Scientists have concluded that Mars was once a planet of rivers

 Detailed analysis of data from the Curiosity rover has convinced scientists that most of the current craters on Mars may have been rivers suitable for life in ancient times .

Mars was quite likely a planet of rivers, according to American astrogeologists in the journal Geophysical Research Letters.

Scientists used numerical models that simulated soil erosion on Mars over thousands of years. It turned out that the stone structures in the craters appear to be the remains of ancient river beds, reports earth.com.

Geology: Previously, Mars could be habitable

 Scientists from Monash University (Australia) found that earlier Mars could be habitable. The research results are published in the scientific journal Geology.

In the course of the study, scientists from Monash University, located in Australia, came to the conclusion that throughout the entire existence of the Red Planet, it has faced large-scale erosion processes.

However, the presence of soil erosion on Mars may indicate that liquid water flowed on its surface.

Researchers have long been trying to unravel the mystery of how the Red Planet from a state similar to Earth turned into a desert.

If humanity wants to know whether there was previously life on Mars, then you first need to carefully study the history of sedimentary rocks, said Andrew Gunn, Ph.D.

He also added that the excessive amount of sand in the craters can be intertwined with the history of the planet’s climate. This opens up a new method to figure out when the Red Planet might be suitable for colonization....<<<Read More>>>...

 

Another Martian Anomaly

 This another image of the Martian surface obtained from Google Mars back in 2005. This appears to be perfect evidence of water on Mars? Flowing water. Pools. In our opinion it cannot be anything else. Unless NASA have been deceptive and posted images of earth masquerading as Mars? That is the only other explanation.

Valleys and channels on Mars reveal evidence of ancient groundwater

A Watery Mars

Here's another place for Mr Musk to explore on his new home world. Perhaps the water at the bottom of this pool can be swam in? Maybe not? Who knows? All we know is, it clearly IS water ... it's that plain to see! It doesn't take much to know, Mr Musk, that Mars is not how they say it is ... there's water for starters. There's life ... and there must be something 'safe' for you to venture to.

Here's another one for Mr Musk when he gets to fly around Mars. A request for him to visit the 'Swiss Cheese' zone of the south pole. I wonder if he will let us know what the structures are in this image. We've shown this numerous times here on A Light In The Darkness over the years. It's now a 'restricted area' on Google Mars; with visitors to that wonderful section of Google Earth unable to see anything like we were able to back in 2005 when we copied this image from the software.

It's doubtful Mr Musk will let us know if our assumption that there is indeed navigable liquid in this area. We reckon its water in this image with 2no boats moored on a beach to the right. Prove us right or wrong please Mr Musk. We are desperate to know. But somehow, 'wethinks' you'll not tell us.  That's a pity as us, the common people of earth, deserve to know we have neighbours on Mars. Yes, we do.

Study finds Mars' salty water likely to have enough oxygen to support life

S.O.T.T: Salty water just below the surface of Mars could hold enough oxygen to support the kind of microbial life that emerged and flourished on Earth billions of years ago, researchers reported Monday.

In some locations, the amount of oxygen available could even keep alive a primitive, multicellular animal such as a sponge, they reported in the journal Nature Geosciences.

"We discovered that brines"-water with high concentrations of salt-"on Mars can contain enough oxygen for microbes to breathe," said lead author Vlada Stamenkovic, a theoretical physicist at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California.

Boats, Towers and Buildings on Mars

Again, on the subject of the Martian Cover Up, we present this image from Google Mars that clearly shows STRUCTURES CREATED BY INTELLIGENCE i.e unnatural structures. Look at the structures indicated by the red arrows. Especially those at the right hand side of the image that appear to be craft of some kind protruding over what appears to be liquid like water. Boats maybe?

In the middle of the image there appears to be what looks like towers and buildings. Interesting.

A 2nd Look

This is as close as we can get to 'probable' or 'possible' for this image from Mars. Its the swirling cloud or light we are most interested in ...

... though the flowing water in the crater looks more pronounced in this image. There are also interesting rocks or 'something' appearing off image to the left now ... red and black 'somethings'. Dunno what they are. There same 'somethings' are also in the watery crater too.

We are never going to know as we are the goyim at the bottom of the pile and The Elite ain't going to tell us what's going on ... our neighbouring sound bubble world is out of bounds for us. But probably not for them.

Mars ... A Late Night Viewing.

Now, for the open minded, I present this interesting image .... again, we don't know what it shows, for sure; we just know it shows SOMETHING.

Another big something if you look at the crater in the image. Look at the possibility of flowing water into the crater and withing the crater.

