Scientists & Doctors Make It Quite Clear That 5G Could Be Dangerous To Human Health

5G Judicial Review 2020

[David Icke]: This page is against wireless 5G, radiofrequency radiation (“RFR”) and electromagnetic fields (“EMFs”) generally due to their impact on the health of humans, animals and plants.

Many people are sensitive to RFR and EMFs and suffer illness, distress and financial loss due to inability to work. The balance of scientific evidence is now clear that RFR/EMFs are harmful to humans.

The UK government insist on using ICNIRP’s guidelines to set limits of radiation for public health. ICNIRP’s guidelines are not fit for purpose as, among other things, they only recognise harm from heating of the body and are set for short term exposure – 6 minutes in fact. 5G is the fifth generation of RFR technology used in the mobile telecoms industry and follows 1G – 4G. It dwarfs RFR from 1G – 4G because millions more masts, antennae, small cells, picocells etc have to be placed at short distances apart all around the country in order to develop the infrastructure to deliver the data speed promised by 5G.

Health workers call for caution over 5G roll-out

[David Icke]: Some 400 doctors and 900 health care workers have signed an open letter to the government, urging them to exercise caution regarding the roll-out by Proximus of a forerunner of the next generation of mobile data, known as 5G.

The six-page letter goes out under the name of the Hippocrates Electrosmog Appeal.

Last week, Proximus began to test its “5G Light” version of the new generation in 30 communes around Belgium, the timing of which the organisation criticises.

“Even though it could be a simple coincidence, this seems indecent to us at a time when the people are fighting to overcome a human drama which concerns us all. At the same time, consumer organisations have been quick to publish articles claiming that the technology is not dangerous,” the authors write.

The population has been increasingly exposed to electromagnetic radiation over recent decades, from cordless telephones in the home to the current saturation of high-speed internet, mobile phones, wifi in the metro and the growing Internet of Things, the letter says.

New York State Senator Introduces Bill To Study The Health & Environmental Impact of 5G Technology

[Collective Evolution]: Senator Anna Kaplan of New York introduced a bill on March 3rd, 2020 to study the health and environmental impacts associated with exposure to 5G wireless radiation frequencies. This has just come to our attention now.

The bill calls upon the Department of Health and the Department of Environmental Conservation, in cooperation with the Office of Technology Services, to “…jointly study and evaluate the health and environmental impacts of the implementation of fifth generation (5G) and future generation wireless systems technology and small cell distribution antenna systems in the state.”

There are many initiatives that are currently taking place, despite the fact that they’re receiving no mainstream media attention. For example, in the state of New Hampshire a 5G Bill HB 522 asks, “Why have 1,000s of peer-reviewed studies, including the recently published U.S. Toxicology Program 16-year $30 million study, that are showing a wide range of statistically significant DNA damage, brain and heart tumors, infertility, and so many other ailments, being ignored by the Federal Communication Commission (FCC)?” and, “Why have more than 220 of the worlds leading scientists signed an appeal to the WHO and the United Nations to protect public health from wireless radiation and nothing has been done?”

It’s great to see such initiatives started, as with any new technology, it can only benefit everybody if appropriate safety testing is conducted. Therefore there really should be no resistance against it. In Nigeria, for example, the government has not issued any licence for the deployment of the 5G network following growing concerns over the potential health implications. FCC faces historic legal challenge for failing to protect the public from wireless technology radiation

[Natural News]: On February 2, 2020, a historic petition was filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. The petition calls on the court to find out why the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has not updated their 25-year-old guidelines on wireless technology radiation.

The petition states that the FCC has “failed to promulgate rational, science-based radiofrequency emissions rules.” The FCC’s inaction, potentially deliberate, is portending a public health crisis.

The petition was filed on behalf of Children’s Health Defense, led by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and a legal team that includes telecommunications and administrative law attorney Scott McCollough. This legal battle seeks to protect the public from the non-thermal harms of wireless radiation and it also seeks to protect the public from the potential corruption between the FCC and the telecom industry, evidenced by the agency’s inept inaction.

It Turns Out That 5G Might Cause Cancer After All

Scientists & Doctors Send Letter To Donald Trump Calling For A Moratorium On 5G Wireless Technology

We Have No Reason to Believe 5G Is Safe

[Scientific American]: The telecommunications industry and their experts have accused many scientists who have researched the effects of cell phone radiation of "fear mongering" over the advent of wireless technology's 5G.

Since much of our research is publicly-funded, we believe it is our ethical responsibility to inform the public about what the peer-reviewed scientific literature tells us about the health risks from wireless radiation.

The chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) recently announced through a press release that the commission will soon reaffirm the radio frequency radiation (RFR) exposure limits that the FCC adopted in the late 1990s. These limits are based upon a behavioral change in rats exposed to microwave radiation and were designed to protect us from short-term heating risks due to RFR exposure.

