An Insight into Brainwave Entrainment

Welcome to the most powerful brainwave entrainment generator on the web. Don't be fooled by its relatively simple user interface. This software is capable of producing the widest range of brainwave modulations available so far, such as binaural beats, isochronic tones, bilateral entrainment, modulated white noise, and more! If you are eager to start your own brain hacking experiments, the rest of this section covers the basics: the minimum you should know to make sense of the sliders above. If you are interested in further understanding what brainwave entrainment is, more information follows!

Brainwaves are not pseudo-science: they exist. Brainwaves are a by-product of our brain's activity and packs of neurons communicating with each other. These brainwaves fall into different groups, depending on their frequency and their location in the brain. These groups have been linked to various body states, such as being alert, relaxed, or sleepy. Brainwaves are not audible: they are not sound waves, and even if they were, their frequencies would fall way below our audible range.

By using a stimulus at a given frequency, brainwave entrainment aims at synchronizing the brain with that frequency and inducing a given state such as drowsiness or focus. The stimulus could be anything, e.g. visual. This website uses auditory stimuli. Since the brainwave frequencies are not in the audible range, a trick is needed to convert the frequency we want to impose on our brain into something that is audible. The trick consists of selecting a frequency that we hear - we call it a carrier - then modulating this carrier with the brainwave frequency one wants to make audible. This website offers four modulators that can be used separately or combined: amplitude modulation (monaural modulation), binaural beats, stereophonic panning (bilateral modulation) and frequency modulation.

That's it! You can start using our online brainwave tool now....<<<Read More>>>...

Signs You’re Out Of Spiritual Alignment

Do you ever get a nagging sensation that something is not quite right inside of you? I’m not talking about a kink in your neck or an upset stomach – this is deeper than that. Maybe it’s a limitation within yourself, or a lack of flow and direction where there once was an abundance.

Familiar with any of those?

Of course you are, because you’re human! If you didn’t encounter occasional slumps, I’d be worried that you had a screw loose.

Inhabiting these earthly bodies on this physical plane, it’s normal to sometimes feel out of alignment with who we truly are. Yes, it’s our responsibility to recalibrate and reconnect whenever we can, but it’s silly to beat ourselves up every time we fall out of the saddle....<<<Read More>>>...

The True Nature of Spiritual Healing

It’s crucial to understand the true nature of spiritual healing: that ALL energetic pain and discomfort is caused by some form of identification with reality – some need or attachment to reality being a certain way. When in fact you are the One, that can allow ALL conditions and situations to exist without needing to change them.

When you can fully accept a particular situation in your life and not need it to go away, you empower yourself as The One in the situation. Paradoxically, that’s when it can truly resolve and miraculous healing can take place.

A healer can remove the energetic effects of internal disharmony and the pain will go away. However unless the original cause of the problem has not been realised by the client, then the problem will simply reappear elsewhere in the being but in a different guise. That’s why all true spiritual healing MUST include the assisted self-realisation aspect by the person being healed....<<<Read More>>>....

Signs You’re Born to Be a Spiritual Healer

A healer’s power stems not from any special ability, but from maintaining the courage and awareness to embody and express the universal healing power that every human being naturally possesses. — E. Leventhal

At heart, we all have the capacity to heal ourselves and nurture others.

Spirit, energy, thought, intention, skillful practice, and belief are available to all people.

Yet as individual expressions of the life force, we all have different paths, and not all of us feel called to healing practices.

For those of us that do feel “called” to spiritual healing, we are often met with some kind of resistance, either from our friends, our family members, or our culture. This is because spiritual healing can be frowned upon as a quasi, scientifically-misguided, charlatan practice by a society that is built on the mind and ego. While there are con artists in every practice, the genuinely beneficial aspects of spiritual healing are largely ignored because they can’t be quantified or reasoned with.

Unfortunately, this has led to a large percentage of us (particularly in Westernised societies) losing touch with traditional forms of healing. Very few of us were raised around shamans, medicine men or medicine women who could pass on ancient knowledge and holistic healing practices. Instead, as children we were taken to GPs, physicians and doctors who prescribed us with medications of all kinds. And while these medications were useful and helped to fix certain parts of us, they never aided us in healing our whole organism with its many layers.

Yet despite the way you were raised, you might still feel a strong pull towards spiritual healing, even if it “goes against the grain” of what you were taught.

So are you a spiritual healer? Let’s find out....<<<Read More>>>...

Colloidal Gold Health Benefits

[bibliotecapleyades.net]: Basically, the advantages lie with the fact that colloidal gold can be safely used both internally as well as externally.

The tiny gold particles from the colloid penetrate through the cell membranes easily and work effectively towards providing relief from the symptoms of several health disorders. A few benefits are discussed below:

Colloidal gold is used for bringing down the joint pain and inflammation caused by arthritis. It works well even in those cases of rheumatoid arthritis where swelling in the joints causes stiffness and affects joint mobility. On regular intake, the pain is eased and the normal movement of the joints are restored in a very short span of time.

Colloidal gold cream is also available which can be used topically for joint pain relief.