We don't know what that big z of lighter colour is? It suggests a light source? A flash of colour which contends that there is perhaps a dust storm happening? It's so hard to tell considering the background is blue which is clearly not the correct colour for the image. We will look into this and report back.

Something On Mars, But We Don't Know What

We're so proud to provide a 'laughing off your cotton socks' service for the closed mind fraternity, that we decided to offer that service again .... [COTTON SOCKS LAUGHTER INTERLUDE] .... the issue is of course what we are showing here with regard to image from Google Earth relating to Mars; the empty and lifeless planet Mars.

We have plenty of images that appear to contradict the official story. Most of the time we haven't known for sure what our images show, but we just know they show something ... and something controversially big. Its disgusting that we're having to back engineer images that human agencies like NASA have in their hard drive spaces - which means they know the truth but keep it locked behind closed doors. They are keeping the discoveries from mankind which is totally cruel and dare we say, evil.

In this particular image, the interest are the three parallel lines that are clearly part of the landscape, and not errors on the image after it has been taken. A close inspection of where the three lines are passing through, on their journey from left to right will prove that. What we don't know is the use of, or reason for, these lines. Are they some kind of power line? They appear to be attached to towers and other structures in this image. Is that water in the large round pool? Is it super-heated or maybe thermal, as it appears to have cloud or steam above it?

Nothing can be proven to be anything in this image; its just included as evidence there is something happening on Mars, but we don't know what.

Mars Structures and Water?

Certain fraternities will laugh their cotton socks off at these 'Martian Anomaly' images we've been posting for the last 12 years. To them there is nothing at all to see ... maybe because their perceptions are such that they cannot see anything!

They are the 'Close Mind Fraternity' that believe we are the only intelligent life amongst billions of stars and trillions of planets! 

We don't really care. We've seen the merit in the Google Mars imagery - this one is no exception. It appears there are shapes amongst this imagery that are not natural. They appear to be some kind of structures built by intelligent life... the curved section in the centre of the image for example.

The right hand side of the image appears to be of some kind of liquid like substance (Water?) ... what's more there are areas that are shaded in a way that suggests different depths to this liquid. There is an length of structure that appears to be submerged in the liquid like substance too.

Amongst the confusion of this image are what look like ruins ...

Those with an open mind look closely with no prejudice and see perhaps what we can see. Those with the closed mind ... we're not interested whether you are with us or not. Enjoy your laughter ... go back to your boxed little life ... laugh, laugh, laugh.

NASA announcement of liquid water on Mars confirms what we’ve been reporting for years

Natural News: This week, a team of scientists reported discovering a lake beneath the surface of an ice cap on the southern pole of Mars. This lake is not small by any means; it measures 12.5 miles wide and is a very significant finding.

The scientists made the discovery using the Mars Advanced Radar for Subsurface and Ionosphere Sounding, or MARSIS, which is a type of radar the penetrates the ground from an orbiting spacecraft. They used the radar to survey the “Planum Australe” region of the red planet over the course of three years and made the groundbreaking announcement in a study published in the journal Science.

While past water discoveries on the planet have been attributed to runoff from ice, this is a legitimate body of water, the scientists say. Significantly, it could be the best clue so far to potential life on Mars. Proof of water for future explorers: New images from NASA show “underground ice cliffs” on Mars

Natural News: It has been known for quite some time now that Mars is full of water. Regardless of whether or not there is actually flowing water on the so-called red planet’s surface, scientists from the National Aeronautics Space Agency (NASA) have long confirmed that water is indeed present on the planet. Most of it is in the form of ice, and now in a new paper, it has been revealed that there are potentially massive “underground ice cliffs” lying deep beneath the planet’s surface.

The discovery of these ice cliffs has now triggered widespread speculation about what it could mean for the future of Mars exploration. According to one expert who worked on the paper that details the discovery, it could lead to great new leaps in research regarding the search for life on the neighboring planet.

According to Shane Byrne, an assistant professor from the University of Arizona Lunar and Planetary Laboratory and co-author on the study, the water that can be extracted from the ice cliffs that were only just discovered could lead to a steady source of water for the humans that would eventually explore Mars.

“Humans need water wherever they go, and it’s very heavy to carry with you,” said Byrne. “Previous ideas for extracting human-usable water from Mars were to pull it from the very dry atmosphere or to break down water-containing rocks. Here we have what we think is almost pure ice water buried just below the surface.”

The next step that needs to be done is essentially to just collect the water from under the Martian planet’s surface. And based on the composition as well as the location of the water ice cliffs on Mars, one could very well do it with nothing more than just a shovel and a bucket....read more>>>...
