Chakra Blocks - Myth Or Reality?

Everyone familiar with the New Age jargon that made its appearance back in the late 1980's, will have heard of the Chakras - invisible energy vortexes or wheels that drive the psychic energies throughout our spiritual bodies. Although there are supposedly hundreds of such chakras, focus is paid to the main seven chakras and the way they apparently control our spiritual development.

But do the chakras really exist? Are they a myth or a reality? Do chakra blockages REALLY happen, and do they really shape our spiritual development? That is the debate here ...

Personally, I've been involved in the psychic field since about 1984, and it was at that time when I first heard of the chakras. I undertook many disciplines and meditations to experience the chakras. But I was never convinced they existed. I've never seen anything that proves their existence, but I have experienced numerous INCREDIBLE energetic phenomenon. My pineal gland (The legendary Brow Chakra) has done strange things, I've seen incredible visions and still do to this day. My Kundalini has been activated, and I've felt awesome energies flow up and down my back, into my head, into my arms and feet. I've also felt all the negative effects of this incredible energy source - desperation, despair, suicidal tendencies, severe depression and a host of muscular and nervous system complaints. I've also felt the incredible euphoria of a so called 'crown opening' ONCE, and for a week I was seeing the world in a totally different way. I understood the concept of it being an illusion and a game and a virtual reality only. The energy flowing out of me was incredible, and the instant healings I was able to perform was crazy. A healing friend at the time had never felt an energy of such a magnitude before. My late mentor had taken me to a Hindu temple in Bolton, UK, and I was met with sheer amazement and disbelief by the HIndu Adepts there. It was impossible for me to be exhibiting the energy and the vibrational rate that I was. But was it the crown chakra opening? Unlikely as I think the chakras are imaginative and not real.

However I have found other explanations for these occurrences, and am not one who has fallen for the chakra explanations. I agree with the teachings of my old mentor who stated that it was impossible to open the crown chakra at this time. I'm amazed at the number of naive and ignorant individuals out there who claim to have opened their crown chakra. It's a dangerous pursuit and very likely the last thing you will ever do on this earth plane. Our minds are not equipped with the ability to deal with the consequences of such an action. The brow chakra relates, in my understanding, to the soft part of the head that closes off when a child is born. I know people talk of symbolic openings of the crown chakra. But are they all just following a 'fad stream'? Are chakras real or are they a new age fashion accessory?

It's the same with so called 'chakra blockages'. Put chakra blockages in a google search and there are 234,000 results. It's big business and seemingly a spiritual fact. So naturally everyone will accept the belief of chakras and blocked chakras because 'everyone else does'. But do they really exist/ There are thousands of sites on the net explaining what the symptoms of each blocked chakra is, together with offering a multitude of ways to unblock the chakra. But is it true? What I see here is a rehash and a regurgitation of the same old, same old information. Nobody is thinking for themselves here, which is so typical of the New Age movement. Person A writes on a subject and states it as a fact and everyone follows on the say of Person A. Nobody questions the myth. So,ok, with Chakras there is a Sanskrit origin for the word and a whole Eastern tradition around chakras. But where is the proof that they exist and that they can be blocked. I'm showing my skepticism here I know, which is rare, but I've been mulling over this question for about 20 years. I've yet to see real proof it is the chakras that is responsible for all the energetic phenomenon which has happened to me. Phenomenon which so called teachers have said is due to my chakras. I've had unexplained phenomenon and experiences too which do not fit into chakra moulds by the way.

In meditation I've sought out these fabled wheels, I've asked the other dimensions for their help. All I ever get in response is the question 'do they really exist, as they don't do over here'. This has been said to me countless times.

And in recent months I've heard people stating that some chakras are 47% blocked or 75% blocked. And that by a vibrational healing method they can undo these blockages. My claircognizance (Which rarely lets me down) has been hitting me hard with its 'no' or 'this isn't right' responses, and I've been very questioning of these claims. It does not sit right with me. It's too easy to fall for it because of the overwhelming 'blind faith' belief in these invisible wheels. There are heaps of hapless souls out there with vivid imaginations who will state categorically that the chakras do exist and they can be blocked. They will claim also that their crown chakra is open wide, and I will just go 'whatever' to them. My own extensive research over 31 years says otherwise. I've experienced a multitude of things that are not even on the internet. Real experiences that are solid and real. Fire letters that enter the pineal gland for example and then burn your entire consciousness with an incredible energy. Now that is real and I can say that Fire Letters are REAL. I've had screaming noises inside my head that are REAL and very scary. I've have had many such experiences I know are real. Yet in all this time I've only ever imagined the chakras and their effects. Plenty of energy burns and energy anomalies - which can all be explained away as bio-electrochemical energy through the endocrine system - life force energy (Ki energy in other worlds) ... I accept that KI energy is real. But chakras? And chakra blockages, Unlikely in my experience - Matthew James

Can science prove that people absorb the energy of others?

