UK government’s digital wallet plus digital ID is the digital prison
At the same time, the Labour government is currently considering a proposed mandatory, universal digital identity system, called the BritCard, advocated by the think tank Labour Together.
The Britcard will be a free digital credential stored on a smartphone via the GOV.UK Wallet app, designed to verify an individual’s right to live, work and rent in the UK.
This is a digital prison. Those who comply risk not only their own autonomy but also the future freedom of their children and grandchildren. Future generations may never know what it means to live outside constant surveillance.
Currently in the UK, a Wallet and Digital ID App – a mobile app called “GOV.UK Wallet” – is set to launch at the end of 2025 (for both Android and iOS). It allows users to store government-issued documents, like veteran cards and digital driver’s licences. By 2027, all UK government services issuing physical credentials must offer a digital alternative. This Labour government is considering a mandatory or widely used digital ID card (“BritCard”), but there is no official rollout timeline yet.
The GOV.UK Wallet has already begun phased deployment with public sector bodies, which started in May 2024 and a broader rollout is expected through 2025.
Some of you may have experienced situations when they have collected your data digitally – if you bought a new car on finance or applied for a new job in the last year or two. It’s time-consuming and often tricky but once they’ve got your data, that’s it. The card would be linked to government records and could be checked by employers or landlords...<<<Read More>>>...

ID cards are a state power grab that won’t do anything to stop illegal immigration. Starmer is arming himself with bullying weapons Stalin and Hitler wished they had… we can’t let this happen
This period of British specialness may be ending, as the sea ceases to guard us as well as it once did. But we should not help it to end, by foolishly surrendering the freedoms we have.
Even in the most welcoming of continental countries, the state is above the people’s heads and the individual is beneath the feet of then power elite. Almost all these countries have some form of identity card or identity register, and it is up to you to show that you are going about your lawful business.
My Swiss-German mother-in-law, brought up in one of the Continent’s most liberal and democratic nations, was amazed all her life by the casual attitude British people had to their passports.
Like any European, she knew that the loss of such documents, or the inability to produce them, could plunge any individual into a nightmare of powerlessness, lawlessness, detention, interrogation and perhaps quite a bit worse. I have come to adopt her rather more severe view of the subject. And with that comes a strong desire never to see such a regime installed in Britain.
It would turn upside down the proper relationship between the state and the individual. Except during the 1939-45 war, when identity cards proved entirely useless and deeply unpopular, the British state has had to justify itself to us.
But if we are forced to carry slave badges ‘identifying’ ourselves, we would be required to justify ourselves to the government. It would give every jumped-up official behind a desk a new way of harassing and belittling us, as happened during World War II.
And heaven help you if you lost yours, even though the place would soon be awash with very convincing forgeries. Indeed, you’d probably find your card had been cloned by criminals, condemning you to weeks of explaining that you hadn’t been where you weren’t.
Oh, and it won’t solve the migrant crisis, France has identity cards, and also has an estimated 900,000 undocumented migrants living in its cities. So much for the wonders of digital ID....<<<Read More>>>...

Digital ID: You’ll Own Nothing and Scan Everything
Soon your neighbour, your colleague, and that bloke in the pub will all sound like NPCs reciting the gospel of Digital ID.
And if you’re happy to trade liberty for ignorance, don’t whimper when your life resembles Kim Jong-un’s playpen with a Tesco Clubcard.
Welcome to Brave New Blighty, where your papers are digital, your wallet is monitored, and your freedom is conditional. Great Britain is teetering on the brink of ushering in a national digital ID system.
Yes, the same Britain that once prided itself on civil liberties, privacy, and a general disdain for government overreach. Now, our political class, like a dodgy Carry On character with a penchant for surveillance, is dangling the shiny promise of “convenience” while quietly sliding the handcuffs into place.
Think back, if your memory hasn’t been wiped by the Ministry of Health. During the pandemic, we got a taste of digital control with those charming little vaccine passports. Want to enter a venue? Flash your app. Want to fly, work, or exist in polite society? Better have your QR code scanned, jab status verified, and obedience levels recalibrated.
That little COVID experiment was a not-so-dry run for a far more sinister project.
The digital ID being proposed is not some benign bit of modern admin. It is, quite frankly, a blueprint for technocratic control. It won’t stop with your name and date of birth. Oh no.
Soon, your biometric data, spending habits, health records, social media activity, and ideological alignment could be packed into your shiny new BritCard.
Want to buy a pint or a sausage roll? Better scan in first. Had too many pints this week? Sorry, your cholesterol’s high and your carbon credits are low. Try again next month.
Now imagine the government deciding you’ve said something “hateful” (which is Newspeak for “unpopular”). Suddenly, your car won’t start. Your social media is locked. Your travel rights revoked. It’s not a stretch of the imagination. This is a roadmap, and we’re already halfway there.
During the COVID era, the Canadian government showed us what financial control looks like in real time: freezing the bank accounts of protesters and their supporters with the flick of a bureaucratic switch....<<<Read More>>>...

