The Heart Of The Matter
I can only speak of what I know ... nothing more, nothing less. The cherished little girl still lives ... but she forgets her name; she forgets her family and that part of her life. Used as a tool of bargain ... it seems her real family must endure until the business is done. In a sense it is the emerald isle to where the trail does lead ... but even now strong faces turn the attention away for it is in their interest for it to be so. But know it will not always be so ... and the one so close to me in the heart of the matter, he will never know the pains it took for me to admit; to admire and to understand; and I guess to forgive. But for sake of them all and what they truly deserve they must never give up seeking the rainbow's end .... know there is a pot of gold awaiting them there. --- Jack

Clare, your nana stands in from of me with her arms akimbo. She is impatient ... and wanting to know why you are taking so long to make your mind up? He is a good man ... why the dillydallying about. All the hard work has been done ... you should be listening to Helen and go for the plunge. You'll not regret it. It's only a matter of time before your dream job arrives. Its all part and parcel of the impatience that you don't see things clearly. Two children of your own and three between you; surely you won't expect a fourth and maybe a fifth? But that's just what your Nana appears to be saying. She came from a large family who would always fight for the food on the table; hence the reason why she says she developed a rather wide girth!

A grandmother & a grandfather (Father's side?) ... bringing three children lost to spirit. Wires were crossed via a phone connection tonight ... and I was unable to connect the grandparents and the three lost children to the parent. She was supposed to be on line; but inexplicably I was connected to a lady who could not take this information. Hopefully Mary will read this information, somehow ... she needs to know that her three young lost children are being well cared for by her grandparents. She will bear children in the year's to come ... she musn't despair ... life will take the even keel she deserves in the near future.

Something not featured here on A Light In The Darkness for a while ... but with the residual energies of the weekend still active in my 'grey matter' ... there is a need to pass along what has been said (and is being said) to me:
"Hovis man ... I was the Hovis Man. Hovis bread ... visions of a bakery and loaf after loaf of Hovis bread. The family would have been besieged with hovis loafs! This was someone's grandfather. A man lifting a cap, giving a cheeky grin ... a wink. Around you all the time ... confirming a connection."
"Terry has to be remembered. Too much shock and trauma to say goodbye. Is ok. A sudden and untimely transition. You've not to blame yourself for the events that day"
"A woman who gradually lost her proud lock of (Black?) hair due to treatment who faded away. So much weight lost. So much love felt around her when everyone gathered for her magical moment. A tear was in the eye. An eye did open at the end. Fleeting words of goodbye were spoken when she departed her body. She spoke, she was heard. Someone gripped a ring which was a gift from her. The ring will often feel cold ... which means she's touched the object because it was an object of their shared loved. A memory of pine walls in a cabin and loud laughter. Alcohol induced. Happy times."
"May and you were a different person. Debbie. Another friend lost to someone. Watched over by their friend ... May was the change. When things got better."
"A single rose placed at a grave. A boy riding past on a bicycle made for an eerie moment. For when the boy turned he had on his face the person who's grave was visited. It was not imagination."

Today’s Random Insight
Using Servants of The Light tarot …
With my mind on free flow mode and conditions seemingly ok for connection … I shuffle then turn the cards …
With seemingly an empty mind, I know now I am drawn to a different place and a different time. Through a fish eye lens I have been drawn down Old Kent Road … and then on a gondola through scenic Venice. A woman posing for a painting there … this was a recent holiday trip to Venice and Italy. A memory of a sight seeing trip with destination Venice and a link with Old London Town. A blue car which broke down at a service station out of fuel days after the holiday. Someone’s grandfather is here … urging me that his favourite collection is worthy now of being sold. It is useless as it is collecting dust … sold to the highest bidder at auction will get you through these difficult times. An old Man … Paddy or Patrick … talks of his pride to have known such a distinguished child. Don’t mourn his loss. Respect his wish to live alone like he did. He was in too much pain and was too bad tempered to be around anyone.
The older girl will be found but around her will only be tears and scattered roses. Water … a canal reveals the answers. Her possessions … found hardly hidden. She will be close by. There will be one who is cowering in fear. Enough said.
Justice around the Ten Of Weapons … the curtain falls on the ambitious man. He is the guilty one. His presence will be found around the water’s edge. Remember … the ambitious man!