Yet, since the FCC adopted these limits based largely on research from the 1980s, the preponderance of peer-reviewed research, more than 500 studies, have found harmful biologic or health effects from exposure to RFR at intensities too low to cause significant heating.

Citing this large body of research, more than 240 scientists who have published peer-reviewed research on the biologic and health effects of nonionizing electromagnetic fields (EMF) signed the International EMF Scientist Appeal, which calls for stronger exposure limits. The appeal makes the following assertions:

“Numerous recent scientific publications have shown that EMF affects living organisms at levels well below most international and national guidelines. Effects include increased cancer risk, cellular stress, increase in harmful free radicals, genetic damages, structural and functional changes of the reproductive system, learning and memory deficits, neurological disorders, and negative impacts on general well-being in humans. Damage goes well beyond the human race, as there is growing evidence of harmful effects to both plant and animal life.”

The scientists who signed this appeal arguably constitute the majority of experts on the effects of nonionizing radiation. They have published more than 2,000 papers and letters on EMF in professional journals.

The FCC’s RFR exposure limits regulate the intensity of exposure, taking into account the frequency of the carrier waves, but ignore the signaling properties of the RFR. Along with the patterning and duration of exposures, certain characteristics of the signal (e.g., pulsing, polarization) increase the biologic and health impacts of the exposure. New exposure limits are needed which account for these differential effects. More 5G Satellites To Be Launched Before November — Deadline to Sign International Appeal to Stop 5G on Earth in Space on 10/21

[David Icke]: The Federal Communication Commission (FCC) is supposed to protect the public by regulating the telecom industry.
Unfortunately they are exceedingly corrupt and the “Race for 5G” makes this more dangerous with every passing day. The agency is being sued by many entities for forcing its installation in communities across the U.S. They have also been allowing companies to launch satellites and similar devices into the sky and space to blast 5G and WiFi from there.

Telecom executives have admitted they have NO scientific evidence that 5G is safe and many experts say 5G isn’t. Research has proven that WiFi is biologically and environmentally harmful too. People and their pets are becoming sick where 5G is already operating.

Meteorologists, NASA, NOAA and the U.S. Navy warn 5G will reduce the accuracy of weather predictions and large urban areas will be impacted first.

Opposition to 5G worldwide is ongoing. The deadline for signing the International Appeal to Stop 5G on Earth in Space is next week.

The 5G Pushback is Here

[Waking Times]: San Jose and 22 other cities and counties sued to overturn an FCC order restricting how much local governments can charge wireless carriers to process applications for small cell equipment that’s critical to 5G. The order also imposes deadlines for cities to grant or deny the applications. The FCC’s order essentially says that if a city makes it harder for a carrier to provide telecom services, that amounts to a prohibition.

Activists are asking city or county governments of at least seven Pacific Northwest communities to defy the federal government and stop the deployment of next-generation 5G cellular service.

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers recently signed the 5G Bill (Act 14), despite opposition by citizens across the State and letters written to him by scientific, medical and other experts issuing warnings. Even State Representatives from Milwaukee and Madison opposed the 5G legislation.

More recently, there are pockets of push back. In the UK, the people fought the deployment of 5G, and a judge asserted that,“The public have a right to know” whether the next generation of wifi communication, relying on directed powerful microwave energy, causes cancer and other health risks.

In August of 2019, the Australian government banned a Chinese company, Huawei, from building the 5G network. The ban was made under the pretext of protecting national security. Critics say Australia has reduced the country’s supply of telecommunications infrastructure just as demand for 5G is starting to grow. But National security takes precedence over download speeds. As it should be.

No fewer than 26,000 Scientists Oppose 5G Roll Out. An international appeal to stop 5G includes 154,668 signatories from 208 nations and territories as of September 26th, 2019. Unfortunately, the petition is to the UN, WHO, Council of Europe and governments of all nations, all of which created the global law for their own reasons.

Amidst the growing protests, 5G is set to be activated on a street near you. While the media claims that 5G is not a health hazard, or that Russia is to blame, the government cannot hide the fact that these frequencies are used by the military as energy weaponry known as The Pain Ray. Polish Ministry of Digitalisation Denies Polish Prime Minister Supported 5G Appeal

[David Icke]: The Polish Ministry of Digitalisation has denied (June 11) that Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki signed the Global Appeal to Stop 5G on Earth and in Space.*

The refutation was put out by the Ministry of Digitalisation, the government department that deals with telecommunications. The same department put out a related statement “The opponents of 5G are heating-up the mood, serving customers fake news – we want to give Poles a reliable source of information about 5G so that no one misleads them.”

Hopes raised that Prime Minister Morawiecki might have some genuine humanitarian concerns for his people appear to have been proved unduly optimistic.