Starmer Pushes Digital ID Cards for All After Macron Demands Action to Tackle Scourge of Illegal Working in Britain
When Starmer speaks, its Blair who is pulling the strings. Blair has dreamed of us all controlled by the evils of technology.
No way ....
+++++++++++++++++++++++
Keir Starmer is pushing for everyone in Britain to be forced to sign up for a digital ID card after Emmanuel Macron demanded action to tackle the scourge of illegal working in Britain. The Mail has more.Sir Keir Starmer told the Cabinet he would be “exploring options around digital ID” as part of a wider package of reforms designed to make it harder for illegal migrants to live and work in this country.
Downing Street confirmed Ministers are examining proposals for a digital ID scheme 15 years after the idea was abandoned following an outcry about the impact on civil liberties.
Under one option, anyone applying for a new job would be required to produce their digital ID to demonstrate that they have the right to live and work in this country. Similar provisions could also be introduced for those moving to new accommodation, making a benefit claim or seeking to access public services.
Labour ruled out ID cards as recently as July this year, with Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds saying the idea was “not our approach”.
Sir Keir has been told by President Macron to address the “pull factors” attracting migrants to Britain in return for French help in stopping the boats.
Whitehall sources said Tony Blair has also continued to push the idea behind the scenes.
And, with Sir Keir coming under intense pressure to be seen to be acting on illegal migration, he has now changed tack.
The PM’s official spokesman told reporters that the Government would “always look at what works”.
Asked if the idea could eventually mean compulsory ID cards for all, he said: “We are willing to look at what works when it comes to tackling illegal migration.”
Questioned about the civil liberties row that ended the last bid to introduce compulsory ID cards, the spokesman said Ministers believed “the debate has changed since the last time we had this discussion”, with people more relaxed about the idea of having to prove their identity online.
The idea is set to be discussed at an emergency meeting chaired by Sir Keir aimed at accelerating work to shut down the UK’s 200 migrant hotels....<<<Read More>>>...

Do We Really Want a Digital Bill of Rights?
Being able to prove your identity securely and privately share things about yourself online with the consent of both parties, when you want to, not when others demand – the crucial factor – occurs many times a day for vast numbers of us. Get it right and we preserve online privacy and free speech, enable e-commerce and the wider economy, support the rule of law and much, much more. Get it wrong and we open the door to crime against individuals and organisations, hamper the economy and provide a tantalising tool for tyrannical government. So, not too different from where we are today then, I think we can agree....<<<Read More>>>...

If you have de-Googled your phone, the EU’s age verification rules will exclude you from using all apps for all services
The app is built on the technical specifications of the upcoming European Digital Identity Wallet and is designed to be open-source, user-friendly and secure. However, as Take Back Our Tech notes, it is less secure than other options. Additionally, age verification can only be made using Google-approved Android devices or on iPhones, effectively requiring a Google or Apple account.
What this means is: If you are in the European Union and have de-Googled your phone, you will not be able to verify your age...<<<Read More>>>...How Can We Create a Censorship-Free Internet?
Social media companies began age-gating various content, much of it entirely benign or of significant political importance, in a dangerous potential precursor to a digital ID system. Recall that the present government is running a consultation on Digital ID, deadline August 21st. Britons, wanting none of this, rushed to buy VPNs.
Labour’s ministers condemned VPN usage while claiming for them on expenses.
To be clear, while corporate and organisational VPNs use exactly the
same underlying technology as anti-censorship services, the fact that
Business Secretary Jonathon Reynolds claimed for NordVPN shows he was
buying a service – many others
are available too – which lets users bypass censorship and avoid
surveillance by ISPs (Internet Service Providers). His use of VPNs was
not therefore limited to using a government-hosted VPN to access
official resources from off-site as if he were in an office....<<<Read More>>>...