A biological research team at Bielefeld University has made a groundbreaking discovery showing that plants can draw an alternative source of energy from other plants.

This finding could also have a major impact on the future of bioenergy eventually providing the evidence to show that people draw energy from others in much the same way.

Members of Professor Dr. Olaf Kruse’s biological research team have confirmed for the first time that a plant, the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, not only engages in photosynthesis, but also has an alternative source of energy: it can draw it from other plants....<<<Read More>>>...

Life-Force Energy

Since the dawn of time, humans have been fascinated by the sun. Radiating power from the sky, our star, Sol, is a creative force that is unparalleled. Its brilliant rays illuminate the seasons, give heat, imbue all living beings with vital life-force energy, and banish the dangers that only come out in the dark. Sol is a sparkling though mysterious jewel and has been given many names by many cultures.

To a large extent, our lives are ordered around the brilliant illumination of the sun. The sun drives the cycles of our days and seasons while providing us with a framework we can use for running our lives. The reappearance of the sun after a long stretch of night has the power to inspire us when we awaken. Likewise, Sol can be a powerful symbol of hope, elation, joy, growth, and creativity. The sun has much to teach us. Early astronomers saw the sun's constancy as a signifier of its great strength, courage, and power. Its illumination and steady flow of energy is there whether or not we are able to see it. The sun is the great and unselfish giver, rising into the sky at the start of each day to energize us, bathe us in radiance, and provide us with innumerable blessings. A simple, sun-centered ritual can help you harness this loving energy. Awaken before dawn and go outdoors to watch the sun's ascent. As it rises into view, close your eyes, bask in its light, and imagine your soul ascending alongside it. Feel yourself grow as you absorb the sun's energy. Express your appreciation for all the sun gives to the world.

The sun's nurturing heat is there to warm you and allow you to flourish. Its energy nourishes the food you eat, while its light allows you to see the beauty in the world. The sun represents internal balance and burns with controlled power. Without the sun's golden light, the spirit suffers. When we take time to bask in the sun, our spirit soars.(Daily OM)

Negative Energy: Ways to Clear and Get Rid of It

[Wake Up World]: It’s that thick fog of ‘slime’ in the air, that dark feeling of heaviness, or that draining sensation of being sucked dry of energy …

Negative energy is all around us and it’s seemingly ever-present and unending.

Whether you feel exhausted in crowds of people, emotionally ‘vomited on’ by your coworkers, or unexplainable creeped out by a certain place in town, we’ve all experienced negativity – it’s part of nature and an uncomfortable fact of life!

Living in this world of duality, there is always a yin and yang, a light and a dark, and positive and negative side.

Yet, although we understand that negative energy is part of this world, we don’t want to live at the mercy of it – understandably, most of us want to ‘get rid of it’ ASAP!

So how do we ‘get rid of’ negative energy?

Or better still, how do we make peace with this fundamental aspect of existence?

Negative energy is a form of energy that is said to vibrate at a lower frequency than more positive forms of energy such as love, joy, and peace. It’s for this reason that negative energy is often referred to as low vibrational energy.

Why is negative energy thought to be of a ‘low vibration’? The answer is that the lower one’s energy is, the denser it becomes, and therefore the more heavy and contracted we feel inside – aka. life feels dark and depressing.

In more recent times, vibration and its effect on our consciousness have been mapped out by figures such as renowned physician, psychiatrist, and teacher David Ramon Hawkins, (M.D, Ph.D.).

Hawkins, who used the technique of Applied Kinesiology for his research, developed a map of consciousness that ranges from 1 to 1000. Everything from shame (having the energetic frequency of 20) to spiritual enlightenment (energetic frequency of 700-1000) was recorded....<<<Read More>>>...

Our Electromagnetic Fields Connect To All Living Systems In An Extraordinary Way

[The Pulse]: Did you know that your body emits an electromagnetic field? This fact plays a very important role far beyond what is commonly known when it comes to understanding our biology and the interconnectedness we share with all life.

Did you know that the heart emits the largest electromagnetic field of all the body’s major organs? These fields and the information encoded into them can change based on how we are feeling, what we’re thinking, and different emotions experienced. The heart even sends signals to the brain through a system of neurons that have both short-term and long-term memory, and these signals can affect our emotional experiences.

The heart actually sends more signals to the brain than the brain does to the heart. The emotional information that’s modulated and coded into these fields changes their nature, and these fields can impact those around us....<<<Read More>>>....

Hado

[Daily OM]: Walking through a Japanese garden, one truly feels the life force energy that is known as Hado.  Hado isn't just present in Japan, but it is a concept that has existed in Japan for centuries. The two Japanese characters that make up the word Hado mean "wave" and "move" -- perfect words to describe the energy vibrations that permeate all life.  Hado is present in all things, animate and inanimate. It resides everywhere, even in the air and in people.