Colloidal gold acts as a natural stimulant for the cells of our body. This way it improves the transmission of electrical signals between the nerve cells in the brain and increases mental alertness and improves concentration.

It has been found that when it is taken as a supplement regularly for one month, the IQ level of a person improves significantly. It has been proved to be beneficial for those who were facing problems like lack of concentration and memory loss as colloidal gold restores healthy functioning of the brain.

Colloidal gold has a soothing effect on the tensed nerves. For this reason, when people start taking colloidal gold, they experience a sense of calmness within themselves. This calming effect provides a lot of relief from mental stress. In fact, use of colloidal gold for depression and anxiety symptoms have shown great results.

It has been used as an alternative medicine for other brain related issues like Parkinson's disease...<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

Is It Time To Pay Attention To Your Inner Child?

Have you ever wondered why you keep making the same poor choices over and over again? Or why relationships in your life suffer because of poor communication between parties? Or why you sometimes feel as though you have no control in your life?

It could be well be that your inner child is in the driver's seat, and if you've ever seen a young child's attempts to drive a car, is it no wonder your life is potentially on a crash course.

Fear, anger, and jealousy are just a few of the simple ways our inner child can sabotage us without meaning to. Addiction and other dangerous behaviors are some of the more serious issues attributed to allowing the inner child to make adult decisions.

Once you can identify whether or not your inner child is in charge, you can begin to change the behavior and patterns that are keeping you from creating the life and relationships you want and deserve, and that's what this course will help you achieve.

Our inner child is part of us--actually it is us at one point in our life. But even though we grow up physically, a part of us still remains that child. This can be good in terms of play, fun, and just looking at life with the wonder of a child. Yet when our inner child is permitted to be the driver's seat, making life decisions that children have no business making, that's an entirely different story.

Your Inner Child is actually an echo of the child you once were.

We are all individuals with our own unique history and we all are victims of our environment, life events and the significant people around us. Each one of these scenarios has influenced us and been part of our inner development.

Our inner child has kept a record of these memories, and the way they have impacted on us.

We have all made ‘decisions’ on a very deep sub-conscious level, usually relating to how we ‘should’ be and what we ‘should’ do in order to be seen as being ‘normal’ and ‘OK’, and how to be seen ‘survive’ in our families.

Therefore, it makes perfect sense that we should, at some time, revisit the experiences of the child we once were in order to find out what our own life script says about our life and the unfolding dramas we are constantly re-creating, and more often than not, repeating.

Not doing so could actually result in us constantly playing out the same un-examined scripts and dramas over and over again. However, we cannot simply change the script by talking about it, or by conscious effort alone. The script has been designed to keep us safe; more often than not in ways that now hinder us; so the inner child isn’t given up the script that easily!

In reality, for most of us, we are living our lives like a child inside an adult’s body; it’s likely that the inner child yearns for undivided attention, some understanding, care and support.

Many us may try to silence these deeper longings with alcohol or drugs; by promiscuity or gambling; by over-spending or over-eating; by self-harming; or by other ways of avoiding the deeper needs we have. These deep-rooted needs may well be needs and fears which we haven’t yet allowed ourselves to become fully aware of; or have been able to find a way to be dealt with in our adult life. A Word on 'Dragons Blood'

Dragon’s Blood is the red sap of the legendary tree, Sangre de Grado, which is indigenous to Brazil and Peru. The bark of Sangre de Grado tree, scientifically known as Croton lechleri, and when diagonal slashes are made into the tree, it then exudes a blood red resin called Dragon’s Blood.

Dragon’s Blood is full of plant chemicals that have been found to exert a number of beneficial properties. The Amazonians prize it for its ability to heal ulcers and intestinal disorders when used in controlled dosages.

Additionally, through much of the Amazon forest, Dragon’s Blood sap is the primary topical aid for cuts, wounds, burns, stings, rashes, insect bites and other compromised skin conditions. Scientists have found that Dragon’s Blood contains a wide range of naturally occurring compounds, some of which have been well studied. Chemical compounds such as proanthocyanidins, phytosterols, lignans and several alkaloids all help to reduce inflammation, redness and swelling whilst encouraging the healing of skin.

Another helpful property of Dragon’s Blood sap is the fact that it displays powerful antimicrobial, antiviral and antifungal activity, which is why it is used on infectious skin diseases such as folliculitis, impetigo, cellulitis and fungal infections, such as athlete’s foot and tinea. It is also extremely suitable for cold sores, verrucae and warts....read more>>>...

FOOTNOTE (Comment): I chose Dragon's Blood incense earlier for my sacred space (man Cave). Out of interest, back in early 2015 when I was still recovering from my really serious illness, and out of hospital, a close friend organised for a Peruvian Shaman and Healer to come to my house to give me some intensive healing. The Shaman was only in Australia for three weeks so it was a rare honour to get him to come to see me. Him and his Wife first examined me then wiped me with Newspaper in order to deduce my illnesses. He did an amazing Newspaper Xray assessment which was completely accurate. Then began the healing process which began with me drinking numerous drops of Dragon's Blood. It has a disgusting taste and does strange things at first ... until you get used to it. The Healer attended to me on two occasions, but because I was still extremely weak from my virtually 'dead' body ... he was unable to do the third stage of the healing. Instead he chose to undertake distance healing on me when  he got back to Peru. I was left with a small phial of Dragon's Blood. I can attribute his work on me to my extraordinary recovery! - Matthew James

Is the Power to Heal Ourselves Increasing?

