A scream like someone gasping in shock was heard by two witnesses when mother-of-two Nicola Bulley is feared to have slipped to her death, an inquest heard today.

Both tennis coach Veronica Claesen and nurse Helen O’Neill told Preston's County Hall the noise rang out from the banks of the River Wyre just after 9.30am.

The inquest heard this morning the icy water in January this year when the tragedy happened could have killed Ms Bulley in just 25 seconds when she fell in and drowned.

This afternoon Ms Claesen said she had heard 'a very short scream', adding: ‘My immediate thought was someone having a bit of fun at the back of the graveyard'.

She described it as sounding like ‘an element of surprise’, clarifying that it was ‘an inhale scream and not an exhale scream’ and giving a gasp in demonstration.

Ms O’Neill, who had been having breakfast when she heard it, had mistakenly put it down to girls playing.

She said: ‘It wasn’t an alarming noise. It was over in a couple of seconds.’

Professor Michael Tipton, a world-leading expert on the effects of falling into cold water, gave evidence about how a typical response to plunging into a river where the temperature was 10C or below was to 'gasp' and inhale one or two litres of water.

Commenting on Ms Bulley's build and the heavy outdoor clothing she was wearing on the day she went missing, he said: 'It would only take one or two breaths to cross the lethal dose for drowning.' Someone in that situation would have around 25 seconds before they lost consciousness, he said, experiencing 'very rapid incapacitation'. Police diver Matthew Thackray said photographs shown to the hearing of the riverbank above which Ms Bulley was last seen showed there was a steep 'cliff edge' into the water where she fell....<<<Read More>>>....

Nicola Bulley was identified by dental records after she was found by members of the public in the reeds of the River Wyre, inquest hears

Nicola Bulley was formally identified by dental records after her body was found in reeds by members of the public 23 days after she vanished, an inquest into her death heard today.

A body was pulled from the River Wyre last week near where the missing mother was last seen, and the community's fears were later confirmed as she was identified.

Preston Coroner's Court heard today surgeon Andrew Ian Edwards had examined her dental records, which had been obtained by police from a previous surgery.

Senior coroner Dr James Adeley said: 'He examined the body that was located in the River Wyre near Rawcliffe Road in St Michael's on Wyre at 2.15pm on February 20.'

Dr Adeley said the surgeon found restorative work carried out was identical.

He added: 'I am satisfied on the balance of probabilities, and more, that positive identification has been made.'

Dr Adeley said: 'The family have been informed of the date, time and place of the opening of the inquest and have chosen not to attend for reasons I can quite understand.'

He said remaining evidence gathered by police and the post-mortem examination require 'further evaluation', and a full inquest is likely to be held in June, once availability of a Home Office pathologist had been checked.

'This will allow time to collate the facts of the case and allow the experts involved to finalise the findings from investigations that still need to be undertaken,' the coroner said.

A spiritual medium found the body of mother-of-two Nicola Bulley in the River Wyre.

Jason Rothwell, 33, was seen in pictures pointing to the waters where Lancashire Police massed yesterday afternoon.

He and his friend, who MailOnline have cross-referenced to their social media presence, spoke to police who later retrieved the body.

It marked the latest development in the search for Ms Bulley, before the police press conference this evening confirmed the body is the missing 45-year-old's.

Mr Rothwell, from Oldham, said before the conference: 'It is with great regret that I have to address this issue at this time. But due to wide number of private enquires and threads now circulating on YouTube and TikTok, I feel I should but put a brief statement.

‘As has obviously become apparent, yes it is myself in the images in the media currently circulating relating to the case of Nicola Bulley and yes yesterday morning it was myself and a friend who reported and assisted the police in the recovery of a body from the river Wyre.

'Such as it is it would be inappropriate of me to discuss in any further detail anything we may know about that body at this time, considering a formal identification of that body has yet to be confirmed.