From Vaccine Passports in 2021 to ‘Britcard’ in 2025 – Why We Need a Digital Bill of Rights
We’ve heard it all before. This is a gentle reminder that in 2021, the then Prime Minister Boris Johnson along with his government and opposition cheerleaders attempted to roll out ‘vaccine passports’ and mandatory vaccinations to deal with Covid. However, they soon realised this wasn’t a popular policy with NHS staff and the wider public, and after fierce pushback both policies were effectively dropped in early 2022 – but not before losing 40,000 care workers, an exodus which has had enormous consequences for Britain.
On July 19th 2021, Johnson declared it was so-called ‘Freedom Day’ – the date when most COVID-19 legal restrictions in England were to be lifted. It was presented as a moment of national liberation, promising a return to normal life after 16 months of lockdowns and government control. Yet, in a move that many saw as contradictory, Johnson used the same announcement to signal the introduction of vaccine passports for nightclubs and large venues from September that year.
Rather than restoring civil liberties, ‘Freedom Day’ marked the start of a new phase of digital surveillance and medical segregation, where people were to be required to show private health information to access everyday parts of public life. For many, this heralded a shift towards a ‘papers please’ society — one in which freedom became conditional on compliance with government mandates. The irony was not lost on those who had hoped for a genuine return to pre-pandemic freedoms....<<<Read More>>>...Friday, 27 June 2025
Digital dystopia looms large in the UK
The UK government is considering a proposal for a mandatory digital ID, known as the “BritCard,” which would require the entire population to download it and connect their birth records to the “One Login” system.
The BritCard scheme was proposed by the “think tank” Labour Together. Labour Together’s team is made up largely of former Labour MPs, former local government politicians, former civil servants and former politicians’ assistants. It is influential within the Labour Party and, currently, the Labour government under Keir Starmer.
Labour Together claims that, according to a poll they had conducted, 80% of Britons would support a digital identity card. We would like to know who they polled – their office staff?
“For a progressive society to work, it needs to be able to collectively agree who is allowed to join it. Because it will exclude those who cannot join it, it needs to give its members proof that they belong,” Labour Together said. “Progressive” doesn’t mean that society is improving or people’s lives are going to improve; it means that society is progressing towards the Globalists’ aims of totalitarianism.
A few sentences later, making the case for a mandatory digital ID for all adults, except illegal immigrants, Labour Together said, “By introducing a mandatory, universal, national identity credential – BritCard … It could end identity exclusion.” Thus, they demonstrate that they spew out buzzwords and nonsense in the hopes of sounding convincing, that the money and time spent preparing their proposal have been well spent....<<<Read More>>>...

EU collaborates with foreign governments on digital ID
According to several reports, the Commission seeks to formalize partnerships with several countries, including Ukraine, Moldova, the Western Balkans and several Latin American nations, to advance the mutual recognition of digital IDs and other electronic trust services.
Key provisions of the plan include strengthening alignment with countries such as India, Brazil, Egypt and Uruguay in areas of digital identity interoperability and content regulation. The document highlights the United Nations (UN) Global Digital Compact as a shared framework to guide these collaborations, advocating for common standards on digital identity and online speech regulation.
The strategy also ties into the enforcement of the European Union's Digital Services Act (DSA), a sweeping regulatory framework that imposes strict compliance obligations on online platforms. The DSA includes child protection measures, but these are frequently used to justify broader content moderation, identity verification requirements and censorship under the guise of safeguarding public discourse....<<<Read More>>>....

“BritCard” – Inside Labour’s “Progressive” Digital ID
That digital ID – in one form or another – is a major part of the endgame is not any kind of revelation. We’ve known that was the plan for years, but the report tells us quite a lot about how it’s going to be sold to the public.
I guess we should go ahead and dive in.
The Thinktank
The report was published just this week by Labour Together – formerly “The Common Good” – a thinktank founded in “Labour’s wilderness years” to help “make Labour electable again”, according to their about page.
Translation: They’re centrist globalist Blairite shills who helped undermine and destroy the only vaguely genuine movement in the last 50 years of British “democracy” and now publish reports to push a globalist agenda.
According to the Electoral Commission, they received over £ 9 million in donations last year (from only 234 donors), much of which seems to have been “donated” by Labour Together Limited, a for-profit company. The murky world of Westminster finances is not my focus, however, and I’m sure it’s at least passably legal and no more corrupt than is standard practice in those circles.
Exactly how a think tank with eighteen employees, ten advisors, four policy fellows and five board members manages to spend 9 million pounds writing a newsletter a week, a report every two months and doing some online polls I have no idea.
It’s a good question for another time, perhaps. For now, we know everything we need to know – Labour Together are old-fashioned New Labour types shilling for globalist tyranny....<<<Read More>>>...

EU digital identity wallet sparks privacy concerns amid rollout
The EUDI Wallet, currently in its testing phase, is designed to give EU citizens a single, secure platform to store and share digital credentials – from driver's licenses to medical records. This wallet will store digital versions of national ID cards, driving licenses, academic credentials and medical records, allowing users to authenticate themselves online and offline. The system, currently voluntary, is marketed as a way to reduce bureaucracy and enhance cross-border digital services.
However, Henk Marsman, a researcher at Delft University of Technology and consultant at SonicBee, argued that without stringent safeguards, the initiative risks enabling excessive data harvesting by businesses and governments, undermining the very privacy it claims to protect. Henk warned that user control alone does not ensure privacy, as people can be easily manipulated by design tricks, dark patterns, or financial incentives—even when they believe they are making informed decisions.
"Even though I think I'm an autonomous being and I make informed decisions, I can be quite easily manipulated and influenced by nudging techniques, by dark patterns, or just by a five percent discount," Marsman said during the European Identity and Cloud Conference (EIC) in Berlin.
The issue, Marsman explained, lies in the incentives of "relying parties" – businesses and services that request identity verification. Many operate on data-driven models, creating a built-in motivation to demand more data than strictly needed.
"If the relying party wouldn't ask too much, we wouldn't have this risk. One of the challenges with relying parties is that they have a data-driven business model or at least some of them have, and that is the incentive to get more data off their users," Marsman continued...<<<Read More>>>...

