An outbreak of bird flu at a farm in New Zealand in December resulted in the culling of almost 160,000 hens. But, warned New Zealand’s Biosecurity Minister yesterday, a different strain of the flu was circulating globally and would likely arrive in New Zealand.

At the end of January, GAVI “Vaccines Work” was delighted to announce that restrictions had been put in place in the UK to curb the spread of bird flu. Almost 1.8 million farmed and captive birds have been culled in the past three months due to avian flu outbreaks across the UK.

Reuters has been more creative and published a story on “fake cows ready for milking at state fairs as bird flu looms.” While The Guardian goes for the bog standard nudging, “Forgotten epidemic: with over 280 million birds dead how is the avian flu outbreak evolving?” claiming that “the H5N1’s risk to biodiversity, farming and human health is little explored.”

Pandemic 2.0 ready to go: FDA to grant emergency use authorization (EUA) to mRNA bird flu shots, just like what happened with COVID

 The medical establishment is teeing up for the launch of another "pandemic," this one centering around H5N8 Influenza, also known as avian influenza or bird flu.

The American Medical Association (AMA) made a few changes this past week to its Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) system, described as "the leading medical terminology code set for describing health care procedures and services." One change is the creation of a new CPT code for H5N8 Influenza virus "vaccine" candidates that "receive emergency use authorization (EUA) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)."

You may recall that during the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) "pandemic," the FDA granted EUA to the lineup of injections unleashed through Operation Warp Speed. Now, for the first time since COVID, the medical establishment is readying itself for what appears to be the next scamdemic: bird flu.

To ensure that health care systems across the United States are up to date with the codes in their electronic systems, the AMA is updating its CPT system right away "in advance for the potential FDA authorization," which appears imminent.

"The new CPT code is a vital preparatory step in response to the potential danger to humans from a highly infectious avian influenza disease," commented AMA President Dr. Bruce A. Scott, M.D.

Medical codes used across the US are updated to include a code for bird flu vaccines

 In anticipation of a coming avian influenza (bird flu) pandemic, the American Medical Association (“AMA”) on Friday 19 July announced an editorial update to the ‘Current Procedural Terminology’ (“CPT”) code set to account for the development and administration of bird flu “vaccines.”

The announcement came just days before World Health Organisation (“WHO”) Director Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus stated the “next pandemic is a matter of when, not if.”

CPT is the leading medical terminology code set for describing healthcare procedures and services.

The new code updates electronic healthcare systems across the US.

“The provisional CPT code is effective for use on the condition the H5N8 Influenza virus vaccine candidates receive emergency use authorisation from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA),” the AMA announcement reads. “The AMA is publishing the CPT code update now to ensure electronic systems across the US health care system are prepared in advance for the potential FDA authorisation.”

The controversial Emergency Use Authorisation (“EUA”) tactic allows drugs with no long-term safety data to be distributed to the public without receiving full FDA approval, as with covid-19 injections.

Back in May, Dr. Peter Marks, Director of the Centre for Biologics Evaluation and Research (“CBER”) at the FDA, confirmed his agency will skip the rigorous drug approval process for influenza bird flu vaccines.

The FDA intends to roll out bird flu jabs to the American public “as quickly as possible.”

However, EUAs are “only be granted when no adequate, approved, available alternatives exist,” according to Yale Medicine.

Antivirals like Xofluza and broad-spectrum anti-parasitics like Ivermectin are already fully FDA-approved, safe, and effective against bird flu, removing the need for a bird flu mRNA injections EUA.

In addition to Xofluza and Ivermectin removing the need for an EUA for an mRNA bird flu vaccine, mRNA-based vaccine technology itself has proven to be deadly.

How (and why) Bird Flu is about to enter the 'Mass Testing' phase

Apparently a new study has found something scary - Americans "have little to no pre-existing immunity to the H5N1 avian flu". Frightening stuff.

Just a few hours ago the Daily Mail reported on yet another doctor doling out yet another dire warning. This time Dr Rick Bright, who told PBS that:

We're being blindfolded in this battle right now, and I'm really concerned that the virus is winning the game and getting ahead of us.' 

We're flying blind and the disease is getting ahead of us! It's running rampant and the stakes are enormous!

Even some channels that supposedly know better are spreading the fear.

CNN is frantic with worry - "We aren't doing enough about the risk of bird flu - but we can". Popular Science is relatively calm, asking "Can we prevent a bird flu pandemic in humans?", before reassuring us that we can...as long as we all do as we're told.

All of these stories talk about "gathering data", "flying blind", and the need for "prevention". And all of that is really code for "testing". Almost every article talks up the need to increase testing - both of humans and animals.

But anyone who's been paying attention since 2020 knows PCR tests don't gather data, they create data. They are machines for generating "cases". Far from preventing a pandemic, they can be used to manufacture one.

There are even early signs of mandating tests going forward, such as this Politico article bemoaning the lack of farmers voluntarily signing up for government surveillance programs: The federal response is largely focusing on voluntary efforts by farmers to help track and contain the outbreak. But many farms still have not signed up for USDA efforts to boost surveillance and testing for the virus. And the solution to this is more money: 

Although federal funds have been allocated, no farms have enrolled in voluntary on-site milk testing, according to the USDA. Fewer than a dozen farms have applied for separate financial aid in exchange for boosting biosecurity measures to help contain the virus. 

Paying farmers to test their animals is another recycled Covid strategy. It will generate cases, which will generate culling, which links us up with the other aspect of "bird flu" - not "the next pandemic" but "the war on food".

BIOTERRORISM: Gates Foundation awarded $9.5 million to UW-Madison to make H5N1 bird flu transmissible to humans

It looks as though H5N1, also known as "bird flu," might just be the next "pandemic" the globalists are planning to unleash – thanks, in part, to a $9.5 million grant the Gates Foundation awarded to the University of Wisconsin - Madison to make H5N1 transmissible to humans and other mammals.

The McCullough Foundation, a project of Dr. Peter McCullough, tweeted that the Gates Foundation gave the $9.5 million to UW-Madison and principal investigator Yoshihiro Kawaoka to modify, possibly through gain-of-function tampering, H5N1 so it will "preferentially recognize human-type receptors and transmit efficiently in mammals."

Much like bat coronaviruses, which we now know were modified in a lab to jump from bats to humans, H5N1 infects birds in its natural state. Building upon the research of Ron Fouchier, who previously modified H5N1 to become airborne transmissible in ferrets, UW-Madison and Kawaoka's research provides two additional mutations that are needed to make Egyptian H5N1 produce "variants" that have mammalian "transmissibility features."