Police confirm body found in river is missing Nicola Bulley who vanished 24 days ago while walking her dog - as family issue heartbreaking statement saying they 'will never be able to comprehend what she went through in her last moments'

 This is very sad news indeed. We are never going to know what really happened to Nicola Bulley over the last three weeks. 

It appears there are now going to be NEW government laws as a result of this situation. Laws to inhibit freedom of speech on the internet; laws to inhibit questioning the police in their investigations.

That appears to have been the motivation media involvement in the case; and the encouragement of 'the trolls' (More than likely black ops operatives) to push this government agenda. Why was there media attention in the first place? It is clear there has always been a hidden hand playing out a planned script. We will never know why or by who. It looks like the Police will come out of this very well ... after all they said from day one she was in the water, and there was no third party involved. What information did they have at the very start?

It is hard to believe Nicola Bulley had been in the water for three weeks, being found a day after the police internal investigation being announced, at a spot searched numerous times by police, the public etc . The police seemed to have known the script from day one, that she would be found in the river.

It's pointless undertaking any more speculation; when the media become involved in a news story it is always a distraction and the story they portray is ALWAYS not the truth. Behind this situation is a likely sinister agenda. One we will never find out about; but one that will have far reaching effects on the freedoms of Joe Public here in the UK.

It was VERY convenient where Nicola Bulley was found and WHEN she was found. It does not sit right and hints at a script being carried out. We will never know how she REALLY died Our final word is that we believe she was abducted, murdered by way of lethal sedative (Midazolam?) on 10th February 2023 and then dumped in the river at some point between then and yesterday.

The body found in the river Wyre is mother-of-two Nicola Bulley, police have confirmed.

Her body was found on Sunday morning in the River Wyre in Lancashire, around a mile from where the 45-year-old mortgage adviser was last seen.

Speaking at a press briefing at police headquarters on Monday, Assistant Chief Constable Peter Lawson confirmed the body had been identified as Ms Bulley.

In a statement, Ms Bulley's family said she was 'the centre of our world' adding they would 'never be able to comprehend what Nikki had gone through in her last moments and that will never leave us'.

The family said: 'We will never forget Nikki, how could we, she was the centre of our world, she was the one who made our lives so special and nothing will cast a shadow over that.

'Our girls will get the support they need from the people who love them the most.'

Assistant Chief Constable Peter Lawson said: 'Sadly, we are now able to confirm that yesterday we recovered Nicola Bulley from the River Wyre.

'Nicola's family have been informed and are of course devastated. Our thoughts are with them at this time as well as with all her loved ones and the wider community.

The Current News - A Candid Insight

We undertook an intuitive review of a current news story relating to a body being found a mile away from where Nicola Bulley was last seen.

The image of interest is the bottom middle card which shows the black shape of a body in water beside reeds. The card is Eolh and is usually a card of protection ... with being reversed in a bottom position ... it remains as a card of protection. It makes this discovery a real enigma. 

It is more than coincidence that Eolh as appeared in this way; mirroring the discovery of the body in the river. Who is this 'lady in the river' if it is not Nicola Bulley? If it is Nicola Bulley ... did she really fall in the water and end up a mile away from the spot she was last seen? It seems too convenient if it is. It is a suspicious situation in truth. There seems to be potential foul play? 

The clues to this latest twist are all around the image. However, we do not feel the energy of Nicola Bulley here. Either, this indicates she had already sadly passed before her body ended in the water, or it is not her at all. With us not being able to detect her life force in this insight, it does seem, however, she is no longer with us. On Friday 10th February 2023, we had felt her life force for the last time; there had been a strong feeling of dizziness and sudden tiredness - which we associated with her having been heavily sedated at that point. Did she pass from being heavily sedated?

The past position cards relate to some disagreements at the turn of the year (Late December 2022 /Early January 2023) in connection with the meaning of Ing (Which is fertility or birth). This is not the first time this information about fertility/birth has appeared. 

