Health officials in California are urging vigilance after detecting a new COVID-19 variant, NB.1.8.1, which appears to be more transmissible than current strains. First identified in China in January, the variant has since been found in six U.S. states, including California, New York, and Washington, raising concerns about a potential surge in infections. While hospitalization rates remain lower than during previous waves, some physicians have called for renewed mask mandates — a move that has reignited debates over public health messaging and pandemic-era policies.

According to the California Department of Public Health, NB.1.8.1 now accounts for nearly 20% of COVID cases in the state, up from just 2% in April. The World Health Organization reports that it dominates over half of global variants. Despite its rapid spread, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has not yet added NB.1.8.1 to its public tracking dashboard, where LP.8.1 remains the dominant U.S. strain.

'No Consistent Patterns:' Scientists Find No Evidence that Closing Schools Materially Reduced Covid Transmission

For years, scientists and commentators who questioned COVID policies were censored, blacklisted, and canceled across the country. Many of these dissenting views have since been vindicated from the lab origins theory to the lack of efficacy of surgical masks to the opposition to the closure of schools.

Now, a new study in the Journal of Infection further undermines the once orthodox views of the pandemic, concluding that "reopening schools did not change the existing trajectory of COVID-19 rates." In other words, we shut down our schools, without any demonstrable benefit to the country. We did, however, succeed in reducing free speech in the name of combating "disinformation."

The report is based on one of the comprehensive studies to date on the pandemic:
"Data were extracted from government websites. Cases and COVID-19 hospitalization and death incidence rates were calculated during the Delta and early Omicron periods in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland and the United Kingdom, for two weeks preceding and six weeks after schools reopened. We summarized stringency of public health measures (GRI), COVID-19 vaccination rates by age and SARS-CoV-2 testing rates." In comparing these different countries, the scientists found no significant differences in reported cases: "No consistent patterns in cases, hospitalizations or deaths despite school re-openings or changes to public health measures,"

The suppression of the lab theory and the targeting of dissenting scientists show the true cost of censorship and viewpoint intolerance.

Midazolam Matt admits DNR notices were abused during the covid “pandemic”

 Former UK Health Secretary Matt Hancock stated that ‘do not resuscitate’ (“DNR”) orders were wrongly applied during the covid pandemic, and a systemic review of all DNR notices put in place in early 2020 should be considered.

The Telegraph reported yesterday that while giving evidence to the UK Covid Inquiry on Friday, Hancock said it was “obvious” the orders had been “wrongly applied” in some circumstances and backed an investigation into their use during the pandemic.

Hancock acknowledged that the issue of consent is crucial and expressed his support for a review, although he could not recall ministers looking into it during his time in government due to their focus on preventing the problem.

He insisted he acted “immediately” on concerns over the inappropriate use of DNRs during the covid crisis when he was first alerted to them. And claimed to have acted immediately on concerns over the inappropriate use of DNRs, using the daily press conference to address the issue and discussing it with NHS leadership.

The UK government was threatened with legal action over inconsistent advice on DNRs during the pandemic, leading to the publication of new patient-facing guidelines in July 2020.

A 2021 survey by the care watchdog found that blanket DNR orders were imposed on care home residents without their consent, and people with learning disabilities were also affected, showing a disregard for disabled people’s rights. Age UK described the findings as “extremely disturbing” and confirmed concerns that people’s rights were disregarded during the pandemic.

During his testimony, Hancock also made the case for future lockdowns, despite questions over their justification. Meanwhile, former Prime Minister Boris Johnson has expressed doubts about the effectiveness of national shutdowns in defeating the virus. Proper treatment of the seriously ill is the only Covid intervention that was ever needed

In the last two years there has been increasing evidence that the SARS-CoV-2 virus arrived across the world as the result of a laboratory leak. There has likewise been increasing evidence that neither masks nor lockdowns materially altered the transmission of the virus, and also that the vaccines (which are in truth a gene therapy product) have significant risks of side-effects. The number and nature of these remain unclear, but some very recent research even suggests that repeat vaccination increases the likelihood of major side-effects. Worse, there is no clear evidence that they decrease individual susceptibility. Thus the mantra of "safe and effective" is open to question. Added to this is the discovery from Freedom of Information requests that some of the trials were constructed and run in a questionable manner, and that vaccine manufacturers were careful to write into their supply contracts absolution from indemnity. Yet this week a new advertising campaign by the NHS is encouraging the U.K. public to get revaccinated against coronavirus.

The origin of the virus is of academic interest. Wherever it came from, it is with us and we have to live with that. The issue of management by isolation is of academic medical interest, though not of academic economic interest. It has become very clear that the processes of lockdown have been highly damaging and it seems likely that no proper analysis was done on what the effect on the national economy (and education, and mental health) might be. That the vaccines may cause significant problems has an explanation; they are designed to make the body create copies of the spike protein of the virus, which is the very part that causes the recorded issues of myocarditis, thrombosis etc. due to overstimulation of the immune system in the virally-induced syndrome commonly called COVID-19. The variability of effect between individuals, either with COVID-19 or a vaccine, may depend on genetic susceptibility. Other forms of hyperimmune syndrome, or cytokine storm (CSS), were well-known to be more common in certain ethnic groups long before SARS-CoV-2. A new strain of Covid emerging in the UK is spreading as cases increase at a high rate, the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has said.