Waking Times: The science of Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) is echoing what mystics and shaman have been saying forever which is that we have untold powers to heal ourselves!

All of this points to the innate ability our bodies have to self-regulate, seek balance (homeostasis), and heal. You would think that we would be eager to listen to our own bodies when they speak to us through symptoms, yet we usually do the exact opposite by numbing the pain or ignoring what we feel...read more>>>...

A Time For Spiritual Rest and An Assimilation of Wisdom

There must always be a time for spiritual rest and assimilation of wisdom, during a spiritual growth period. This means that all spiritual/psychic/metaphysical workings must cease for a period of 3 - 6 months in order for changes and adjustments to be made to the DNA/genetic make up.

This gives the outer life expression adequate time to catch up with what has changed on the inside. Within those 3 - 6 months, when done correctly, physical surroundings and life structure will be adjusted in order to support the level of spiritual vibration that is there on the inside.

Within those 3-6 months the individual has adequate time to come to terms with weaknesses vs strengths, lessons learnt vs lessons failed etc. The individual can physically be aware of the burdens and wounds they are carrying due to life experiences in the last cycle.

Without this essential spiritual rest, an individual will find that their spiritual burdens become too much for their physical body to copy resulting in the increased risk of physical illness, depression, drug or alcohol addiction.

Once an individual finds itself out of this spiritual rest period, life will suddenly, like magic, change. When circumstances change of their own accord, and adopt a path of synchronicity, it often means that their assimilation of wisdom from their last cycle has been successful. The outside vibration of their life matches the vibration of their inside potential resulting in a successful retuning of their life path ...  Copyright Matthew James

The Wounded Healer

One of the deeper, underlying archetypal patterns which is being constellated in the human psyche that is playing itself out collectively on the world stage is the archetype of the “wounded healer.” To quote Kerenyi, a colleague of Jung who elucidated this archetype, the wounded healer refers psychologically to the capacity “to be at home in the darkness of suffering and there to find germs of light and recovery with which, as though by enchantment, to bring forth Asclepius, the sunlike healer.”

The archetype of the wounded healer reveals to us that it is only by being willing to face, consciously experience and go through our wound do we receive its blessing. To go through our wound is to embrace, assent, and say “yes” to the mysteriously painful new place in ourselves where the wound is leading us. Going through our wound, we can allow ourselves to be re-created by the wound. Our wound is not a static entity, but rather a continually unfolding dynamic process that manifests, reveals and incarnates itself through us, which is to say that our wound is teaching us something about ourselves.

The wounded healer only becomes able to heal and help others (which is to simultaneously be healing and helping him/herself again and again in the form of seeming “others”), when instead of being resentful, bitter and feeling victimized by their wound, he or she recognizes their wound as a numinous event, an archetypal moment that seeks to make them participants in a divine, eternal happening...read more>>>...

Abilities of Shamans

According to Christina Pratt in The Encyclopedia of Shamanism, a shaman is a practitioner who has gained mastery of:

1. Altered states of consciousness, possessing the ability to enter alternated states at will; controlling themselves while moving in and out of those states.

2. Mediating between the needs of the spirit world and those of the physical world in a way that can be understood and used by the community.

Serving the needs of the community that cannot be met by practitioners of other disciplines, such as physicians, psychiatrists, priests, and leaders.

A shaman is therefore a specific type of healer who uses an alternate state of consciousness to enter the invisible world, which is made up of all unseen aspects of the world that affect us, including the spiritual, emotional, mental, mythical, archetypal, and dream worlds.

There are three categories of contemporary shamans, including those who:

1. Come from an unbroken shamanic tradition and continue to practice in that tradition, usually in their native culture.

2. Come from a shamanic tradition, but serve to bridge between that tradition and the modern Western world, often by adding ceremonies and rituals that were not necessary in their indigenous culture.

3. Are called by Spirit to serve the needs of their community as shamans, though they may be long separated culturally from their original shamanic roots.

Spiritual Healing – How Does It Work?

Spiritual healing is a highly disputed topic. Western medical industry runs wild and most of us don’t even know nor care, what they are putting in their mouths. People trust these big medical corporations, no questions asked. However, old ways of eastern spiritual healing practices has it’s own supporters.

Like actors, put yourself in a different state of mind. You are healthy, you are well. Absolutely nothing is wrong with you. Just keep these thoughts bouncing in your head. The hard part is to believe in them, way harder than you think. The good thing, anyway, is that it keeps getting dramatically easier once you’re successful. Because, well… you have witnessed it happen the first time. In your body floats a big stack of energy, that you can channel to do various things. Healing yourself is one thing, but you can also try to do it to others. It is much harder to accomplish, as it’s challenging for us to realize that our energy does not have boundaries. Our physical body is not something that could stop our energy to flow around the universe...read more>>>...