WHO proposes permanent tech alliance to shape health narratives, sparking debates over censorship and behavioral control
This initiative, designed to permanently embed partnerships between global health authorities and tech companies, has reignited concerns among health freedom advocates and dissenting voices about the erosion of free speech and the prioritization of behavioral manipulation over genuine public discourse.
The proposal envisions a system where unified health messaging—shaped by partnerships with Meta, Google and other platforms—is disseminated year-round via algorithmic promotion, influencer networks and restricted content moderation. While WHO officials frame it as a tool to combat misinformation and improve public health outcomes, critics warn it risks entrenching censorship, narrowing scientific debate and sidelining alternative health approaches like natural medicine...<<<Read More>>>....

Sauron The Technocrat: One Digital Wallet To Rule Them All
The plan is a single government-issued app that holds your medical records, employment records, travel records, education records, vaccination records, tax records, financial records as well as (potentially) copies of your signature, fingerprints, facial scans, voice samples and DNA.
All stored handily on your phone…and shared with the governments of nineteen countries (plus Ukraine) and over 140 other public and private partners. Everyone from Deutsche Bank to the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Progress to Samsung Europe.
You will use this app to make payments, apply for loans, pay your taxes, pick up your prescriptions, cross international borders, start businesses, book doctor’s appointments, apply for jobs and even sign digital contracts online.
Businesses and government agencies would access this data from the back-end to conduct “automated background checks”.
The German Federation of Consumer Organizations (Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband, VZBZ) has raised concerns that such an app would “pose privacy and data risks”, to which the only response is “duh, that’s what it’s for!”.
None of this a hypothetical, by the way. It’s Potential.
Just one of the pilot schemes “building prototypes and testing use-cases” for the European Digital Identity (EUDI) Wallet, there are three others at least.
This is the latest development in a roll-out dating back to the birth
of Covid and beyond, with the EUID wallet being touted since 2021....<<<Read More>>>....

The “Real World Asset” Digital Plan Takeover Will Concentrate Power Over Everything on Earth in the Hands of the Few
Conversations and debate are forever constant concerning the fate of this country and the world, but since most all of this population is consumed by indifference, dependency, technological insanity, and cowardice, the people go along just as was described by Hermann Goring about the masters (rulers) they alone allow to exist.
In this totalitarian digital age that is rapidly advancing to levels not imagined in the past, it is prudent to listen to what Einstein prophesied long ago when he said; “I fear the day that technology will surpass our human interaction. The world will have a generation of idiots.”
That time has already arrived, and in fact, is now far into the
second generation of idiots, (and many more) and it is fast becoming
the mainstay of most all communication and social interaction taking
place in what once was a more closely-knit society bound by a more
harmonious reaction to each other.
The plot at hand here should
now be obvious, but apparently it is not, which is no surprise to me, as
I have watched, studied, and researched the reaction of Americans to
the all-out tyranny that has now taken over this population for several
decades, and come to the stark conclusion that most all desire to be
willing slaves to this worthless and evil governing system.
While a
continuous string of distractions under the guise of emergencies,
manipulated weather events, acts of war and genocide, fake ‘viruses,’
idiotic ‘woke’ madness, trans insanity, poisonous and deadly chemtrails,
glyphosate, and other intentionally delivered toxins, monetary, debt,
economic suicide, among many other threats and fake threats, have
inundated this country, but the most likely scenario that will bring
about a completely enslaved society is being mostly ignored.
This
threat, which is very real, is the linchpin in the globalist plot to
digitize every single asset on earth, leading to the collapse and/or
purposeful destruction of this economic and monetary system that is now
so riddled with astronomical debt, that nothing can save it. This ruling
system’s nefarious efforts to claim ownership of everything on earth is
the direct result of all that has been plotted and designed by this
government and its masters to date.
This totalitarian and technocratic
plot of total control is already well underway, but many, including most
of the so-called alternative media, are quick to attempt to dispel any
notion that would lend credibility to the fact that this attempt to
monetize every asset and property on earth is going forward at what
seems to be breakneck speed....<<<Read More>>>...