The two middle images, central and top ... relate to the discovery of the body. Sigel shows something coming into view. The strangeness of the top card, Ac, is there being patience or something being planned and carried out when it needed to be; the patience being the waiting for the opportunity to arise. This suggests foul play. It wouldn't be a surprise to learn the body hadn't been in the water long enough to have fallen into the water 3 weeks ago. It suggests foul play, but will this information be released to the media? 

The three future images indicate learning of movements and travel. It seems that this hints strongly at a criminal investigation as the body seems to have perished in suspicious circumstances.

We apologise here for the nature, and sensitive content, of this post. However, we feel it is necessary for these insights to be considered, even if the press release a story it is Nicola Bulley and she died as a result of falling into the shallow, slow, moving river. Somebody, somewhere wants this storyline and wants the general public to believe this is the case. 
 

Nicola Bulley: Lancashire Police find body in River Wyre

 IF this body proves, sadly, to be Nicola Bulley then questions need to be asked how her body ended up at this part of the river.

It is SUSPICIOUS to say the least how body has turned up a day after the police indicate an internal inquiry. And that is after extensive searches of the river too.

It is SUSPICIOUS where the body was found, as her body would have been face down in the water around the point she was speculated to have gone in the water. But there had been extensive searches with no reward.

Dare we say it, yes we do .... if this IS identified as Nicola Bulley then there needs to be an assessment of how long her body as been in the water; are there any unexplained marks on her body? It could be a strong possibility that an abductor has taken advantage of the news story and disposed of her body were it could be found (We'd considered she would be disposed of at sea). It had been one of the options being considered. But all indications had been she had never gone into the water. It might still be the case. It could very well turn out that not only is their her abduction here, but also her murder. Sad to say it here, but it is a strong possibility, IF it is her body that has been found.

It is a very upsetting scenario, especially as she will now have two children who have lost their mum. Finger crossed, for their sake, it is not Nicola Bulley. But then it if isn't, who is it and how did they end up in the river?

Police searching for missing Nicola Bulley have found a body in the river.

The mother-of two disappeared during a riverside dog walk in St Michael's on Wyre in Lancashire three weeks ago, sparking a major search operation.

Lancashire Police said they "sadly recovered a body" after they were called to the River Wyre near Rawcliffe Road at 11:35 GMT on Sunday.

A statement said formal identification had not yet been carried out "so we are unable to say" if it was Ms Bulley.

The death was currently being treated as "unexplained", it added.

How To Undertake Divination Insights #2

 Before you are the answers and an open door way to an insightful library from which you can review and comprehend the information relevant to the situation.

Stay calm. Relax, tell yourself you can do this. Become aware of yourself as you are NOW. How you are feeling. What you are thinking. What aches in your body. This is your BASE LINE for comparison as you get further into the insight.

For, when you find yourself feeling different or thinking different .. it can be very relevant to the situation. The slightest thing is of great importance.

 Now ... bring your awareness to your task at hand ....

Look at the imagery then relate what you see, what you feel, what you hear, what you taste ... do you feel any different? Are you aware of any changes in your awareness or well being? Are you starting with a headache, for example. Do you have a sudden back ache or a hot flush or any other symptom? Be aware this can relate to the situation.

Now study the images. It helps to know their meanings, but that is of no importance really. Look at the question, or the reason for the insight ... is any of the images telling you a story? Is the story relevant to the situation?

I always look at the central card. We see an old man holding out a package, he is in a doorway with a child behind him. This card is Gefu or gift. It relates perhaps to an unexpected happening, for example.

Next I look at the images to the left and the right. The rune showing the axe head suggests conflicts. The left card is the past so it can be past conflicts. Each insight needs to be related to how you are feeling and what the situation is about. The card to the right is Hagall which shows a person wandering through mists. Hagall is delay and necessary obstructions. So in the future of this situation there can probably be no easy resolution and anticipated delays. 