This week, according to the present parliamentary schedule, Mateusz Morawiecki will lead his government into presenting a new Act that will annul the existing law on 'acceptable levels' of Electro Magnetic Frequencies (EMF) in order to introduce microwave frequency transmission levels 10 to 100 times more intense than current levels. This is being done to satisfy the telecommunications industry's ambition to install tens of thousands of 5G transmitters across the length and breadth of the Country.

If this Act is passed, the Prime Minister and government parliamentarians will be complicit in introducing a completely untested technology which over 2,000 scientists and 1,400 medical doctors from all over the World have described as presenting a direct threat to the health of humans, animals, insect and plant life.

The government of Poland appears determined to ignore such medical and scientific warnings. Also to ignore the safety-net known as 'the precautionary principle' in which anything judged as causing potential harm cannot be put in the public domain without first undergoing independent assessment for its safety.

This refusal to follow responsible principles demonstrates that the Prime Minister is ready to sell the freedom of Poland, the health of the electorate and the welfare of future generations, to corporate interests. The fact is that all decisions on 5G are made without any public consultation or any opportunity to object.

Awareness of the threat that 5G poses is rapidly growing. Protests in different parts of Poland are demonstrating the anger people feel at being forced to accept this highly controversial technology. Prime Minister of Poland Signs Global Appeal to Stop 5G

[David Icke]: In what is surely an unprecedented and groundbreaking action, the Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki, has personally backed an International Appeal to stop the controversial roll-out of 5G electro magnetic microwave telecommunication transmissions.

5G, a new millimetre band frequency range being introduced by the telecommunications industry worldwide, has been identified by over 2,000 scientists and 1,400 medical doctors from all over the World, as presenting a direct threat to human health, as well as to animal, insect and plant life.

There have been no safety tests carried out to ensure its safety, in spite of the fact that 5G operates at between 10 and 100 times higher frequencies than current 3 and 4G cell phone tower transmitters.

The roll-out of 5G will involve the placement of millions of transmitter boxes at distances of no more than 10 to 12 houses apart in urban areas. Scientists have established that this will subject citizens living in urban areas to an unavoidable barrage of electromagnetic pollution.

A 2017 report by more than 230 scientists and doctors from 41 countries express serious concerns about steadily expanding exposure to Electro Magnet Frequencies (EMF) . They state that even before the roll-out of 5G “Numerous recent scientific publications have shown that EMF affects living organisms at levels well below most national and international guidelines.”

These effects include cancer risk, cellular stress, increase in harmful free radicals, genetic damages,

Louisiana Becomes First State to Call for Study on Health Impacts of 5G

[Waking Times]: On May 29, the Louisiana House unanimously voted to have the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and the Department of Health study the effects of 5G technology on the environment and public health.

The Louisiana legislature passed House Resolution 145 with a vote of 103 in favor and zero representatives voting against the measure.

The bill calls for the results of the study to be submitted to the Louisiana House Committee on Natural Resources and Environment as well as the House Committee on Health and Welfare no later than sixty days prior to the start of the 2020 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature.

5G—or 5th generation cellular technology—is the name for the latest telecom technology upgrade. The new technology is expected to herald the beginning of Smart Cities, where driverless cars, pollution sensors, cell phones, traffic lights, and thousands of other devices interact in what is known as “The Internet of Things.” However, there have been a number of health and privacy concerns raised by opponents of the rapidly advancing 5G expansion. Louisiana is the first state to call for their own independent study of the technology.

The language of HR 145 outlines the reasons that Louisiana state representatives felt the need to pass such a resolution. For example, the bill states that 5G “may pose risks to the environment due to increased radio-frequency radiation exposure,” and “peer-reviewed studies on this topic show the potential for wide-range effects,” therefore “a study is necessary to examine the advantages and risks associated with 5G technology.” The resolution also notes that “the insurance industry may have placed exclusions in policies to exempt damage caused by this technology,” a reference to reports that various insurance companies have excluded coverage related to damages acquired via electromagnetic frequency radiation.

The resolution also acknowledges that 5G technology requires small cellular towers—or small cells—to be placed every 200 to 500 feet—closer than existing towers—for the network to operate correctly. UK’s First 5G Court Case — And The People Won

5G is the fifth generation cellular network technology that provides broadband access for mobile phone users and others.

The judge asserted that “The public have a right to know” whether the next generation of wifi communication, relying on directed powerful microwave energy, causes cancer and other health risks.

The concern is that there is very little, if any, scientific research into how the powerful microwaves from the cell network can impact human health. To work a vast network of local antennas are connected with the telephone network and the Internet by a high bandwidth optical fiber or wireless backhaul connection.

Like existing cellphones, when a user crosses from one cell to another, their mobile device is automatically “handed off” seamlessly to the antenna in the new cell.

