain places, do you find that you sometimes lose a lot of energy (psychic draining) in these circumstances? Do you have a problem with such things as insomnia, poor sleep, nightmares or low energy levels? Perhaps you are constantly lacking in energy? Maybe being diagnosed as having chronic fatigue? Or maybe you always seem to be getting colds, illnesses or other problems?
If the answer is “yes” then chances are you may be under intentional, or unintentional, negative psychic influence. What some people call being under psychic attack. Can anything be done about such situations?...read more>>>...

Or maybe you always seem to be getting colds, illnesses or other problems?
If the answer is “yes” then chances are you may be under intentional, or unintentional, negative psychic influence. What some people call being under psychic attack. Can anything be done about such situations?...read more>>>...

The Tree Of Life
If we observe the Tree of Life as it is written by the Hebrew Kabbalists, we see Ten Sephiroth. The Tree begins with the Ancient of Days, Kether, who is in the most elevated place of the Tree. Chokmah follows as the second Sephira, in other words, the Second Logos, which is precisely the Cosmic Christ, or Vishnu. Then Binah follows, which is the Third Logos, the Lord Shiva. Kether, Chokmah and Binah are the Father, Son and Holy Spirit as they are drawn in the Tree of Life of the Hebraic Mysteries; this is how the Rabbis taught it.
Kether, Chokmah and Binah are the Trimurti of Perfection; they are the divine triangle, they very beloved Father, the very adored Son, and the very wise Holy Spirit.
There is an abyss found after this divine triangle. After this abyss, a second triangle is formed by Chesed, the fourth Sephira that corresponds to the Innermost, or when speaking in Sanskrit, Atman the ineffable one, continuing with Geburah, the might of the Law, the fifth Sephira, which is Buddhi, the Divine Soul, which is feminine. Then follows Tiphereth, the sixth Sephira, the Human Soul which is masculine.
A third triangle comes as an unfoldment and this is represented by Netzah, the mind, the seventh Sephira, continuing with Hod, the eighth Sephira, the Astral Body. Further down is Yesod, the ninth Sephira, the main foundation of sex, the vital depth of the physical organism, the Vital Body or the ethereal vehicle, the Theosophist’s Lingam Sarira.
Finally, at the lowest part of the Tree of Life, we find Malkuth, the tenth Sephira, the Physical World, or Physical Body, the body of flesh and bones.
The first triangle, Kether, Chokmah and Binah, the Logoic. The second triangle, Chesed, Geburah and Tiphereth, is Ethical. The third triangle, Netzah, Hod and Yesod, is Magical. Malkuth, the physical world, is a fallen Sephira.
The first triangle, or Logoic Triangle, obviously has its center of gravity in the divine Father, the Ancient of Days, Kether. This is something that anyone can observe. Kether is a mathematical point in the infinite, immense and unalterable space. This triangle is the triangle of the Father.
If we analyze the second triangle, we find that it is Ethical. Why is it called ethical? It is simply because ethics or upright behavior is primed there. There, we know the might of the Law; there, we know good and evil, about what is good and evil. This triangle is the World of Pure Spirit, which is Atman, Buddhi, Manas that is, the Hindu Trimurti. Obviously, the center of gravity in this triangle becomes at a simple glance the Human Soul; that Soul who suffers and who gives that human part to us, the Sephirah Tiphereth that coincides with the Causal Body. This triangle is also denominated as the Triangle of the Son. Here we find the Cosmic Christ, Chokmah who when so endowed manifests himself through the Human Soul, which is Tiphereth in the Herbraic Kebbalah.
The third triangle becomes very interesting because this is the Magical Triangle formed by the mind or Netzah, the Astral Body or Hod, and the Ethereal Body or Yesod, which is also the basic sexual principle of Universal Life. Why this is called the Magical Triangle? Undoubtedly, it is because High Magic is exercised in the kingdom of the mind and the kingdom of the Astral and even the Klipoth of the Infernal Worlds.
There is no doubt that Netzah is where we can find Hermetic Magic, and in Hod we find Natural Magic. Other authors think differently. They believe that Natural Magic is found in Netzah; I have to disagree with them in that matter because when precisely seen, the mind is found to be Mercurial. There are authors that disagree with my concepts. They suppose that the mind is Venusian. I regret to discuss this type of concept because anyone can realize that the mind is Mercurial. Therefore, Hermetic Magic must be identified with Mercury, which is related with the mind. Regarding Natural, Ceremonial or Ritualistic Magic, we can find it in the Astral World, in the astral Body. Matthew James - The Art Of True Mediumship Workshop and Psychic TV Oz
![]() |
"Any ‘Mediumship’ or ‘Clairvoyant’ communication is basically a form of telepathy which the entire collective of universal consciousness uses to communicate with its myriad of aspects. As human beings we exhibit but one of its aspects … but there are an endless variety of aspects within this universe. Mediumship is a basic means of communication that all these aspects display … and utilise too as a divine right. As human beings we exist in a reality where this basic form of communication has been suppressed. By utilising our physical vehicles to a greater degree we increase our ability to negate the suppression and reinstall this type of communication" … Matthew James |

Why I Am No Longer a Light Worker
Cameron Day (Ascension Help Blog): Planet Earth and much of our corner of the universe has been under a spell for a very long time, a spell which casts doubt within our minds about whether or not we are connected with the Infinite Source of all creation. The spell causes us to feel alone, vulnerable and isolated – cast out from the Heavenly Realms into a cruel, dog-eat-dog world. This spell is pure fiction, a deception of the highest order, but it has taken hold deeply on this and other worlds.
Intrinsic within this holographic spell is the notion that duality and polarity are natural aspects of life, and that we must serve one side of duality or the other. This elegantly simple binary imprint has become so prominent that we have lost sight of the larger holographic spell that spawned it. Indeed, we have lost sight of the hologram all together, and come to believe that it is the sum total of reality.
Humans have been conditioned to worship the holographic deception and the agents that perpetuate it. This hologram has been called Maya by the Hindus, and the Gnostics referred to it as the Corrupt Demiurge. I find this term a highly accurate description, and from the point forward I will refer to it as the corrupt demiurge...read more>...