The study of hado tells us that the energetic vibrations from our thoughts affect on our physical realities.  Each of us has the ability to manifest a specific intention through the hado that we send out -- from making our jewelry shine to changing the atmosphere of a room full of people to transforming the hado of an empty space.  However, we are often unaware that our thoughts are creating vibrations in the world outside our minds.  Once we know that this is the case, we can become more aware of our negative thinking and train ourselves to stay positive and think with intention....<<<Read The Full Article Here>>>...

Energy 101

[Daily Om]: There is an undercurrent of energy thrumming through the Universe. Like the wind or a whisper, we can sometimes hear it and often feel it. Most of the time, we sense this energy unconsciously without any tangible proof it is really there.

Thoughts, emotions, and the life force in all living things are forms of this kind of energy. So are creativity, growth, and change. The impressions, images, and vague premonitions we get about people and situations are other examples of formless energy.

When you enter a space and feel an "intangible tension" in the air that gives you a sense of foreboding in your gut, what you are likely experiencing is energy.

Energy cannot be destroyed, but it can be transformed or transferred from one person, thing, or source to another. Though energy is formless, it does take form and shape in the way it flows and resides within all things: a grain of sand, a bird, a stone, and an ocean wave.

Living things radiate complex vibrations while nonliving things' vibrations are simpler...read more>>>...

Focusing Our Energy

Daily Om: As modern life makes a wealth of information and opportunities available to us, we may find ourselves torn between a wide variety of interests and projects. Our excitement may entice us to try all of them at once, but doing so only diffuses our energy, leaving us unable to fully experience any of them. Like an electrical socket with too many things plugged into it, we may be in danger of overheating and burning out.

But if we can choose one thing at a time to focus all of our attention upon, we can make the most of our life-force energy, engaging ourselves fully in the moment so that it can nurture us in return.

Our attention can be pulled in many directions, not only in our own lives, but by advertising, media, and the hustle and bustle of our surroundings. But when we take the time to listen to our inner guidance and focus our thoughts on the goals that resonate the most strongly within us, the rest of the world will fade away...read more>>>...

Castlerigg Revisited

Castlerigg Stone Circle by Matthew James
Well, we're off to explore our ancientness and our heritage tomorrow with another trip to Castlerigg Stone Circle in Cumbria.

It's long been a favourite destination; a place of fascination which was a regular destination throughout the 70's, 80's, 90's ... sadly we had a 15 year gap before we next visited the stones in 2016 due to experiencing life 'upside down' in New Zealand and Australia.

'Upside down' because energies and vibrations are literally that .... water goes down plug holes the opposite way, and energy is raised and energy circles opened, in the direction we actually close energy circles in the Northern Hemisphere.

Because our bodies are composed of a phenomenally high percentage of water ... it means that the opposing energy movements are bound to influence are body chemistry and bio-electrical circuitry ... indeed, the 'vibration' is completely different 'down under' and its taken until now to readjust back to the energy vortexes in the UK.

Castlerigg was last visited about a year ago, in May 2017, and its time to make a return visit. So its an early start tomorrow morning, and a planned 7.00 - 7.15am arrival at the stones. Hopefully, the weather is going to be reasonable. which will permit some energy work to be undertaken within the stones ... something we've not undertaken in about 25 years! If its quiet, and no folk are about, then it will be a mindfulness meditation within the most powerful energy vortex we find in and around the stones ...

ENERGY UPDATE – Ancient Wounding, Healing – Energy Attacks

in5D: There has been some interesting things going on with dreams lately, clearing the old and there has been some ‘attempts’ of negative energies/entities on the astral/multi-dimensional realms to (try) prevent us from moving forward – but to no avail. As we are ‘breaking through’ again in our new CHANGES as we continue to shine our lights in all we are, first and foremost of our own spiritual growth. Again to no avail, as we trust and stay true to ourselves in faith and trust of the Divine.

This is Ancient wounding that is coming through to be healed as there is more to this for each of us as to ‘blocks’ that we have, that we are needing to ‘break through’ with our CHANGES going on, as there are many. When really, it is us blocking ourselves of old ‘fears’. As many are feeling what has occurred in the past and then also go into the future – back and forth, back and forth, and then the head can ‘kick in’ in the middle. Even if one comes from their heart, please know this is of the old that is surfacing ‘in the middle’...read more>>>...

Being in the flow: Where energy moves in the direction of our intentions

S.O.T.T: Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, (the researcher who coined the term "flow") originally set out to study exemplary people because he wanted to understand what constitutes those "peak experiences" often described by champion athletes, recognized artists. However, what he discovered was a state not just where psychic entropy is absent (he calls this state "negentrophy") but where optimal experiences happen.

