 Sensible sun exposure has many health benefits. Many are the result of vitamin D production, which occurs when your skin is exposed to UV light, but many others are unrelated to vitamin D.

Research shows both blue light and UVA light boost the activity of T lymphocytes. As little as five to 10 minutes of sun exposure was needed to boost immune cell activity.

The healthiest blue light is from the sun, as it is balanced by near-infrared radiation, which activates cytochrome C oxidase in your mitochondria and helps optimise ATP production.

Mounting research confirms that sun avoidance may be at the heart of a large number of health problems. Not only does your body produce vitamin D in response to sun exposure on bare skin, but sunlight also produces several other health benefits that are unrelated to vitamin D production.

Slowly moving unknown elongated force blocks a solar flare

A solar flare is partially blocked for a while by an unknown elongated force in front of it. Normally a solar flare shoots into space in its entirety, but this flare is blocked by something in front of it, making it appear that only a part of the flare can move around an unknown elongated force before shooting into space. It appears that the elongated force is moving slowly through the solar flare, suggesting it could be a very large cigar-shaped spacecraft.

The Strange Anomalies Around The Sun ...

This is an image of the sun captured back in 2003. We were in Hamilton, New Zealand. You'll notice the greenish white sphere at the top of the photo. It's a genuine image and its hard to work out what planet would show up that size. Nibiru? 

The main point of interest however, is the BLUE SPHERE that is located between the sun and the sphere/orb.

WTF is that? It's not anything to do with lens flare or dirt on the camera. Or an insect. Or anything else ... 

This same object had been captured several times in different positions around the sun. It looks like some kind of satellite or drone ... but who's is it?????
 

Massive Black Cube UFO appears again above the Sun’s Surface

 [Anomalien]: On April 15, 2022 the black cube UFO arrives next to the sun and reappears on April 17, 2022 but this time above the surface of the sun.

According to NASA, the black cubes are, in fact, missing data in the pictures but since flares of the sun partially cover the left side of the cube, we assume that the object appears to be real.

According to conspiracy theorist and UFO hunter Scott C Waring, the black cube makes frequent appearances near the Sun.

Mr Waring shared photos of the black cube to his blog UFO Sightings Daily back in 2016.

The UFO hunter said: “This cube was caught between the SOHO satellite and the Sun. The cube has been seen before off and on.”

Mr Waring went on to suggest the photos could be part of an active campaign to hide the existence of extraterrestrials from the public.

Mr Waring said: “There is also the possibility that NASA is using a black cube to cover-up alien spacecraft that get caught in the SOHO images.”

Global magnetic anomaly hit the Earth out of nowhere during deep solar minimum

[Natural News]: On June 23, astronomers detected an unusual wave of magnetism hitting the Earth. What makes this event unusual is that this is occurring during the deepest solar minimum in a century, and these kinds of geomagnetic activity should not be happening.

Huge "Ezekiel's Wheel" Type UFO Spotted In Our Solar System By STEREO A Camera.

STEREO is a solar observation mission. Two nearly identical spacecraft were launched in 2006 into orbits around the Sun that cause them to respectively pull farther ahead of and fall gradually behind the Earth. This enables stereoscopic imaging of the Sun and solar phenomena, such as coronal mass ejections But every now and then the cameras pick up somethings that shouldn't be there and this is one of them times.