Called XEC, the strain is a combination of the KS.1.1 and KP.3.3 variants. Figures from the UKHSA show that the admission rate for patients testing positive for the new strain rose to 4.5 per 100,000 people in the week to October 6. This was up from 3.7 a week earlier.

It is thought the XEC strain is more transmissible due to its numerous mutations, and presents symptoms similar to those of other Covid variants including tiredness, headaches, a sore throat and high temperatures.

Although self-isolation is no longer a legal requirement in the UK, the NHS has advised anyone who tests positive for Covid to avoid contact with others for at least five days....<<<Read More>>>....

A new ‘stronger’ Covid variant, with cases reported around the world, is now spreading ‘quite rapidly’ across Europe as a doctor warns it could soon become the dominant strain of the virus.

Britain’s chief medical officer admits government “overstated” dangers of COVID-19, causing too many people to lock themselves in their homes

 Chief Medical Officer for England Sir Chris Whitty has admitted in an inquiry regarding the United Kingdom's response to the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) that the government "overstated the dangers of COVID."

The COVID Inquiry was launched by former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson in June 2022, noting that the government's actions during the pandemic need to be put "under the microscope."

During testimony before the COVID Inquiry, Whitty discussed how the government early on in the pandemic struggled to properly communicate the dangers associated with COVID-19. He claimed that the balance in communicating the correct "level of concern" to the public was "really hard."

"I was worried at the beginning. I still worry, actually in retrospect, about whether we got the level of concern right," said Whitty. "Were we either overpitching it so that people were incredibly afraid of something where in fact, their actuarial risk was low, or we were not pitching it enough and therefore people didn't realize the risk they were walking into."

Perhaps this is why Scotland’s Chief Medical Office testified on Tuesday at the UK Covid Inquiry that Scottish hospitals were inundated and the number of people in hospital “exceeded capacity on several occasions.” Perhaps it was an attempt to justify the harm that lockdowns caused.

SARS-CoV-2 virus uses a secret 'back door' to infect the brain

A mutation on the spike protein of the virus that causes COVID-19 could help it infect the brain by forcing it to use a cellular "back door."

SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, may preferentially use a "back door" into cells to infect the brain, a new mouse study suggests.

The finding could partly explain why many people have neurological symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, brain fog, or loss of smell or taste during or after a bout with the virus. Scientists think these symptoms may arise when SARS-CoV-2 enters the central nervous system, but how and why the virus moves from the respiratory tract to the brain wasn't clear until now.

PANDEMIC OVERLORDS: CDC launches traveler-based SARS-CoV-2 (COVID) Genomic Surveillance Program – 8 U.S. international airports being used as experimental testing sites

Even though the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) "pandemic" is long over, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is still pushing fear and tyranny with its "Traveler-based SARS-CoV-2 Genomic Surveillance Program," which has expanded to eight U.S. international airports.

First started in September 2021, the CDC's Genomic Surveillance Program was created to track travelers, which the federal agency considers to be "an especially important group to consider when tracking new and emerging infectious disease."

After the program was launched in the fall of 2021 at just three U.S. airports, the expectation in the coming months was that the program would be disbanded since COVID ended. Instead of shutting the program down, the CDC instead expanded it nearly threefold.

The CDC announced that it would be placing "public health professionals" at the eight airports, including John F. Kennedy International in New York; Newark Liberty International in New Jersey; San Francisco International in California; and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International in Georgia.

"We wanted to achieve several things: to get the platform set up at three airports, gauge the level of participation, and determine if we could detect variants using pooled sampling," said Cindy Friedman, chief of the Travelers' Health Branch of the CDC's Genomic Surveillance Program.

"We achieved our goals and showed proof of concept."

In partnership with XpresCheck, an airport-based company that provides COVID "testing," and Concentric by Ginkgo, a network of more than 60 laboratories with genetic sequencing capability, the CDC hopes to continue probing travelers' nasal cavities and other orifices in search of COVID germs.

The CDC did it with the "omicron" (moronic) strain and others, and now believes it can do it with whatever further mutations COVID presents, probably around Election Day.

For now, the program is "voluntary," allowing individual samples to be collected from "participating" travelers who are allowed to remain "anonymous." Precisely what the CDC is doing with the samples after it collects them remains unknown.

Did Neil Ferguson’s modelling of the covid pandemic prove once and for all that epidemiology is useless?

 The UK and Imperial College London were the intellectual nerve centre of the global covid pandemic response. As you will recall, it was Neil Ferguson, a physicist at Imperial College, who developed the main epidemiology model behind the justification to shut down economies.

However, Ferguson’s model was undocumented 13-year-old code that needed to be “cleaned up” and his assumptions were garbage. This is been known since at least March 2020, around the same time that the UK government implemented its first shutdown of the economy spuriously called “lockdowns.”

