SUPER FOCUS [ Flow State Music ] Binaural Beats 40Hz ★ Ambient Study Music

Super Focus music is back! Now you can reach flow state, study, read, and SUPER FOCUS on creative projects, learning, memorization tasks, gaming and more. I created this ambient study music with these custom Binaural Beats Frequencies:

15-Hz ALPHA

28-Hz BETA

40-Hz GAMMA

These waves may improve cognitive functions, memory and emotion. There are some impressive science-supported results with the 40-Hz Gamma waves that I used in this ambient study soundscape. This study music is specially designed to activate flow state. Flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does, and a resulting loss in one's sense of space and time.

An Insight into Brainwave Entrainment

Welcome to the most powerful brainwave entrainment generator on the web. Don't be fooled by its relatively simple user interface. This software is capable of producing the widest range of brainwave modulations available so far, such as binaural beats, isochronic tones, bilateral entrainment, modulated white noise, and more! If you are eager to start your own brain hacking experiments, the rest of this section covers the basics: the minimum you should know to make sense of the sliders above. If you are interested in further understanding what brainwave entrainment is, more information follows!

Brainwaves are not pseudo-science: they exist. Brainwaves are a by-product of our brain's activity and packs of neurons communicating with each other. These brainwaves fall into different groups, depending on their frequency and their location in the brain. These groups have been linked to various body states, such as being alert, relaxed, or sleepy. Brainwaves are not audible: they are not sound waves, and even if they were, their frequencies would fall way below our audible range.

By using a stimulus at a given frequency, brainwave entrainment aims at synchronizing the brain with that frequency and inducing a given state such as drowsiness or focus. The stimulus could be anything, e.g. visual. This website uses auditory stimuli. Since the brainwave frequencies are not in the audible range, a trick is needed to convert the frequency we want to impose on our brain into something that is audible. The trick consists of selecting a frequency that we hear - we call it a carrier - then modulating this carrier with the brainwave frequency one wants to make audible. This website offers four modulators that can be used separately or combined: amplitude modulation (monaural modulation), binaural beats, stereophonic panning (bilateral modulation) and frequency modulation.

That's it! You can start using our online brainwave tool now....<<<Read More>>>...

Binaural Sleep Meditation Music for Positive Energy: Sleep Binaural Beat...

Binaural Sleep Meditation Music for Positive Energy: Sleep Binaural Beats, recover your energy during sleep with binaural Meditation music "Binaural beats, or binaural tones, are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, caused by specific physical stimuli.

This effect was discovered in 1839 by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove and earned greater public awareness in the late 20th century based on claims coming from the alternative medicine community that binaural beats could help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity and other desirable mental states. Binaural beats reportedly influence the brain in more subtle ways through the entrainment of brainwaves and provide other health benefits such as control over pain. Binaural beats may influence functions of the brain in ways besides those related to hearing.

This phenomenon is called "frequency following response". The concept is that if one receives a stimulus with a frequency in the range of brain waves, the predominant brainwave frequency is said to be likely to move towards the frequency of the stimulus (a process called entrainment). In addition, binaural beats have been credibly documented to relate to both spatial perception and stereo auditory recognition, and, according to the frequency following response, activation of various sites in the brain.

When the perceived beat frequency corresponds to the delta, theta, alpha, beta, or gamma range of brainwave frequencies, the brainwaves entrain to or move towards the beat frequency. For example, if a 315 Hz sine wave is played into the right ear and a 325 Hz one into the left ear, the brain is entrained towards the beat frequency 10 Hz, in the alpha range.

Since alpha range is associated with relaxation, this has a relaxing effect, or if in the beta range, more alertness. An experiment with binaural sound stimulation using beat frequencies in the beta range on some participants and the delta/theta range on other participants found better vigilance performance and mood in those on the awake alert state of beta-range stimulation.

Binaural beat stimulation has been used fairly extensively in attempts to induce a variety of states of consciousness, and there has been some work done in regards to the effects of these stimuli on relaxation, focus, attention, and states of consciousness. Studies have shown that with repeated training to distinguish close frequency sounds that a plastic reorganization of the brain occurs for the trained frequencies and is capable of asymmetric hemispheric balancing.

Frequency range, Name, Usually associated with:

Higher than 40 Hz, Gamma waves, Higher mental activity, including perception, problem solving, fear, and consciousness

13–39 Hz, Beta waves, Active, busy or anxious thinking and active concentration, arousal, cognition, and or paranoia

7–13 Hz, Alpha waves, Relaxation (while awake), pre-sleep and pre-wake drowsiness, REM sleep, Dreams

8–12 Hz, Mu waves Mu rhythm, Sensorimotor rhythm 4–7 Hz, Theta waves, Deep meditation/relaxation, NREM sleep

Lower than 4 Hz, Delta waves, Deep dreamless sleep, loss of body awareness" This binaural beats session will stimulate the Delta Wave frequency spectrum.

How to Use Binaural Beats to LET GO of Fear, Pain, and Overthinking

From the trance-inducing sounds of drum beats in tribal shamanic cultures to the repetitive chanting of Tibetan monks, rhythmical sound has extremely powerful healing benefits.

Put simply, binaural beats are a form of rhythmic and repetitive sound frequencies which put you into a meditative state easily. It was a physicist named Heinrich Wilhelm Dove who discovered the way binaural beats work in 1839.

When the binaural beat sounds enter your ears they produce something in your brain called “brainwave entrainment.”

If you’re the type of person who likes the nitty gritty details of how something works, read this section. BUT if you’re not, skip to the next section. In any case, binaural beats are quite fascinating.

Why?

Binaural beats work by sending two different frequencies to each of our ears. When hearing these two frequencies simultaneously, our brains create a third ‘phantom’ tone out of the mathematical difference.