The Hebrew University of Jerusalem has discovered in a recent investigation that human skin acts as a type of receptor for 5G radiation, drawing it in like an antenna.

Military spectrum bands being released to the public ... sounds like the USA here ... and what spectrum bands is the M.O.D working on now? Doing what? 

Don't believe the shit that 5G hasn't been tested before being rolled out. This report from 5G.Co.UK kind of confirms that someone in the UK MOD knows that they frequency bands do .... that's why they are now being released for the public to use. Doesn't sound like its for the good of the UK public does it?

(5G.co.uk): 5G needs to be able to access enough spectrum to keep up with the super high demands that are expected of it. But the spectrum also needs to be versatile enough for all different usage scenarios, which will likely mean using multiple different frequency bands.

Each operator will need a wide block of spectrum in the different bands in order to allow the data throughput required for 5G. Furthermore, mobile spectrum will need to be globally harmonised to ensure 5G delivers its full potential.

While not all the 5G spectrum bands have been finalised yet there’s a lot of research taking place and we’re narrowing down on the bands we’re likely to see used.

Ofcom, its European counterparts and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) have worked with other international organisations to ensure there is global harmonisation over the spectrum to be used for 5G. There is no indication that Ofcom will move away from any agreements already reached for 5G frequencies within Europe once the UK leaves the EU. So far, three main spectrum bands that have been specified for use in 5G:

Sub 1GHz, dubbed the ‘coverage layer’, will provide wide area and deep indoor coverage, and in Europe encompasses the 700MHz band. These frequencies will combine with the next band to enable operators to roll out 5G quickly and more cost-effectively.
 
1GHz-6GHz, aka the ‘coverage and capacity layer’, relies on C-band spectrum around the 3.5GHz mark to deliver the best compromise between capacity and coverage. 

European regulators have identified the 3.4-3.8GHz band and plan to harmonise it to make it suitable for 5G. It will be the main frequency band for the launch of 5G.
 
Above 6GHz, aka the ‘super data layer’, uses higher frequency millimetre-wave (mmWave) spectrum to deliver high data rates for specific use cases. Europe has agreed to harmonise frequencies in the 24.25-27.5GHz band, although it’s commonly referred to the 26GHz band. It will be the key enabler of future 5G services and be critical to 5G networks.

It is highly like that additional spectrum will be opened up or auctioned for 5G use, and work is ongoing to identify what that spectrum might be. For example, Ofcom plans to put the 37-43.5 and 66-71GHz bands forward for discussion at the World Radio communications Conference 2019 (WRC-19) in late 2019. It may also raise the 32GHz (31.8 – 33.4GHz) band for further discussion.

The first auction of 5G spectrum concluded in April 2018 when Ofcom sold 150MHz of 3.4GHz spectrum previously used by the Ministry of Defence. All four operators secured spectrum, although the fifth bidder, Airspan Spectrum Holdings, failed in its bid. The 3.4GHz spectrum will be used for – and central to – rolling out 5G networks.

Ofcom also auctioned off 40MHz of 2.3GHz spectrum (also recovered from the MoD) for immediate use to provide additional capacity for existing networks, which can also be used for 5G in the future. O2 won all the available 2.3GHz spectrum.

Brussels Becomes First Major City to Halt 5G Due to Health Effects

So, why is this NO surprise at all? The city which houses the EU HEADQUARTERS becomes the first city to halt 5G due to health effects. Really? How coincidental is that??? We can't have the EU parliamentary members and staff having brain tumours, heart attacks and worse can we? Someone has to be there to control the decimated population of the European Union?

(Take Back Your Power:) Great news. A Belgian government minister has announced that Brussels is halting its 5G plans due to health effects. The statement was made by Céline Fremault, the Minister of the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region, responsible for Housing, Quality of Life, Environment and Energy. From an interview last Friday, with L’Echo:

"I cannot welcome such technology if the radiation standards, which must protect the citizen, are not respected, 5G or not. The people of Brussels are not guinea pigs whose health I can sell at a profit. We cannot leave anything to doubt.” – Céline Fremault, Minister of the Government (Brussels-Captial Region), responsible for Housing, Quality of Life, Environment and Energy

Ms. Fremault accurately identified that a 5G pilot project is not compatible with Belgian radiation safety standards (9 V/m, or 95 mW/m2 according to this online converter), and stated that she does not intend to make an exception. (In the Building Biology guidelines, the threshold for extreme concern is 1 mW/m2. However, many government agencies still only consider thermal effects, instead of the cumulative body of thousands of peer-reviewed scientific studies.)

Perhaps with Brussels heading up the European Union, and with one of the two major 5G appeals being addressed to the EU, officials there are better informed and motivated to protect themselves...read more>>>...