The American Institute for Economic Research (“AEIR”) noted in April 2021, “Ferguson predicted catastrophic death tolls back on 16 March 2020 unless governments around the world adopted his preferred suite of non-pharmaceutical interventions (“NPIs”) to ward off the pandemic. Most countries followed his advice, particularly after the United Kingdom and United States governments explicitly invoked his report as a justification for lockdowns.”

Pfizer CEO says COVID was just a test… “a rehearsal” for something bigger yet to come

When Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said that COVID-19 was just a test, it pretty much flew under the radar, but history tells us this comment could prove to be more of a warning than an off-handed comment.

“I truly think the best days of Pfizer are ahead of us because Covid was, for me, like a rehearsal, prove generali, how you can mobilize an organization and do the impossible, possible, against a main disease,” Bourla said.

It’s a pretty ominous statement when you think about it considering that when we look back, we can often find instances where someone warned us, either directly or in a more subtle way, that something bad was brewing but no one heeded the warning.

For example, Alex Jones pointed out that he cautioned something like the COVID-19 pandemic would happen way back in 2010. He said this wasn’t just some random prediction that panned out; he read the Rockefeller Foundation Operation Lock Step, which specifically described using a virus to bring in a world government and exert control over people with mandatory quarantines, masking, checkpoints and other violations of personal freedom.

Like some of his other predictions that have come to fruition, he said that there are often lots of warnings, but people aren’t paying attention.

“Once you have enough technological development, enough science, anything we can imagine, we can do,” Jones said.

The Truth About Covid is Finally Seeping Out

It’s been a long time coming, but finally, inexorably, like a Wuhan lab leak, the truth about COVID-19 appears to be seeping out. Short of running the world’s largest Excel spreadsheet on ‘conspiracy theories which came true’, it appears safe to say that the anti-vaxxers and covidiots among us (other slurs are available from those who learned nothing from Brexit) were right about practically everything.

So, how did we know – we ‘little people’, who clearly aren’t world-renowned virologists and therefore had no right to an opinion on the matter? I suspect, like most of you, I know bullshit when I smell it, a talent for which we receive neither thanks nor apology from those bereft of the ability. In my case I had a slight advantage (having literally written the book on bullshit), and I’ll repeat what I wrote back in 2019:

The very least that scammers, politicians and governments could do it seems to me is not insult the public’s intelligence with lies which wouldn’t pass muster in a primary school detention.

Unfortunately in the case of Covid, the lies told by our governments were so breathtakingly amateur, even the most conformist among us had no credible option but to question them.

For me the penny dropped with the justification for the first lockdown – we had to do it to save nan and granddad, the Tories told us. This raised serious alarm bells immediately. Short of their propensity to vote, no government gives a hoot about anyone past retirement age. In fact, the ideal scenario would be for us all to drop dead the moment we qualify for a state pension. Otherwise, there’s always the danger that the elderly will continue to drain the Exchequer, monopolise hospital beds, housing stock and space on public transport, and otherwise clog up infrastructure which could be better invested in Mohammad and Abdul, fresh off the latest Uber dinghy at Dover. In fact, Boris Johnson’s initial reaction to Covid was precisely that it was “nature’s way of dealing with old people”.

But of course, the most obvious indication that something was amiss was the behaviour of those in charge: the politicians and world leaders who had access to all the information, and nonetheless spent their time breaking lockdown, failing to keep their genitals a socially distanced six feet (or even six inches) apart, bringing their own booze to ‘work events’, and whipping their masks off the minute the cameras stopped rolling. Hospital worker tells Scottish Covid Inquiry hospitals were only “half full” during the covid outbreak

A porter has testified at the Scottish Covid-19 Inquiry that the hospital he works in was “half full” at “the outbreak” of covid and the beginning of the first lockdown. In April 2020, gradually covid patients began being admitted to the hospital but it was still not anywhere near as busy as on a normal day pre-covid.

The UK Covid-19 Inquiry is examining, considering and reporting on preparations and the response to the pandemic in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, in areas reserved to the UK Government and Parliament. Whereas, the Scottish Covid-19 Inquiry is investigating aspects of the devolved strategic response to the pandemic between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2022.

It held its final week of Health and Social Care Impact Hearings from 21–23 May 2024. On the last day, Neil Craig who has worked as a hospital porter at Glasgow Royal Infirmary for 25 years gave his oral testimony. He worked as a porter at the hospital throughout the covid pandemic and was giving evidence relating to the impacts of the pandemic and its response on porters as a union representative for Unite.

At first, he and his hospital porters were not catching covid. They felt it was their duty to continue working despite what was being publicised in the media.

At first, he said, the managers at the hospital didn’t know what the impact of covid would be or the number of patients to expect.

“They thought that the workload was going to be higher so we were all there. And we could be there as long as we wanted to be really because people weren’t sure if you were going to be needed. But it turned out they weren’t really needed,” he told the Inquiry. Because there was a significant fall in the amount of work that porters had to do.

“We didn’t have the capacity [high numbers of patients] in the hospital. Obviously, a lot of patients they discharged out of the hospital, either to home or care homes or other places [and] they didn’t schedule elective surgeries. So, the workload was definitely not as bad,” he said.