This should give us a hint we are dealing with tensions and disagreements. There has been past issues and in present times there have been attempts to perhaps resolve this tension and sadness with acts of kindness and good intention. However it seems unlikely to be resolved very easily. 

I have nervous tension across the back of my head and shoulders. I know I am dealing with a female energy. She has a back condition on her left hand side. She has an old back injury from an old fall or accident. This in the past ... but causes problems. She needs to walk to help with the recovery process.

That is how I build up an intuitive picture. But it takes practice and requires nerves of steel to pass the insight on to the person it is intended for.

What I will say though, look at the top line and realise something in the near future (Right cards at the future) is about to be uncovered ... something significant ...which will explain this lady's actions ... the left top card should be studied and applied into the past part of the reading .... IS is delay. A door kept closed by icicles that take their own time to melt .... how does this relate to everything here (Its all about timing the event, waiting for the right time to perhaps say or do something. Perhaps it had been planned for some time)

Dog walker reveals moment he found Nicola Bulley's phone on bench and thought 'this is not right' on the day she vanished

A dogwalker who found missing Nicola Bulley's phone came forward today and revealed how he thought, 'this is not right'.

The man, who said he was called Ron, went public this morning three weeks after the mortgage adviser vanished in St Michael's on Wyre.

In an extraordinary coincidence he appeared on television walking his dog as Sky News recreated 45-year-old Ms Bulley's own walk.

He confirmed he had given a full statement to the police after finding Ms Bulley's phone on the bench at around 9.30am on January 27.

This afternoon, Nicola's father Ernie said 'every day is a struggle' and said the anguished family 'just need a breakthrough to give us some hope.'

He said: 'Each day something new comes out doesn't it.'

He didn't know Ms Bulley but recognised her dog Willow.

'I'd seen both owners of Willow walking this dog in the past, but while I knew their faces I didn't know their names,' he said.

Ron added that when he first found the phone he thought 'somebody had gone to toilet'.

He added: 'I got to about this red brick building here and I thought 'this is not right'.

Lancashire Police refers itself to watchdog over contact with Nicola Bulley before she vanished - as Home Secretary demands answers over officers releasing personal info and her family urge end to 'wild theories', saying stopping HRT 'caused this crisis'

 The UK Home Secretary has demanded to know why Lancashire Police released Nicola Bulley's private medical information as it was revealed that the force has referred themselves to the police watchdog over contact they had with the missing mother prior to her disappearance.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said they were assessing the information to determine whether an investigation would be necessary over the contact officers had with the missing mother-of-two on January 10.

The referral comes after Ms Bulley's family called for an end to the 'speculation and rumours' about her private life.

Nicola Bulley's partner asked Mercedes to help 'track' her car keys, it emerged today - as former detectives criticised the police for not immediately cordoning off a bench near to where she vanished. 

The mother of two, 45, went missing while walking her dog in the Lancashire village of St Michael's on Friday, January 27. Her phone was found on a nearby bench with a dog lead and harness. 

She had left her Mercedes in a nearby car park but the car keys have never been found. 

Family friend Heather Gibbons said Ms Bulley's boyfriend, Paul Ansell, had spoken of the need to track down her keys 'from the get go'. 'One of the first things he did was to contact Mercedes to see if they could be tracked,' she told The Sun.

While most car keys cannot be tracked, some belonging to newer vehicles have GPS. However, there is no way of knowing whether Ms Bulley's keys can be traced and Mercedes has refused to comment....<<<Read More>>>...

The suggestion of the runes is that Peter Falding's searches which lead to a property or properties. The last rune, Jara, at the bottom right suggests there will be no joy in these searches. 

No body and no indication of there ever being one there. Nicola Bulley is nowhere near the area she was abducted from.

A WITNESS told police he spotted two men acting suspiciously — close to Nicola Bulley’s dog-walk route the day before she disappeared.

It came as cops took CCTV footage from a garage in St Michael’s on Wyre, Lancs, covering the 24 hours before the last sighting of the mum.