Member of family and colleagues who've made that transition beyond 'physical death' haven't actually gone anywhere. They are still here ... beside us, within us ... they stand there with us. They are in the next dimension. Closer to here than er' you will realise. The inability to see or hear or touch them after their transition ... is due to the conditioning of the material plane. We are taught to not see. We are mislead into believing there is no life after death ...
But life moves on. Energy never dies or ceases to be. It is eternal ...

Monica, you mustn't go through with the birth. A close friend on the other side knows HE insists you go through with this, but it could be detrimental to you in the end. You're gonna leave him anyway and you know it ... the yellow dress was not the best choice but it was better than the red which was red rag to the bull as he hates that dress. When you leave him ... go round to close friend's Pauline and Mick. They will protect you from his madness for a while. It will be fine in the end. Monica you live in the North and they live in the South. I am your close friend Marie from school who died from overheating of the blood ...

Edith, you had no other choice. It had to be that way. Those bridges were meant to be burnt, I can see that now. Forty years apart was painful in life. But what I did to you (stealing your man) was deplorable. Please forgive me. Your loving Sister (Edna?)
Go back Jack and do it again. Wheel going round and round. Basically Jack you will never learn. Go back to Sue if you must but she already has another man lined up. You'll be milked again. I am your unbelieving Mother Margaret. Remember you could never get anything passed me in life. Its no different now! It's Dan who is the other man this time!
A multitude of faces will see the crime this time. No amount of denial will let this con man get away with it ....
Auntie Jay wishes to say to her youngest nephew that his son (Paul? Or is Paul the nephew) ... will be fine in the end. There's an injury with the foot which will be put right. The spine isn't broken even though it's looking bad now. He WAS in the car but he wasn't driving nor was he drinking. Don't let him know that Julie died as it will destroy his recovery. If he asks to see her then you will have to lie. He will recover in the long run ... I see that clearly. My cause of passing was the cancer by the way. There were complications but it was the hereditary big C that took me away ...

Mystic Switchboard
Providing the bridge between the two worlds ... connecting those who have been seperated by the illusion of death. The message is simple, life goes on ... the spirit moves to other levels of this virtual universe ...
Brian - 'I've tried to contact you several times; I've sent to you to a number of those places you wouldn't go too when I was alive. I got you there, but was unable to talk to you. I have Sherry with me, her legs are back to how they were ....' Brenda.
Pauline - 'Hello petal. It's your gran here. Your Mum is still on your side of life. Keep trying, you will find her and sooner than you think. The man with the red car will drive you to the house where she is living.' ... Edith
Liam - 'tell him I had pressure across my chest. Fluid in my lungs and it hurt so bad. I saw his tears at the end, it matters not a damn he wasn't there at the time I passed. He's carried it for years. He won't believe it I am here. He has is father's silver chain with eternity ring and the painting of the boat he always liked' .... Margaret

'The Meeting'

Strange how it is impossible to account for the 'unexpected' in life. For example, here was I minding my own business after a full day at work (tendering a huge building project), when I noticed what appeared to be a businessman with a bluetooth device in his left ear ... staring straight at me whilst having a phone conversation.
At first I thought I'd suddenly grown a second head or something judging by the way he was scrutinising me ...
Then after a few minutes, he wandered over to me ... look me in the eye and asked 'are you Matthew?' I was taken by surprise ... more so when he said 'is your wife Kristine?' I could only nod ... getting more apprehensive. He then revealed he was a regular visitor to A Light in the Darkness and he'd recognised me (??) from the odd picture or two on the blog.
'Are you any good? I have interests with stocks and shares in the States where companies often use psychics for guidance?'
I answered this shocking question with a 'yes' ...
'What then can you say about me?'
I went bottom line via the 'mystic switchboard' and gave him personal information relating to an acquired item of jewelery from his late Father. It was his Father who was talking directly to me. The 'businessman' was astounded, shocked, knocked for six ... but more than anything given ultimate proof.
I felt a little like the well known UK Medium, Lisa Williams, at this point ... where she goes on walk about in LA giving messages to random people. I'd not done this sort of thing for a few years and was pleasantly surprised that spirit chose to instantly connect with me when I still was in work-mode and needed a quick link!
Needless to say the Businessman took my phone numbers and said he will get in touch with me.
Let's hope a spirit will communicate with me in future who knows about stocks and shares!!!