What Csikszentmihaly uncovered was that the state of flow differs greatly from all other states of consciousness - such as psychic entropy, where information conflicts with our existing intentions or prevents us from carrying them out. In the state of flow, the entirety of our attention is devoted to the task at hand. The example that Csikszentmihalyi gives is the difference between being distracted at work by the flat tire you will have to deal with on your way home, and being completely immersed in what you are doing. Csikszentmihalyi describes this type of experience as "the order of consciousness", where all of the information that comes into awareness is congruent with our goals. In this state, psychic energy flows in the direction of our intentions. That is to say, we operate without distraction, worry, self-doubt, or questioning ourselves (Csiksentmihalyi, 2005).

According to Csikszentmihalyi, flow experiences result when the challenge in front of us perfectly matches our skills. Describing what he calls a "flow channel", when our skills exceed the task we face, the result is boredom, and on the other hand, when the task is too challenging, we experience anxiety. To have flow, then, challenges must fall into the "channel" just enough to challenge us, but not too much to overwhelm us.

When in the flow state, we become so completely engrossed in the task at hand that - without consciously choosing to, we lose awareness of all other things: time, people, distractions, and even basic bodily needs. The reason for this, Csiksentmihalyi explains, is because all of our attention in the flow state is on the task at hand; there is no more attention to be allocated (Csiksentmihalyi, 2008). Csikszentmihalyi further describes flow as the "optimal experience" and one that brings a high level of gratification...read more>>>...

How to Activate Your Self-Healing Ability

You hold all the power, wisdom and knowledge you need to heal your body, mind and soul no matter what you are going through or experiencing.

Your body is so powerful, so intelligent and so capable that you need not doubt its ability to heal.

Your body houses not only your blood and organs but also your soul, which is an infinite, limitless energy that can truly create miracles if you are open to them.

You may of heard of people healing their bodies, returning from life threatening illnesses or experiencing spontaneous healing. Despite what it may sound like to your rational mind, all of this is possible and is accessible to anyone.

Healing doesn’t necessarily mean that you are completely free of physical symptoms, but it does allow you to feel at peace with your situation or to accept your situation.

Sure, physical symptoms can disappear, sometimes even over-night, but that is not always the goal with healing.

True healing happens on an emotional and spiritual level first and then moves out into the physical realm...read more>>>...

Synchronicities, Energy Healing, and Other Strangeness in the Field

If a holographic image has many different holograms embedded within it, shining a laser of a specific frequency upon it will cause only those holograms made with lasers of the same frequency to stand out. That’s because things with the same vibration naturally resonate and reinforce one another — just as two violin strings at the same pitch resonate with one another. This property of resonance has also been used to explain how each of us might interact with mysterious fields like the psi or Akashic fields … People pick up only that with which they personally “resonate.” Each individual’s resonant frequency, determined by their life experience, physical body, and energy body, limits what they can perceive.Biologist Rupert Sheldrake’s theory of morphic resonance also depends upon similarity in vibration. Members of the same species, being “on the same wavelength,” are able to tap into information that pertains uniquely to them...read mire>>>...

Psychic Vampires and the Use of Etheric Energy

The Mind Unleashed: Vibrating energy is what makes up the existence of everything in life and is commonly referred to as waves of energy flowing through the universe. Everyone gives out certain vibrational frequencies, which is what attracts the many events that occur in your day-to-day life. Psychic vampires have learned to give out and control these frequencies which allow them to remain in the form they are in.

Energy comes in many different colors and forms and every emotion that is created gives out a specific type of energy that differentiates itself from the other types created.

Let's talk about energy that is created by positive actions. For instance, creating a positive emotion in someone by doing something nice for the person is a way to get positive energy forming. When you create a positive emotion in someone, you are allowing the person you are creating that emotion with, to release positive energy which can come in the colors of yellows, pinks, oranges, purples, greens, etc. It varies with the person and the positive emotion being felt. This is the kind of energy you want to create. While it does take longer and more work to create this kind of energy, the results in the long run are much more rewarding and you will feel better physically.

When feeding off the positive energy created, you will feel the positive emotions of that person you are feeding off...read  more>>>...

A Word on 'Ki Energy'

Ki' energy is universal life force energy and this energy creates a sense of well being in all of us, which in turn fills us with motivation, lightness and a more positive mind. It helps to maintain true happiness, this happiness of course being Joy. Once accessed, it allows us to feel ‘happy’ a lot more often, leaving little room for thoughts that bring you down. Joy comes from ‘within’ and cannot be fulfilled by something outside of us...it is a feeling that is born of pure contentment and cannot be affected by outside influences. Outside happiness comes and goes but true happiness is born of pure Joy. It resides within our hearts, resonating outwards to all that we touch, see and do. When in this positive state, you find yourself surrounded by other positive people and in situations where the energy is conducive to bringing out the best in you....read more...