Here’s an example:

If a 310 hertz sound frequency is sent to one ear, and a 315 hertz frequency is sent to the other ear, your brain will process these sounds in a way that results in hearing one 5 hertz frequency. Your brainwaves will then synchronize to this 5 hertz sound frequency.

Another example:

If you listen to 410 hertz in one ear and 400 hertz in the other, your brain will interpret these two simultaneous frequencies as 10 hertz, and your brainwaves will adjust to this new frequency.....<<<Read More>>>....

Robert Monroe: Reptilians Control Humans And Feed On Them

[Anomalien]: Robert Monroe (1915–1995), American writer, gained popularity after writing a book about an out-of-body experience in which he encountered reptiles.

In 1958, Robert Monroe, a 43-year-old radio engineer from the United States, experienced a series of unusual accidents. First, he felt a powerful vibration deep in his chest. At some point, this feeling became so strong that he had to lie down.

He felt himself floating outside his body. It is worth noting that up to this point he was a fairly rational thinker. He believed in science and was categorically against magic and “devilry”.

Monroe immediately panicked, believing himself dead, but the debilitating horror returned the writer to “physical form.” And that was just the beginning; the other occasions when he left his body and floated weightlessly around the room were identical.

Monroe visited various doctors and psychologists, trying to make sure of his health. But every medical worker came to the conclusion that he was all right.

Monroe decided to hone his newly discovered out-of-body abilities, elated at his positive diagnosis. He became so engrossed in the subject that he abandoned a secure business career and devoted his life to the study of consciousness.

Over the next three decades, Robert Monroe carefully analyzed out-of-body experiences. The main goal of his research was to collect scientific data proving the existence of an alternative reality.

In hopes of making interdimensional travel more accessible, he developed a technology called Hemi-Synchronization. This system, also known as Hemi-Sync, uses sound patterns containing binaural beats. (Three-dimensional sound waves). To harmonize the work of the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

Further, at his request, some independent clinical neurologists conducted extensive testing of volunteers using this experimental technique. To their surprise, the results were clearly visible on every EEG (electroencephalogram) they took.

Monroe’s work paved the way for tangible altered states. The Monroe Institute was founded in 1974 and continues to this day. Monroe has developed a range of audio stimulation techniques designed to improve focus, relieve stress, improve sleep, and more....<<<Read More>>>...

Brainwaves: A Look Inside the Mind

[Wake Up World]: Brainwaves are produced by electrical impulses emitted in the brain by neurons. These electrical emissions interact and communicate with each other.

The frequency of this communication, or oscillation, between these emissions is measured in cycles per second known as hertz (Hz).

The most common brainwave frequencies: Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma are always present and intermingling.

Because of this, what determines the distinct brainwave state you are in at any given period of time is the predominate frequency that is being emitted....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

How Do Binaural Beats Work?

The word binaural means “having or relating to two ears”. This represents the process, which works by simultaneously sending a marginally different sound frequency to each ear through headphones.

Brainwave entrainment happens inside the brain, and is caused by a physiological response. Upon hearing two tones of different frequencies – sent simultaneously to the left and right ears – the brain perceives a third tone based on the mathematical difference between the two frequencies.

The brain then follows along at the new frequency and produces brainwaves at the same rate of Hertz (Hz).

For example: if a 200 Hz sound frequency is sent to the left ear, and a 205 Hz to the right ear, the brain will process those two frequencies and perceive a new frequency at 5 Hz.

The brain then follows along at the new frequency (5 Hz), producing brainwaves at the same rate of Hertz (Hz). The technical term for this process is ‘frequency following response'. (Binauralbeatsmeditation)

Binaural Beat - Theta Wave - 100% Pure Theta Frequency

(Best experienced using a pair of stereo headphones)

Theta State

Theta State is a state of very deep relaxation; it is used in hypnosis and during REM Sleep. The brain waves are slowed down at a frequency of 4-7 cycles per second. For this reason, People meditate consecutively for hours, in order to achieve this state, in order to have access to the absolute perfect calm.

Theta brain waves can be considered the subconscious; they govern the part of our mind that lies between the conscious and the unconscious and retain memories and feelings. Also direct your beliefs and your behavior. Theta waves are always creative, characterized by feelings of inspiration and very spiritual. It is believed that this mental state allows you to act below the level of the conscious mind.

Theta is the first stage of the phase when we dream.

To understand this frequency in a simple and comprehensive enough to think about how it feels and what it's like being on top of a mountain totally absorbed by what's around you and know that you "know" that God is real, just know that God "is . " At that moment you are in Theta. Theta State is a very powerful state. It can be compared to that kind of trance where you can find children when they are playing with video games. Another example of the Theta state is that of those who walk on hot coals without getting burned. (Theta Healing)

A Word On 'Binaural Beats'

Monroe Institute: The sensation of auditory binaural beats occurs when two coherent sounds of nearly similar frequencies are presented one to each ear with stereo headphones or speakers.

The brain integrates the two signals, producing a sensation of a third sound called the binaural beat. For example, if a frequency of 100 Hz is played in one ear and 107 Hz is played in the other ear, a binaural beat of 7 Hz is created by the brain.

Brain waves match or “follow” the binaural beat. If
the binaural beat is 7 Hz, an increase in brain waves of 7
Hz occurs. Binaural beats originate in the brainstem's superior olivary nucleus, the site of contralateral integration of auditory input. The binaural beat is neurologically conveyed to the reticular formation which uses neurotransmitters to initiate changes in brainwave activity.

Brain Waves & Consciousness
Beta (13-26 Hz) Alert concentration and problem-solving
Alpha (8-13 Hz) Alert relaxation
Theta (4-7 Hz) Deep relaxation and increased learning
Delta (1-3 Hz) Deep sleep ... read more>>>...
